Easy to learn, great UX and amazing customer support

What do you like best about the product?
I've been using Hubspot for almost 5 years now. Before this I was using a patchwork of different marketing stack to combine emailing, automation and CRM.
I really like Hubspot as the user-experience is very intuitive, super easy to learn the basics. When things get complicated the customer support system in-app in great, always very responsive and will not quit until they have found a resolution.
It's great for handling emails, contact lifecycle and top level analytics. for example I love having a global view of all my paid activities in there instead of having to check on each individual platform.
The academy is also great for boosting skills and learning on the job, I use it a lot for new-joiners.
What do you dislike about the product?
- The Landing page tool could be a lot better and more user friendly without needing web skills
- Reporting is a bit high-level and can be quite limiting
- It is not very good at tracking or reporting on what happens before conversion, social reports, traffic analytics etc
- I wish there was a way to switch to B2C mode and remove a lot of unnecessary things that pertain to b2b ( ie: company info etc)
- The blog feature is really sub-par and only good as a temporary fix
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
- I use hubspot for lead generation, nurturing and overall funnel management
- It allows me to track every and plan everything in one place
- We have a much better view of attribution and engagement since implementing hubspot

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to set up and use, most of the features are intuitive, a great community of questions and answers, amazing support team
What do you dislike about the product?
Lead Scoring module aspect needs an upgrade

Automating the customer lifecycle got easier, it has helped greatly with lead routing and staying on the same page as sales

What do you like best about the product?
Automation options are great, we can now communicate with our customers without human interference needed

Billing contacts is expensive, we need to have more contacts for the same price as we are paying right now

Intuitive: Easy to use marketing automation tool

What do you like best about the product?
I really like the number of options that the workflows provide in terms of possible triggers. You can really customize the flows to ensure that your target audience is engaged at the right time in the right place.
What do you dislike about the product?
The import of contacts and the creation of lists are still a little bit cumbersome. They take ages to process and often leave me a little frustrated that they can take so long at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes targeting our audience through email marketing much easier. We're able to ensure that we are contacting the people that were allowed to contact, and that we send them the right information.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure to have a clean, organized, overview. It goes a long way in ease of use, long term.

Good tool but not comprehensive

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use for automated emails and website tools, such as lead capture forms or landing pages. The time to create something and get it live can be very short which is nice, including the ability to A/B test so things can be optimised relatively fast if you can monitor this.
What do you dislike about the product?
- Social media marketing is quite useless, given that you can't add location, carousel type or even tags for Instagram posts - so maybe some posts can be through this but no one wants to use 2 tools for this so bulk scheduling isn't very relevant

- Emails cannot be edited separately for mobile and desktop... The editor is simple so it's easy to use, but it's not easy to get the formatting you want or make it mobile-friendly. Trying to have a one size fits all is quite a disaster as most users are on mobile these days.

- Forms are not very customisable for branding and colours which is a shame

- Automated emails with performance metrics and A/B testing functionality
- Pop-ups on website

What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to understand and very intuitive. We can track all of our conversations with tickets, we can categorize them and creare reports. We have a knowledge base that we can review. It is truly wonderful
What do you dislike about the product?
I have yet to find anything I sincerely dislike about Hubspot. Every time there is even a small bug or problem it is solved within 24 hours. There is not anything I would change so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can understand the gaps in our knowledge base by understanding what search terms don't give back any hints. We understand the biggest problems with our product with categorized tickets and metrics.

Using HubSpot Marketing Hub has been an absolute game changer for me!

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to create everything from campaigns, ads, forms, lists, CTA and landing pages with ease has been a great experience! Everything I need can be found in HubSpot Marketing Hub which makes reporting and tracking metrics far easier. Our clients love it and so do I!
What do you dislike about the product?
I'll get back to you when I find something I don't like ;) Everything has been an absolute pleasure so far. As soon as you understand how to use HubSpot's tools the benefits are endless.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Multiple issues can be resolved using Marketing Hub from automating emails for clients who never knew it was a possibility to far more complex actions. Scheduling items into the HubSpot calendar for social media and the related tracking have also been a great benefit. UTM tags used in various campaigns have been beneficial in helping some of our clients make. better informed decisions with regards to ad spend and where their resources could be better utilized.

Easy and intuitive!

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to centralise all marketing operations (email, forms, blog, ads) in one single place. Reporting by campaigns is incredibly useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some product features are a little limited e.g. when using a pop-up/drop-down form, and asking for birth date, the user must click several times on the year to go back in time. Apart from small features like this one, it's a great tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to launch campaigns through different channels and measure everything in one single place. Rerpoting becomes very insightful.

What do you like best about the product?
Marketing Hub,
- It is easy and user friendly for exploring and learning by yourself, with excellent YouTube tutorials
- Great Workflows for Automation/ Sequences
- Great Forms features
- Easy and friendly Email Design Tool
- Good Marketing Campaigns Management & Reporting/ Analitycs
- A very good tool when it comes to managing automated emails and marketing campaigns
- Hubspot Scoring is very useful for targeting and database segmentation
- Fully recommend the Professional version from the beginning, if you are already at least a medium business, as you can't build automated HTML emails without this subscription
- Easily integrated with other tools, such as Cognism/ MailChimp
- Good and simple Import feature
What do you dislike about the product?
- Dashboards and Reports Section is not very intuitive, hard to understand at the beginning, needs improvements in terms of reporting waterfall information, in terms of conversion Contacts- Leads - Final Customers, having them available in the Library report templates.
- Simple features, like personalisable Task Type that is not available, and it is most required by the majority of the users and strongly needed Activity Reporting
- Customer Lifestage is confusing, you can have contacts that are added to a company and marked as Customer Lifestage, but in terms of reporting is not quite exact, for e.g: when you want to see exactly a transition from how many Contacts you have, how many of them became Leads and then Customers.
- Not being able to correlate third party accounts, as Partners and measure their role in bringing in new customers or tracking the existing ones, having reports
- Rigid in terms of creating personalized pipeline process structures and correlating internal business processes, as it is focused only on Marketing, Sales and Service/ Ticketing; not being able to create another personalized process structure in a separate module, for eg. from scratch and correlate with other processes than Marketing/ Deals- Sales/ Service
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Focused on the Marketing process, mainly:
- Good targetted communication and good quality in emailing design;
- Segmentation and tracking leads/ contacts.
- Marketing Campaigns management
- Useful and good working workflows, as well for segmentation and activity tracking, as well as for lead generation campaigns and nurture campaigns, the automated communication overall;
