Great Customer Service and Product!
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of scheduling and maintaining social channels. The email-building tools are also great and really help with creating engaging, informative outbound communications to customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's not much I dislike about the HubSpot Marketing Hub. I think the most frustrating issue we've faced is in the Files and Templates area. If these are uploaded with a certain file name structure in mind, it can become very difficult to find files. This is primarily an internal company learning curve we have had to deal with.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We did not have a way to reach out to our customers via automated emails until we started using the HubSpot Marketing Hub. The automation tools and workflows have been utilized extensively and we are continuing you test and try out new things within the program.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that HubSpot connects almost everything from our CRM to Marketing, Service and Sales. This allows our teams to work together in ways we never have before.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few functionalities that are missing or not fully developed yet in HubSpot that I would like to have, or like to see improved. However, I know that they are constantly working on improving the system, and I've already seen so many improvements since I started using it last year.
Also, overall the platform is very user-friendly, but there are a few features that I find a little more difficult to navigate, such as report building and Ads.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With HubSpot's ability to keep all of our teams operating out of one system, we know more about our marketing contacts than ever before. For example, marketing has easy access to sales contacts and it is easy to see exactly what is going on with each person from support issues to deal opportunities. All of this affects how we might market to them. It makes communication between teams so much easier, and I love that I have almost all my marketing tools in one place!

Using Hubspot ads to work on our Google Ad Campaign
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be a bit complicated to correctly make email templates.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ease of use on our PPC campaign, Google ad can be a bit slow and complicated while Hubspot is quick and easily digetable.

I wish the forms feature was better when it came to country and state value matching.

We are using automations to nurture our customers and know who is ready for sales.

What do you like best about the product?
From email marketing and social media to CRM and marketing automation, HubSpot has almost every feature and integration that you'd need to run a full-throttle and fluid marketing team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Reporting can be overly complex at times which causes me to question the accuracy of my data. Also, using a shared email server requires you to adhere to tighter data collection policies than most SMBs have.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use HubSpot Marketing Hub for lead and demand generation campaigns. With HubSpot we can create email lists to do initial outreach, use landing pages to convert users, and then run automation to follow up and close the sale. Marketing automation in HubSpot is easy to set up and has saved our company hundreds of man-hours.

Twitter not pulling up accounts to tag companies most of the time

Reaching a wide range of people, connecting contacts with activity via emails, phone, etc
Great software. Reporting could be better.
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot is a great all-in-one software for marketing teams to be able to use. I love how it amalgamates social, email, lead capture, landing pages and more into one single tool. Very efficient from that peraspective.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reporting functionality is not great. The reporting setup is confusing and is lacking some basic features like standard compare to periods. This just needs to be simplified. Some functionality could also be improved for social and ads (e.g. you cannot create carousel or other Linkedin ad formats through the software, and needs Bing ads functionality (plus SEM ads platform is a bit too simple). Reporting through the reports dashboard AND campaigns is my biggest qualm.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to bring a lot of our marketing functions together into one central hub and do easy integration with salesforce to capture and send leads to the sales team. Looking forward to additional functionality in the future.

What do you like best about the product?
I absolutely love how user-friendly the Marketing Hub is. Everything is accessible and the out of box reporting is extremely useful for KPI's. I enjoy the continuous trainings as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do wish there were more social media privileges as using the platform right now has limitations to it versus if you were to publish directly on any given social media platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can better measure our campaigns and the various channels being used for campaigns to see what drives the most traffic and is most effective. Its been a great tool as well having a hybrid office.

Superior interface to other platforms I've tried. Excellent customer service.

Sometimes features that you assume are available are not an option.

Easy to use; intuitive.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Give it a shot. I think it is a better solution than many of its competitors.

We are solving for when to send emails that work best and benefits are hearing back from our users. We are improving our numbers through HubSpot.
