Hubspot centralIzed our processes

What do you like best about the product?
I love the customer service provided and the overall features of Hubspot aligned perfectly with our use case. We really use Sales and Marketing hub most and have considered sales force and other CRMs but ultimately chose Hubspot.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside is also an upside. Hubspot has so much to offer there are times that the learning curve can be moderately high. But Customer has always helped and walked us through our pains.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have been able to create more robust profiles of our people and walk with them through a processs instead of constantly trying to get a conversion with every interaction.

What do you like best about the product?
The easy to use, the simplicity in terms of setting everything up. in a Month we were able to start running Marketing campaigns.
What do you dislike about the product?
Few things, some of the settings and navigation are not easy to find and require engaging support. But other than that it is great!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using Hubspot as a single platform, before we had many tools all disconnected, this will help us focus on what matters, awareness, interest and ultimately conversions.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you don't have it, you better think about the time you spend implementing other platforms and how long before you can get going, HubSpot with a high-performance team will be ready to go in a month.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Hubspot makes it easy to create custom properties for contacts and to collect data through forms and surveys.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that Hubspot's landing pages builder is not as expansive as I'd like it to be, and requires downloading particular themes to get certain features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have realized the benefits of HubSpot in improving our email sending score. HubSpot makes it easy to identify unengaged contacts and avoid emailing them.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would advise you to connect with your HubSpot representative. Ours has been so helpful to answer questions.

What do you like best about the product?
The HubSpot marketing hub is great for sending marketing emails, CRM management, and more!
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few things within the CRM management tool I wish could be added but there is not anything I dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The tool incorporates our CRM with marketing so we can see we can target specific groups easily.

What do you like best about the product?
Ability to manage my entire marketing efforts from one location. Easy to use interface and expanding capabilities make managing and expanding marketing efforts a breeze.
What do you dislike about the product?
I miss the functionality of building landing page templates without needing full developer support in CMS, but this is offset by the number of themes offered in the marketplace
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automating follow-up processes, simplified nurture activities, full optics into how impactful efforts are with robust reporting and analytics features across all efforts from email, digital, and social activities.

Good customer service and a user-friendly interface

What do you like best about the product?
I'm an entry-level digital marketer, so HubSpot has been a great way for me to learn the ropes. The interface is easy to understand, and resources like HubSpot academy have been incredibly helpful as I begin my professional marketing journey.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I've struggled with so far is not having a way to integrate our social post notifications with Slack to get our employees engaged, but I reached out to customer service about it. The lady I spoke to was great and said she would recommend that feature to developers because she thought it was a great idea.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping us to organize all the different marketing strategies we have into one place, which makes for a much more seamless experience. We can focus on what matters more when we're worrying less about tech.

Easy to use with lots of functionality and great support

What do you like best about the product?
It is very easy to automate manual processes with workflows and the reporting within those actions are very helpful. Support is outstanding and they offer several different ways to contact them. I find the live chat option awesome.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reporting can be improved and it would be great if they had version history for forms. Also, it would be great to pull in target account information in contact reports.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it for email marketing and to automate sales processes since we use the forms on our website. We also use it to build landing pages and for running paid ads.

What do you like best about the product?
Not only are the marketing hub tools intuitive and effective, their team is standing by to answer any questions we have had along the way.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only aspect of the product I would adjust is adding the ability to email secondary email addresses of contacts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lead generation, nurturing, collecting data on how our leads funnel operates, and how our individual initiatives generate leads.
