Great suite with a range of vital core features.

What do you like best about the product?
My favorite part of the HubSpot Marketing Hub is the progressive testing tool for landing pages. It provides a relatively easy way to test conversions. I also like the ability to track ad spend and performance through the ad manager. Both features need some updating, but they've been valuable tools for our team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some configuration settings can be a bit clunky, and the ad manager doesn't allow for the creation of new types of campaigns on the available ad networks. Coming from WordPress, I also find their CMS much less intuitive than the alternatives.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're running our website, tracking ads, and testing campaign variations -- including landing pages, forms, creative, etc. -- from within HubSpot. It's making our attribution and general performance tracking much easier.

What do you like best about the product?
It's very easy to enroll people into marketing and email sequences, and to view people who reply. Additionally, their support is very easy to get ahold of, and the quality of support is more than enough for me and my team
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that you could AB test more than 2 subject lines for marketing emails. Additionally, on the sales email sequence side of things, it would be great if you could choose when, exactly, emails get sent.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We run our marketing email campaigns through Hubspot, and use it as our CRM instead of Salesforce. It's far less expensive than Salesforce, and don't feel as if we miss any of Salesforce's features.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Definitely recommend. No major issues, and support is great.

What do you like best about the product?
The WYSIWYG editor - it makes it quick and easy to make stuff without full coding knowledge and the reporting is great too.
What do you dislike about the product?
The WYSIWYG editor, Ha! It falls short in some aspects, like having things randomly hardcode in, the responsiveness across devices is meh, etc - I generally end up needing edit code in some way even after I make the selection in the wysiwyg tool. Campaigns are also meh
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Main focus is automation and I've been able to bring automation to the sales team. The analytics are helpful in determining/ attributing behaviors.

Clear navigation, user-friendly, and easy to use.

Lacks a lot of capabilities of competitors. Workflows encompass all automation, with no difference between nurtures and automation rules.

Not many downsides. Landing page editing could get slightly better.

What do you like best about the product?
easy, convenient (cloning), history versions, easy to build and drop content in. list building love how i can export, also love list for when consumers fill out form online
What do you dislike about the product?
Analytics. cant pull a report on one or 2 things for entire campaign. reached out for help and no suggestions for feedback. i wanted click rate and click thru and could only compare 10
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
easy way to send emails to clients, easy to make lots of lists, esp with form submissions, good to know where they open emails, what they click, when they are clicking etc

favorite platform ive used so far, i love it day to day.

It's The All-in-One CRM/Marketing Software Solution

What do you like best about the product?
I love that HubSpot Marketing Hub has everything I need in it to run most businesses. From the website, webforms, emails, social media management, workflows to automate core components of my business, and so much more. Plus, that's just with Marketing Hub. That's not even discussing Service or Sales Hub.
What do you dislike about the product?
The cost can be prohibitive sometimes, and it is a super large platform so it's easy to get lost in the platform. The Community and Ideas forums are a great place to discuss opportunities for the platform, and HubSpot is pretty engaged with adding to their platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reducing the need for multiple software platforms. It's nice to have all of the resources and data in one location, it's easy to manage permissions, and make sure my team is squared away. Benefits include easy to explain and show how processes work, and with the data available it's easy to tell a story of how a contact interacted with our digital presence.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
There is certainly an initial cost that you have to rationalize; however, once you commit you won't regret it. You'll start seeing all of the various places you can use HubSpot's features instead of the other platforms you are using.

Easy to use marketing software

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot makes it easy to have all of our marketing communications in one space. Posting to multiple social profiles is very intuitive and I like that you can see all of the analytics in one spot.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that there is no "undo" feature in workflows. Someone somehow basically deleted an entire workflow for a campaign and I had to re-build it from scratch. Or even a popup that says "Are you sure?" like HubSpot has for other features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use HubSpot for everything marketing and sales. It's great to have a tool where everything is aligned. The dashboards are great too.

What do you like best about the product?
I love having all my customers and all my team mates in one place. Both sales and marketing are fully aware at all times of what is going on. We have weekly meetings with HubSpot reports has the main focus, this keeps us aligned and growing. As the Marketing Manager I can create automated campaigns for my many contacts with different triggers for different nurture campaigns, and deliver KPIs easily to management. I love that we can create properties that are important to our business, although I do wish we had more control over the HubSpot created ones. This is the second company I have used HubSpot at and I have been very happy with it both times. If you have a team to work with, it's a dream.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the reporting was a little easier to figure out. Recent improvements have helped but the process is still a little convuluted. And I was surprised that there was no direct mailing option out of HubSpot. We send sticker packs to our users and this would be so helpful and has been upvoted many times. There are small little features like that that are lacking but I can usually find a good work around.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are a small team growing quickly and I need to be able to scale the marketing and sales department efficiently to support the growing business. I love being able to see and communicate with my team all in one place!

What do you like best about the product?

The UX/UI of the forms, workflows & scoring needs to be updated.

Better insights into customer journey, Ability to reach customers, Lead Gen, Data Management, Marketing CRM, Data Visualization. We have been able to achieve all our goals.
