What do you like best about the product?
It's a lot more user-friendly than previous marketing platforms that I've utilized. It's definitely increased our efficiency in reach and helped in smoothing out our customer journey!
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love some more comprehensive company-wide training material

Being able to budget resources with HubSpot's automation capabilities

The best way to manage and scale your growing business

What do you like best about the product?
I use Hubspot for every aspect of my business. I manage my ads through the amazing ad tool that gives you 100% accurate attribution. I manage the leads from my ad campaigns in my Hubspot CRM including SMS + Email workflows. We even use the reports company-wide to track the success of our teams. I even have my website hosted on Hubspot so I know everything that is going on through my website in visually appealing reports.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'll have to get some ad details from my Facebook ads manager such as Unique Clicks, Unique CTR, and minor details. It's small compared to the 100% accurate attribution that Facebook is limited on post iOS updates.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Attribution is the key to finding success in ads. With Hubspot, I can confidently scale winning campaigns and know what leads are going down the funnel with the Hubspot lifecycle stages.

What do you like best about the product?
Very comprehensive. So many features - I have yet to take advantage of them all. Support is extremely friendly, as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing as of yet, I have been happy with it so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automation! Hubspot makes it easy to automate our follow-ups and I love using their email templates to save time on emails.

What do you like best about the product?
I really enjoy the integration with our wordpress website. Being able to format blog posts and in turn, create social media posts is seamless. It is a unified platform that makes it easy to manage several marketing platforms
What do you dislike about the product?
The hubspot website analytics are not the best I have seen. It is less intuitive than some platforms I've used. It could also stand to have a more basic format option for standard analytic functions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It can be used as a one stop solution for blog, social, email marketing, and website contact forms. It has allowed us to use less disparate off-the-shelf solutions.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would recommend using it over using several individual marketing solutions

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot is easy to use and implement into an organization. There are a wide variety of features that can be used in small companies as well as large companies.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hubspot has limited capability in their Social Media scheduling and anaytics features. I wish they provided more advanced reporting + updated scheduling features when scheduling social media posts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We love the automated work flow features + the ease of building and sending emails. Having everything integrated in Hubspot is a great benefit.

What do you like best about the product?
The dashboard functionality and the ability to tie in all marketing channels along with their reporting around contact creation.
What do you dislike about the product?
No being able to only see my unit's email campaign performance
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm able to figure out how to optimize our marketing. We have seen a lot of poor credit prospects which has allowed me to go out and create strategic partnerships with credit building companies.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's a comprehensive tool that I'd recommend utilizing as much as possible. While there are other tools (landing page builders, social management tools), I think housing everything under one roof for operational excellence is more important than a few missed features.

What do you like best about the product?
All the tools are in once place - analytics, workflows, email tools, social calendar, etc. The user interface for setting up Facebook and Google ads is a lot simpler than the ad accounts found on the native platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
I know it's pricey, but honestly, it's been worth it. They are always improving and listening to customer feedback so any complaints I've had in the past have been resolved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We run our entire marketing efforts out of HubSpot. Everything from social campaigns to email campaigns to website content campaigns are done within HubSpot. It's great!

What do you like best about the product?
Our entire marketing team can use HubSpot, for everything from organic and paid social, to email marketing, to landing page creation, and tie this into our sales data to see the effectiveness of our campaigns.
What do you dislike about the product?
Needing a HubSpot trained developer to help us build our landing page templates and make tweaks, but we have been able to do this and work around in some cases too.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to connect multiple teams and reduce the cost that comes with running multiple platforms. We're consolidating tools, saving time, and saving money.
