Clean, intuitive, automation-first
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to clone and replicate work with a click makes the day run a lot faster and ensures fidelity when we have a delicate data set-up arranged. Navigation is great, and I appreciate the customer-level insight that mimics our CRM even without having to buy that integration. Very easy to troubleshoot contact-level issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are missing features. Unsubscribe reporting is one of the biggest gaps and the training that's available from HubSpot is more early-career big picture than the technical "How-to's" of the platform, it can be easy to learn on your own; but I wouldn't say that it's easy to train up others on quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Very easy to coordinate and replicate efforts between HQ and international offices. Once one user accomplishes X, easy to replicate assets and workflows. Sharing successful approaches has never been easier.
Hubspot has helped make make me better marketer and make less mistakes.
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot Marketing is efficient & easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some processes I do are a little time-consuming. Wish I could do more in the native software rather than relying on google sheets.

Easy tracking of performance.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like how Marketing Hub can integrate with my sales team by providing the option to notify them whenever downloads or site visits occur. Marketing Hub also allows me to create super helpful forms whenever we're putting on events, like webinars.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would say that my biggest dislike is on the workflow side of things - many of the trigger criteria I would need are missing in addition to some more detailed functionality (like creating more robust of statements, loops, etc.) to make my workflows more advanced.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I would say we had Marketing Hub before marketing became a problem. But, Marketing Hub has allowed us to diversify from a solely outbound strategy in a smart way with detailed tracking.
Ease of Use
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot is designed to be simple and easy to use. The deal pipelines help monitor the relationships in the best way possible. The phone app coordinates well with the work done on the browser.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that I can't record or find recordings of phone calls on the app. There are times I am out and about and it would make it much easier for me to have those available.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest problem I am running into is that when I send out a mass email, I can't send any kind of follow up. It is a one-off email and there is no way to build on the email thread.

Some systems feel dated and the social tools just continue to lag behind how quickly social media trends move.

What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the html code we use for our emails will get messed up and we won't know until its already sent out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have solved many problems regarding our open and click rates for emails. We learned that subjects with certain details make better rates.

What do you like best about the product?
It is very user-friendly platform that for the most part I was able to teach myself how to use. Most importantly though the customer experience team is incredibly responsive and has always been helpful with every request I have along the way.
What do you dislike about the product?
As a new employer of a company that had already gotten a walkthrough of the platform, it would be nice to have more regular "education" or learning seminar to make sure I am taking full advantage of the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving the problem of how we stay in contact with our customers, reducing churn and retaining customers. We are still trying to figure out the best content but the ability to communicate with our customers is key and the Marketing Hub is the reason we are able to do so.
Easy to navigate & a variety of capabilities
What do you like best about the product?
The easy-to-navigate platform and the available customer service support at all times.
What do you dislike about the product?
The social media capabilities could be a bit more advanced. The analytics are a bit mediocre.

We are able to have our entire time hop in and work on an email, social media post, etc.
Easy to Use and a Robust Program
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to streamline all of our campaigns together (email, social, web traffic tracking, and CRM management) is amazing. It helps us stay on track and maintain a cohesive, integrated strategy.
What do you dislike about the product?
The social reporting structure could be more built out along with the entire social media portion as a whole. More robust scheduling options and social listening, social engagement, etc. It compares pretty poorly to other social media centric software like Hootsuite or Buffer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The social media reporting is a little glitchy. Often doesn't show reporting and needs to be reconnected to social platforms to report properly but no notification is given until you manually check it.

What do you like best about the product?
I really enjoy Workflows - It helps us streamline information and ensure that Contacts are appropriately organized.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think we need more options when it comes to Custom Forms - We need to be able to create more Form templates that are for our products, rather than just Lead Capture.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The Reporting - I wish that there was a Funnel Report that was for Companies. It would be great to have a templated Sales & Marketing Dashboard - One that shows an entire customer journey.
The Custom Reports builder is improving, but it needs to do more without me telling it to do more -- The x-axis and y-axis are confusing. Set it up automatically, then the user can switch the two factors, if needed.

Make sure you get set up with a good support person on the HubSpot end.
