It makes working in marketing much easier!
What do you like best about the product?
The user-friendly platform and features is what I like the best. The platform is so intuitive and easy to use! The workflows are my favourite feature. They are so simple to use compared to the ones in other platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
Ii terally can't find any downsides except that it sometimes takes quite some time to see a requested must-have feature appear. It's however really easy to submit new ideas and upvote them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's so much easier for us to communicate with our database. It's super simple to send an email to 500k contacts at once, make lists, have insights, post on social media, etc. All our work is centralized, we do not waste any time switching platforms.

Go for it! You won't regret it.
Good marketing automation platform for smaller organizations
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot has a user-friendly interface that makes it easy for anyone, regardless of their familiarity with a marketing automation platform, to build and report on marketing programs.
What do you dislike about the product?
It isn't as easy to build complex marketing programs in Hubspot. For instance, designing and building a complex email marketing journey in Hubspot is not as easy as other platforms in my opinion due to lack of flexibility in the logic functionality.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot Marketing Hub allows us to execute and report on our digital marketing efforts, such as pay-per-click, email marketing, social media marketing, paid social, etc.
Great Product, Great Tools, Great Integrations
What do you like best about the product?
We love landing pages and email tools. Our website has been very complex to get something like a an-hoc page up before having Hubspot. It makes our ability to run a quick promotion and track responses simple!
What do you dislike about the product?
There are times when I am creating that I wish something was there or a little bit easier. You want an image to scale this way or that way. But overall, we are very happy and usually get it figured out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting email out consistently to a marketing initiative is pretty simple once you get your emails and workflows built. The reporting provided also makes it easy to keep the rest of the company in the loop.

If you're on the fence, it's worth it.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Marketing emails. I work on them daily and send for our company. I use them for newsletters and event communications. It comes in quite handy for me to use the software.

HubSpot Marketing Hub - Easy for Social & Email
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to schedule social posts across various platforms. Love that I can copy old posts, select various images, and schedule far out in advance. As someone who has not created marketing emails before I like how easy it is to create a beautiful email in my brand colors and save templates.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that the character count includes my hyperlink when hubspot automatically shortens it. Causes me issues on Twitter. Wish that it could give me the shortened link before I post. Also don't like that there is not a seed list function in email. I end up excluding my seed list through other filters for some of my emails.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have used the marketing hub primarily for our social and email interactions with prospects and customers. This has allowed easier tracking for campaigns and insights into what contacts have interacted with.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about the Hubspot Marketing Hub is the abundance of educational material available at the ready within the platform for anyone starting in digital marketing or anyone interested in advancing their skills. Understanding the Hubspot Marketing Hub inside and out is made easy, and by doing so you are also furthering your knowledge of all aspects of digital marketing.
What do you dislike about the product?
I cannot say if there is something that I dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our team focuses a lot of our efforts on content marketing for ads and lead generation. Hubspot allows us to monitor leads from platforms such as Google, Facebook, and LinkedIn all in one dashboard. These leads are immediately connected to our org sales team from within Hubspot. Hubspot Marketing Hub allows us to create content, monitor ads, optimize budgets, and track leads. We can also create reports for all platforms very easily when data is required for us to make new decisions.

How easy it is to use and how much analytics I receive in a concise view

I just want to be able to add polls to my newsletters

I am able to see clear important information like my CTAs, and also able to see who is clicking on each link and what devices they are using etc.

The Organization of segmenting channels and easy integration between accounts
What do you dislike about the product?
Some social media functions are available to automate through HS, such as story posts and other useful social media outreach tools
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automated and organized content selections and the benefits derived from HS come from the overall organization and easy use of UTM's and other metrics
Great Platform Overall!
What do you like best about the product?
It's very simple and helps you get through your task step-by-step. Their support team is almost always available and looks into every matter/issue immediately.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've recently been working on integrating my company's old CRM platform into hubspot, and the process has been lengthy, tedious, and semi-difficult. ALso, the smart-module option on emails is a good concept but poorly executed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The Social Media integration has been incredible for our analytics tracking. My company is able to immediately see how well a tweet or email performed and then base our next campaign off of those results.

10/10, switch to Hubspot now!

What do you like best about the product?
The interface is so intuitive! Everything you need for Digital Marketing is in one place! With social media, you can add your social media accounts, custom-design and produce content for each one, and get all the metrics you need to improve! You can include images, videos, GIFs, and emojis efficiently.
What do you dislike about the product?
An option should exist to create a carousel or slideshow on LinkedIn
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Digital Marketing approaches are easier when you have all the tools you need. Having the data of my customers allows me to understand them better. Hubspot has everything that a digital marketer needs!
