Good marketing tool

What do you like best about the product?
It allows your business to keep track of your business from initial life cycle stage. Good way of organizing and setting up meetings. Social media platforms are accessible in one page!
What do you dislike about the product?
Creating workflows can be difficult task, as long as you know what you expect from your business, you get best results!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Social media posts with free mentions of other pages.
Logging deals & tasks assigned easily with reminders.
Not having to manually add prospective customers in the system with easy email integration.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Great marketing tool, with analytics & dashboard
Other features can be customized accordingly to the requirements of your company

Hubspot is the best marketing platform I've ever used

What do you like best about the product?
I love the functionality but also the ease of use. It's so intuitive.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's nothing I dislike about Hubspot. Actually one small thing. When you post on LinkedIn, you can't tag a person in the post.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are gaining visibility over our web traffic, social post interactions and email marketing. We've also linked ads and can report on any campaign at a given time.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Look at a bundle of Marketing, Sales and Service Hub from the outset. Pricing is v competitive.

Easy to use with the wide complexity of features you need

What do you like best about the product?
I love that HubSpot has such a compelling interface that makes it easy to use and find the things you need for both marketing and sales efforts. I've worked with HubSpot my entire professional career and wouldn't think of using any other CRM / MA system. Also, whenever you're in need of consultation, assistance in problem solving or questions about features, the HubSpot support is always there for you with great and swift help.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some minor features that I miss a little bit to be honest, such as the ability to use a "OR" filter and not just "AND" when building custom reports. Also that the "became a [lifecycle stage]" date is fixed, which makes it harder to report on clients that have left for a competitor to later become a client again. The lifecycle stages and their automatically logged properties can be a bit "linear", but I guess that all depends on what industry you're in (we're in SaaS). Also, a lot of reporting and filter options are not equal for both contacts and companies which can at times be a bummer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting a clear overview of our marketing efforts, automation for re-engagement and having sales and marketing work in a system that speaks to the needs of both departments (I've worked in both sales and marketing).

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to create workflows and most of the functionalities are logical and helpful. I've created workflows for both internal routines and for analyzing customer data. The chat support is great to have in the beginning.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hubspot is great for seeing snapshots of data but when you want to measure it over time you are going to run into some issues. It would also be great with better collaboration between the objects. I sometimes run into problems when I need data where the properties are in different objects and I need them to work together. To be able to create workarounds is key when you are using Hubspot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot has helped me to analyze my data and to follow my KPIs in a more structured manner. It has also given me insight into how data in my customer stock can be used to attract new clients.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability create organised campaigns with all assets stored together (emails, socia media posts, automated workflows), quickly use templates, smart objects for dynamic URL population, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only feature that is slightly frustrating is the integrations with third party tools like zoom. The sync isn't daily and it often requires a manual refresh rather than updating the stats automatically.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Generating marketing qualified leads from email campaigns, scheduling social media posts to maintain our brand presence, and continually analysing and optimising our metrics to improve the performance of future campaigns.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This is definitely the go-to platform for every marketing professional.

What do you like best about the product?
Workflows and automation has led us to a lot less admin as a sales & marketing team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some features that I feel are basic not being there when other more complex tools are available

Time, majorly time saving. The ability to automate day to day things that would have been extremely time consuming

What do you like best about the product?
Having the ability to have everything to hand in one interface to get a holistic approach and viewpoint is excellent. Great user interface and easy to build reports.
What do you dislike about the product?
The tiers for marketing contacts is too rigid, if you go over by one you are instantly invoiced but there is no way to just stop new contacts from coming in - or any changes you make to reduce them only comes into effect at the start of the next month.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having a one-stop shop for everything within marketing is a godsend - no longer am jumping between linkedin, google ads, google analytics or our own CMS- it is all in front of me.

-costly as soon as you want to add a feature (if I need 1 specific feature in another plan, I need to move completely to that plan, I would prefere to choose the features I would need only)
-not all the functionalities available on LinkedIn (for example : upload and share document on LinkedIn)

Hubspot Marketing - Worth it

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot Marketing is a great tool to help any business to increase its exposure. Justteq Group uses all the options available from email automation to landing pages and forms. Justteq Group has also linked its Google Ads and Facebook ads, so we only need to use this single platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
It took a few days to get used to the layout. Once Marketing Hub was purchased, we still received marketing emails to purchase the product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking of where the most traffic comes from Also who opens emails and how many times links clicked. Really like the tracking functionality
