HubSpot is a WIN
What do you like best about the product?
I love the platform it is super user friendly, versatile and I love that you can take courses & get certificates!
What do you dislike about the product?
Analytics reporting could be more robust and accurate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSport Marketing Hub can truly do anything - emails, social, landing pages, etc. It is incredibly convenient to have everything in one place and cohesive in visual presentation.
HubSpot is easy to use and easy to track data!
What do you like best about the product?
Email marketing features, CTA tracking, user contact data, easily identifying what forms and landing pages are working
What do you dislike about the product?
Sync errors with salesforce causing a slower response time from our sales reps

Being able to better track how our leads/contacts interact with our marketing emails, forms, and landing pages.

Ease of use, smart content and personalization, automated workflows are so easy to setup

Sometimes I don't know where everything is

Smart content + personalization goes a LONG way
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Take the time to set up the product carefully. If you know your use case and can build to that, you will set yourself up better in the long run. Plus, naming conventions and foldering!

What do you like best about the product?
I love that HubSpot offers so many different channels for marketing. Email, social, landing pages, you need it - they've got it! I also love their customer support. The best in the biz.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there are SO many features it can be challenging to navigate it all.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We do 90% of our marketing outreach using HubSpot and are very happy with the results we've seen.

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot is simple to use and easy to learn

The social calendar can be clunky and hard to navigate at times. Also tracking URLs do not always work with Twitter Cards

Tracking URLs has been a huge addition to our team. As well as the campaigns feature. Great organizational tools
Easily setup and manage email workflows, monitor the execution and behavior of your leads and more
What do you like best about the product?
The best part of Hubsport marketing hub is the ease with which any feature can be used. I am frequently using the email workflows to nurture leads, assign scores and then automatically qualify them as soon as a score is reached. Such a time saver.
What do you dislike about the product?
The price is a stopper for many small companies and even though it does pay out, I think there should be cheaper starter packages until you can see the real benefit from marketing automation.

Hubspot Marketing Hub is a game changer when it comes to generating leads, nurturing them with customised content, qualifying and then reaching out to them. Saves tons of time and really boosts the efficiency of a small marketing team.
Great for market automation

HubSpot Marketing Hib is a digital marketing solution for my business. It helps me in campaign automation and email campaigns. And it also has many features with customization.
What do you dislike about the product?
HubSpot Marketing Hub 3 paid plans and 1 free, it is a bit expensive and if the user is new it will be difficult for him to learn this software. As it has a lot of features.

HubSpot Marketing Hub helps me to automate marketing activities and track traffic and performances wrt the paid and organic campaigns which are being run as a part of the intitiative
Best Marketing automation platform
What do you like best about the product?
The automation, sequences and workflows provided by Hubspot are quintessential features. With interlinking of the reverts on the mail ID itself makes tracking easier and smooth.
What do you dislike about the product?
Though the feature sets provided are great, however, the tracking bifurcations make a one stop data representation slightly an ordeal. Which becomes a hiccup in data coalition and representation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking and measuring the traffic sources and lead generation automation with lead funnel nurturing are the problem solvers which have worked for my organissations. This has made the lead funnel MOFU very effective and easy to streamline and fill in the funnel leaks.
Features like every other marketing automation tool in the market, lesser pricing though

Easy to use UI to set up consumer journeys .. any layman can pick it up ..
What do you dislike about the product?
Events getting dropped sometimes affecting success rate of delivery

What do you like best about the product?
Everything. I love how up to date HubSPot marketing is. I love the classes. I love that their software offerings can include email marketing tools, analytics tools, and tracking.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. Honestly I have no issue with this software. It's very user friendly and they have a ton of resources to offer. My big dislike is pricing. But that's not a make or break it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am learning a lot through the marketing hub, especially with the courses. I am seeing the way our clients think and use our website and social media and that's great intel for future content.
