Great tool for a number of Marketing functions
What do you like best about the product?
Ability to organize, review, and track projects. Good level of customization and flexibility. I mostly use HubSpot for Marketing email campaigns and social meida.
What do you dislike about the product?
The social media tool could use some improvements. Especially when it comes to metrics. I get very little valuable information from analytics. The calendar preview could also use some improvements.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking several different campaigns is always a challenge. I like how I can link all campaigns related to a project from one platform. I save a lot of time with the social media tool since I can schedule all the posts and link them directly to a campaign.

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot Marketing Hub is a one stop shop for almost all of your digital marketing needs from email nurture, social media to analytics reporting.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside our team is experiencing right now is a lack of sync reporting between WordPress (where our website currently stands) and HubSpot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Connecting the dots from the top of the funnel to the business we realized through our marketing efforts.

If somebody opt outs of receiving marketing emails, they inadvertently opt out of receiving individual emails.

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot is the best choice for small and mid-sized businesses (including startups and scaleups).
It has the best UI and feature set, all in-house with its CRM solution (no need for problematic/limited 3rd party CRM integrations).
The workflow builder (with the list management solution) is exceptional compared to other big competitors (e.g. Eloqua or Marketo). If you find the right consultant/expert to help you, HubSpot is extremely customizable and very powerful.
Generally, customer support is very responsive and helpful.
Another big plus is that the platform is improved constantly.

As for small and mid-sized businesses (including startups and scaleups), HubSpot is the best solution, for the biggest enterprise companies, there are other strong competitors as well (e.g. Eloqua) - once you need multiple instances and very complicated 3rd party CRM integrations.
For multi-layered lead scoring, you need an advanced custom solution in HubSpot.
When it comes to dynamic sections in emails, there are some minor limitations, e.g. you can't remove blocks entirely if it is only relevant to a specific audience set.

I would like to get more info such as time spent by email. I would also like to include form that can be answered inside the email. Without going to any other URL

Automation of processes and stipulation of responsibilities, two great tools that allow us to save time and focus efforts

Sometimes the options to activate an automation fall short, I would like more flexibility

Best Platform for Marketing Operations
What do you like best about the product?
It's an easy and intuitive user face. Makes your work simple and faster.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not all activities can be done in bulk, we can't enroll more than 50 contacts in a sequence at a time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We got to know all our social media performances and automation saves us a lot of time to look at other major aspects of the business.
HubSpot Fan for Life
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot Marketing Hub is a marketer's dream come true! It is so easy to configure and use, and it's easy on the eyes, too! (Which marketers appreciate!) Compared to the competition, HubSpot is by far the easiest to use without the help of IT teams and developers.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are very few downsides. If I had to pick one, I would say that the custom design elements are a bit more challenging to figure out and there is less documentation for these features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot enables me to integrate most of my martech into one platform, which has also helped bridge the gap between my Sales, Operations, and Marketing teams. Managing full-scale campaigns, engaging with my audience, and reporting on my KPIs are now so easy!
Great, easy to use software!
What do you like best about the product?
I love how simple this software is. It isn't too complicated and analytics are easy to view.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do wish there were better options for content planning, or storing ideas for future use. Something that can make it easy to continue to create/plan content.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having a space to collaborate is really helpful! I love that I can see my coworkers work in real time.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is nice to have a leader/agency that has used hubspot before to help you walk through, but if you dont have that, the classes in hubspot academy are so helpful!
