    Marketing and Advertising

Efficient and interactive!

What do you like best about the product?
I like the simple, clean look that the main dashboard has. The buttons are easily identifiable and the 'spongey' effect to the buttons is a feature I also enjoy.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not as easy to make photos clickable as I'd like it to be. Everything works okay, but sometimes it takes a bit of fiddling. I'd also like to see options for colour changes when switching between accounts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It saves my time massively, and also helps me to track and analyse what is doing well, what we need to improve, and breaks down our demographic audience by nation, age etc.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would use it. It is the best CRM I have used so far.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to check how a campaign will look in each major email client.
What do you dislike about the product?
Style editor can be somewhat limiting compared to other platforms, such as DotDigital, which provide much more flexibility in how to layout a campaign.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reaching out to enterprise-level client bases in a consistent manner is very easy with HubSpot's Marketing Hub and the integration with the CSR aspect of HubSpot has made segmenting contacts far easier and providing with relevant comms.

What do you like best about the product?
Once you have set up the Marketing Hub. That would be your uploaded pictures, brochures, files, writing and attaching these to e-mails, scheduled social media. This becomes very easy to add and modify. Snippets (short automated e-mail responses) can be selected to answer the same questions over and over. Setting up e-mail and adding them into an automated system makes life very easy and does the work of two people.
What do you dislike about the product?
Well, what can I say? If you change your links from your website one, unfortunately, has to update all the prewritten e-mails. We changed our website quite dramatically and had to change all the links in our 400-odd e-mail setup. Quite a job, but this will happen in any software that you use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We save a lot of time utilizing the HubSpot Marketing Hub. It makes life easy to manage and track what is going on with the marketing campaigns. The dashboard facilities are excellent for analytics.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Start using the free version of Hubspot. You can achieve quite a bit with the free version.

What do you like best about the product?
Besides the tool the customer service is incredible, they always answer fast, if they don't have the answer they look for it and try to help any way they can
What do you dislike about the product?
Some limitations regarding the sequences, at this point we should be able to have more filter options regarding the usability of the tool
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The reportings are awesome, the workflows are an incredible tool as well, we were able to automatize so many processes.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Read and watch all the tutorials, as soon as you have the idea how it works there are very few limitations of what can you do

Great for Small Marketing Teams

What do you like best about the product?
I like that HubSpot has everything in one place. You can connect the Sales, Service and Marketing Team all together and can have detailed reporting for every department. Moreover, it's great to track your potential customers and their behaviors so that everyone is on the same page with you.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the pricing and product limits are confusing. I have realized they change some of the packages from time to time, and it's difficult for me to catch up on which feature was in where.

I know that they have a huge number of customers, but feeling the lack of an account manager for any sort of problem makes you feel alone while trying to figure out what your problem is.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Marketing connects all marketing teams into one place and you don't have to worry about different tools and platforms to look at. You can align all your marketing needs into one platform including reporting, advertisement, email marketing, content, landing pages, conversions, forms and, of course, CRM.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
You can also check MailChimp but note that it's - I guess - more oriented for marketing automation, especially for email marketing.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy integration between different hubs and also too use for first-party data in media buys.
Also, all customer data is in one place and not across different platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the web tool at all. It has a lot of improvement areas before I would consider using it professionally.
It requires too much web development to add your customized templates, opt-out page for example.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
More accurate marketing communication based on the prospect/target account phase in the sales funnel. Understand what content is relevant to what account /region.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Map your needs and also investigate if you need external integrations to Web CMS Tools and how you buy your social media marketing ads / Google Ads.

Best tool I've ever seen.

What do you like best about the product?
I've never seen a tool with all the possibilities like HubSpot. A lot of marketing automation tools promise that you can set up difficult campaigns, but they failed me every time.
Apart from the standard functionality, HubSpot offers the ability to personalize a huge amount (of data) and then use it in lists, workflows, scoring, etc.
In addition, you can create email campaigns in no time with an easy drag and drop editor.

HubSpot develops further on basic features and improves functionality based on customer reviews.
The eye wants something too, HubSpot is a good-looking tool with a good UI and UX.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not a single thing. It's easy to say but I never had the feeling that HubSpot let me down on something.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Marketing automation, lead scoring, social planning, Ads management. All collected on a beautiful customer view!
