Great Program!

What do you like best about the product?
With Hubspot we have everything we need to track our ongoing projects. It tracks the emails and all communications to each customer. Easy to move around the program. Customer service is at your fingertips. they answer your requests as fast as possible. I have enjoyed working in this program.
What do you dislike about the product?
Reports are a little lacking. But the team is very interested in making it right.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All communications are found in one spot.

Hubspot is top notch in every way!

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot was very easy to train with and learn their system. Their onboarding process and follow-ups ensure you're getting the most out of Hubspot. They also have amazing live support that responds in real-time and helps with any issues that may come up. As far as the platform itself, the easiest and best email marketing system I've used. The integrations with other services like Eventbrite are also amazing.
What do you dislike about the product?
If I had to choose something I don't like about Hubspot it'd have to be very minor things that I've noticed that usually, you wouldn't mention, things you accept as normal "glitches" in technology. For example, when I'm editing an email, I've noticed I'll highlight some text with the intention of copying, cutting, or pasting and it'll glitch and I'll have to highlight the text a second time and then it works. All in all, it's really hard to come up with things I don't like about Hubspot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to build emails and easily replicate them using their clone feature. I also utilize their scheduling feature as well. Before leaving for a business trip, I'll create and schedule marketing emails to deploy while I'm away, so I don't miss a beat.

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot is by far the simplest email marketing tool that I have ever used. The interface is so user friendly. I love how HubSpot guides me as I prepare to send out my daily dispatches with fail-safe measures that ensure my emails end up in the correct inboxes.
I also appreciate how easy it is to customize the emails with a selection of great-looking templates.
I am a very happy HubSpot user.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found anything I dislike about HubSpot. My company recently replaced our old email marketing software with HubSpot and the difference is night-and-day. HubSpot is a lot more intuitive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I appreciate how easy it is to edit HubSpot emails on the fly. The clone tool is a lifesaver for when you need to send out a correction or a revision on an email.

What do you like best about the product?
Using the email marketing features to schedule out social media posts in advance. Aggregate marketing performance on dashboards is great too.
What do you dislike about the product?
Only one photo per Instagram post allowed when using the social media post scheduling. Also not being able to tag people in photos other than in the text.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to segment and market to contacts on a per-service basis. Easy to create accurate lists to market better to each group!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Assess what type of digital marketing your company needs to do, whether text, email, social media, or a combination. HubSpot Marketing Hub is great for email and social media!

What do you like best about the product?
Most things are easy to understand. Doesn't have to be very technical in order to use the tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
Formatting using the email tool can be extremely tricky when copy and pasting text from another tool like Google doc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sending broadcast / automated emails to our prospects and clients. Analyzing the effectiveness of the email alongside our copywriters.

With HubSpot Marketing Hub, we are able to easily keep record of contacts, and make contact lists to send certain content to. We are also able to make automated emails that are sent at certain phases of a relationship with a client or potential client, so we don't have to send these manually. Big time saver.

I recommend it!

What do you like best about the product?
Everything. The fact that I can attribute leads and new business to certain campaigns, marketing efforts, etc is huge for us. This allows our team to shift and adjust our focus as necessary.
What do you dislike about the product?
Email automation is great. However, we need to warmup our Hubspot email server to send mass emails. Which is challenging for us because we have over 60k contacts on our list. So, we are still using Mailchimp to send marketing based emails, while we warm up our email server over the next few months.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating more automation for our AE and AM team. This gives them the chance to focus on real opportunities to close and not have to worry about sending emails, creating call tasks, sending SMS, etc.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Use it. Don't even think about it. Cost can be a challenge for some, but there are options to consider. Plus, the amount of time and energy it saves a company is practically priceless.

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot saves me a lot of time in scheduling social posts in scale and reviewing content performance, it's very efficient to manage all our social content in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Analyze feature for Social is not customizable enough.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot helps us to manage email & social marketing more efficiently, we can also segment lead lists based on our needs leveraging customizable properties.

What do you like best about the product?
Honestly, the customer support/chat is wildly helpful. I was brand new to the HubSpot marketing hub a few months ago and now I feel more than competent. Whenever I have questions, however big or small, Hubspot support is there to help me out. They've helped me with troubleshooting, testing, clearing bugs, organizing workflow logic, and much much more. Additionally, their traffic and conversion analytics has allowed us to fine-tune our workflows, lead generation, and acquisition processes. WIthout HubSpot I'm not sure where we would be.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have many serious gripes with HubSpot Marketing Hub. I think there's definitely a learning curve to understanding how to navigate HubSpot and take advantage of all of its features, but there are enough resources out there that you can almost always find the answer that you're looking for. I also wish that community suggestions were implemented faster. I understand that developing new features takes time and resources, but there are so many great discussions on the forums of features that users would really appreciate and that would make life/work much easier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our business contacts/leads have seemingly countless contact properties that make contacting them highly specific (and sometimes difficult). The nature of HubSpot's contact property organization and logic workflows allows us to contact our unique customers in a way that is personalized, yet still efficient and repeatable.
