It is a great platform I just wish it had more options when it came to social media marketing.
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use and very user friendly! Clean design as well
What do you dislike about the product?
When you type your website and hubspot posts it for you, it has a weird "unique" link. I'd rather see the link appear "google.com"
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are increasing our organic growth with it because it makes it easy to post on all social media sights at once

Segmentation strength and ease of use, email health etc...

Not having a good native dashboard, reporting could be better

Great product, subpar support
What do you like best about the product?
I LOVE the functionality between HubSpot's automation, advanced marketing messaging capabilities, and the ability to significantly decrease the lift involved for our sales team to onboard new merchant partners.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've noticed a decrease in the quality of support since the start of the pandemic. Specifically, a lot of the reps don't seem as knowledgeable, and some have even mentioned they are helping multiple people at one time which, while obvious on the surface, reads as very unprofessional once I do finally get an answer and the answer is "I don't know how to help you." Also, the new custom reporting tool takes too long to update itself.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automation is a huge component for us, as well as seamless onboarding for our merchant partners using drip campaigns and welcome emails triggered by list enrollments. The benefits are tenfold, especially where peace of mind is concerned for our reps.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Definitely building a foundational skill set with HubSpot before taking on more advanced tools so you can diagnose issues w/o relying on support.
Content Management and Automation Made Easier (And Simpler!)
What do you like best about the product?
It's so easy to schedule out my emails (with automation and a ton of format options), while also scheduling out associated social posts at the same time across platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only struggle I have is that Instagram is not tying into our HubSpot socials at the moment, so I have to post separately to that platform--but it's a Meta issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Finding out what lands with our customers, what topics they engage with most. We can take the data we get from our emails and ensure we're connecting with our audience better.

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot is an intuitive platform that's very powerful for marketing and sales professionals.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform doesn’t have integration with Twitter ads.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating customer journeys for clients and new leads, using automation to get new leads and re-engage clients via AdWords and LinkedIn. Seamless integration with HubSpot forms and Slack to improve response times.

What do you like best about the product?
With my Hubspot experience so far, I like the ease that I can create an email with graphics as well as video on the spot. I have the tools to create what I need right there without having to go to another place to get my Job Done. But still have the option to go else where and import it into my email as well
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like that I can not create a marketing email and save it as a template to reuse without having to clone that email. I send Marketing material to different people at different times, and sometimes I can not add them to a workflow. I also do not like when a client has accidentally removed themselves from the emails how hard it is to get them back where I can send an email to them through HubSpot
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can collect the data to know which email recipients have viewed my emails and who I need to help more with our program. I am able to schedule Post to go out to all of our Social media at once at specific times as well
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would recommend for the ease that you can create and keep track of your customers
Amazing, all-inclusive platform for marketing professionals.
What do you like best about the product?
I love the customer service and support for this product. I also love that it is all-inclusive. Meaning I schedule emails, keep track of customers, view analytical reports, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
The cost is probably the thing I dislike the most, but it is worth it in the end for us. I do also wish that there was more 'mentorship' help that we didn't have to pay extra for, but in the end it is also worth the extra cost.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Everything is in one place, and for the things that are not hosted in HubSpot, is easily integrated. It is very nice to have robust integrations with our other platforms.

Website and landing pages as they are fairly easy to create

I only dislike the inability to create custom modules without the help of a developer

Our ability to complete a lot of the website and landing pages without the assistance of the dev team that frees up their time

What do you like best about the product?
All the integrations with existing platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
The amount of time to learn it. We spent hours on Hubspot Academy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have been able to track our metrics and integrate them with our website and sales funnel seamlessly. This has helped us refine our marketing strategy.
Robust and Time-saving
What do you like best about the product?
The workflows are capable of almost anything I need. Even when something can't be accomplished directly with one workflow, it can usually be accomplished with multiple workflows and some creativity.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are still some features I'm waiting for HubSpot to come out with, like the ability to send reminder texts for meetings, and add custom properties to users that can be used in workflows. I hope they continue to work on these features so I can simplify some of my workflows.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our sales team is very busy calling clients and scheduling meetings. HubSpot has become a great tool to allow them to spend more time selling and let the workflows handle the repetitive rescheduling, emailing, and texting.

Don't be afraid to use the chat feature to ask questions. The support team is very quick and helpful
