HubSpot Marketing Hub: One Stop Marketing automation (best in market)
What do you like best about the product?
Its simplicity. The hubspot tool has all the features which you need. The best part and the mostly used section is the emails and landing pages. You can create landing pages without having prior coding experiences, its is mostly drag and drop feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
Well, although there is not majorily anything but its actually the price. For a startup, to afford HubSpot is a bit tough. Especially, if you need all its features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We actually wanted a single tool which has all the features which majorly we needed for our marketing activities. Especially help with email marketing, creating landing pages for webinar and ebook promotion, forms to catch leads, etc.
Intuitive & Awesome
What do you like best about the product?
For me, it's about everything talking to each other. I can create, landing pages, forms, and emails that all engage with one another, meaning the reporting is in one place and much easier to produce.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some email and landing page modules still require knowledge of Java. It would be ideal if we could create bespoke modules using a drag and drop feature like the builder itself.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Collaboration. Everything is in one place which means our teams can work together easily to produce campaigns and other various collaterals. We find it useful that we can make our own amendments and create our own assets rather than relying on agency support all the time.

What do you dislike about the product?
we had a hard time, getting our Chinese colleagues on board, due to not functional 2FA methods. (Authneticator App and sms didn't work with chinese numbers)
translatable properties would be a greatly appreciated feature! Currently we need multiple properties with the same content to cover our international customers data.

Better transparency on website performance

Recommendations to others considering the product:
HubSpot does not need to be administered by an IT or programming specialist. But it's still good to have one on board, when planning a rollout or connectors to other systems like CRM or ERP.
An absolute must for RevOps
What do you like best about the product?
Marketing Hub is a great product on its own, with intuitive landing pages, email, and ad management tools. However, where it really shines is when it's layered on top of the other HubSpot products, CRM, Sales Hub, and Service Hub. Having all of these functions under one software stack makes sharing data between departments a breeze.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a couple of negatives, mostly nice-to-haves and don't detract from the overall experience. For example, the Facebook ads event triggers only fire on lead generation ads when you integrate HubSpot. However, this and some other minor annoyances always seem to be tackled by the Product team and get incorporated into the roadmap in time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Marketing Hub (and the entire HubSpot stack) helps our teams get aligned through a central source of data. It also helps us use customer data to segment and launch more personalized campaigns.
A ton of good features but misses some core points.
What do you like best about the product?
Has the foundation of some great features, a clean UI, decent speed of development, some useful quality of life tools such as the contact merge manager, and decent email capabilities.
What do you dislike about the product?
Any positive feedback I gave above is all overshadowed by the lack of a lead object. A lifecycle of contact is linear and any attempts to do anything outside the box is a terrible experience. It also doesn't help at all that the workflows and the core records are missing very basic functions such as the capability of using today's date, a custom date-time field etc. We lost count of how many times we ended up saving: "I cant believe this system doesn't have something that should be fundamental"

Marketing attempts, CRM, Customer communications, reporting on lead intake and classification, internal assignments and notifications, nurture campaigns, lead status managemment.

What do you like best about the product?
Marketing and sales are integrated into one platform. Easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Upgrades and advanced features are expensive. Some parts of the interface need updating.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
User-friendly access to integrated tools for CRM, email marketing, and analytics. Making sales and marketing work closer together and sharing the same data.

Great for small teams to get access to a wide range of features.

What do you like best about the product?
The easy and clean interface makes navigating way easier. The tools are presented in a cohesive way to avoid confusion.
What do you dislike about the product?
The limited integration resources when it comes to other CRM and Accounting platforms. (i.e Netsuite)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lack of automation at my company and Social Presence, with HubSpot I have been able to set up an automated emailing system as well as posting SM content on all platforms.

Hubspot marketing is easy to use and complete at the same time :
- We can create and sending email easily without needing HTML background with drag & drop
- We can easily create automation for sending email. The tool is very complete so it's quite easy to create the triggers adapted to our automation strategy
- A lot of customization are possibles even without a developer background. Except some of them who still need to use API documentation (ex : custom object)

What do you dislike about the product?
The tool is quite complete but sometimes some little and not importants elements are missing and we don't understand why something so small are not present in the CRM.
Example : we can create custom date fields but not custom time fields or it's quite painful to analyse our data in another business intelligence software because there is no key for matching the association between the different Hubspot objets

Event marketing - can run a full campaign from landing pages, email, social, follow ups

What do you dislike about the product?
Properties across contacts/companies/deals - should be able to add a new option to each rather than individually adding an option each time. Time consuming and if not copied exactly affects workflows.

Consolidated a lot of platforms we were using into one, e.g a social tool, email marketing platform. Allows to track all activity and help with ROI. Easy to use so all teams can use it

Clear, pleasing to use.
What do you like best about the product?
The way we can change labels and names of workflows and it doesn't break things. We're trying to use miro and asana to project manage. It feels modern and fun.
What do you dislike about the product?
A way to have contacts from an organisation ordered so that the most important are at the top when you're in 'company' view. It seems like we can't set up workflows to trigger on the ay of an event.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Visibility on communications with contacts from across the company. People expect us to know about them and previous communication, so the easier this is the better.

Do the basic training, then take it slow learning the possibilities.
