Great for Solo Marketing Teams!
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use tools at my disposal and I have data ready to share with my manager at my fingertips. As a solo marketer for a small nonprofit, I have access to so many features that enables me to perform many of my marketing tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some seemingly simple features aren't available and take time to develop once requested. For example, I have wanted HubSpot to allow Instagram Story scheduling and allow me to post a carousel (multiple photos) on Instagram.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to A/B test my emails, which helps me to test scenarios and take input from my colleagues. I am able to operate and update our website easily. I am able to monitor email campaigns and easily report successes/failures to upper management.
HubSpot is a great all-in-one tool for creating and managing content
What do you like best about the product?
I like having everything all in one spot for my company's marketing needs. It's easy to manage multiple accounts on various social media platforms. All I also like the analytics tools, which have some benefits over Google Analytics.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that the blog templates were a little better. Occasionally there are some hiccups with using other features, but nothing significant so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solved the problem of managing multiple social media accounts on multiple platforms for different aspects of my company's business. The ability to track several multifaceted marketing campaigns in the same spot is also very useful.

There are a lot of features, so take time getting to learn what you need.

What do you like best about the product?
It keeps me organized - all my tasks right are at my fingertips every day. I absolutely love the templates for emails I send every day - no more copy and paste
What do you dislike about the product?
so far nothing - I am still a new user so I am learning all the features

I love that emails go right to my inbox and I can reply from there if I am pressed for time. Makes me more productive

I would definitely recommend Hub Spot- wish I found it sooner

What do you like best about the product?
I like the campaign functionality. I can see all emails and other assets under one campaign along with revenue tracking as well. It's super easy to follow and helps us understand the effectiveness of the campaign. I love the certification opportunities as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that I don't have control over a mobile responsive design vs not. I'd like to be able to turn the function on or off. I also don't like that I can't manipulate the spacing around the web browser link whenever added. I'd also like. more design capabilities around the CTA functionality.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are increasing our pipeline of warm leads and closing hot leads easier than ever. We are very proud of what we've accomplished this year thus far. I've realized I can expand upon/set goals for automation as launch new and short automation based on a single email send.

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot makes all aspects of my job easier. The tools and systems they have constructed as easy to use, implement, and utilize. They help me and my company gather complete data and allow us to execute or pivot our business strategy with all the confidence in the world. Their tracking allows us to meet our goals and set higher ones in the future. HubSpot is an integral part of our business model and projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have yet to find a downside of using HubSpot. I have never experienced an outage or not been able to find a useful tool. If I have questions, their support team is prompt and attentive. They always have the guidance and answers I am looking for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use HubSpot to solve business issues, like tracking and gathering data. Then using that data to boost business and automate tasks. We use their email tracking to ensure we are reaching our customizers and their email templates make it so simple when writing multiple emails. They also have an amazing social media management hub. I can swiftly schedule posts to go out at any time of day and the data they collect is immensely helpful in analyzing the performance of our campaigns.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Do it. Don't look elsewhere, this is the best platform for accomplishing your business goals.

What do you like best about the product?
've found my new BFF in HubSpot Marketing Hub - the one-stop-shop for all things marketing. From staying organized to planning killer campaigns, it's got it all!
What do you dislike about the product?
The way videos are embedded in emails. I don't like how when they click play on the video it takes them to a new page.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The number one problem that Marketing Hub solved with moving all our resources to one software program. Staying organized along with long-term planning is easy. To top it off, you have a real-time view of all your marketing analytics!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is definitely worth the investment. Marketing hub is the best extension of our very small marketing team.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to do everything in one centralized place. I can do everything from writing and publishing blog posts to creating and scheduling blog posts. This makes life easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
If I were to change anything, it would be nice to add IG carousel posts in HubSpot, just like we can with Twitter and FB. This would save me time and energy spent manually uploading carousel posts to IG.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Marketing Hub helps me plan, create, and strategize blog and social content for my team. The biggest benefits I've discovered are the schedule functionality. It's such a time saver to build out content and have it scheduled in the present and future. It's also nice that those dates and times can be altered because we all know things shift rapidly in marketing. These benefits also apply to social content.

If you need workhorse marketing software, I recommend checking out HubSpot Marketing Hub. You can do everything from creating blog posts and building web pages to scheduling out social media content and tracking key metrics to help you identify ways to improve your marketing strategies.

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot has a great team of professionals who are always ready to step in and help you. I have to say they have one of the best customer service teams. Their knowledge base is also extremely helpful! 99% of the time I can find my answers on my own.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to be able to do more with contact lists. It would be nice to be able to divide large email lists in the system vs having to export and manually divide, then reupload. We have some large email lists and try not to send in bulk. So, a feature like this would benefit companies like us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are still learning new ways to use the Marketing Hub. About a year ago we started using the Workflows automation, which has been beneficial.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Utilize the support pages, knowledge base, community, academy, etc. You can learn so much by reading through forums and completing the HubSpot Academy courses.

Workflows and other sales and Marketing tools are superb

Nothing at all. The team is quick to respond and help if you have any issues

We are solving customer relationship issues and lead development issues by using hubspot

What do you like best about the product?
I like the user-friendliness of the platform the most. Rather it is an admin or a regular CRM user, they are able to pick it up fairly quickly. My favourite feature within HubSpot is how workflows can integrate so easily with third-party platforms like G2 itself for example!
What do you dislike about the product?
As with any product, there are always things that can be better, I would like to see more cross-functionality between sales and marketing in the product. This is already getting much better, so looking forward to the future!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Integrating multiple data sources into one place and easily automating data flows from one place to another. As well the ability to link advertising efforts with everything organic and through other channels is a definite plus!
