A must-have for any marketing team
What do you like best about the product?
I think the breadth of features is super helpful to my team. The forms, ad tracking, and email features alone are instrumental in our team's day-to-day work. Recently there has been an addition of drag-and-drop builders for email and landing pages that has really helped us create beautiful emails.
What do you dislike about the product?
Because there are so many features, sometimes it can be difficult to figure out the correct process. But HubSpot makes it very easy to connect apps, it's usually an issue on the other apps' side. ie facebook or salesforce.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use HubSpot as our go-to marketing tool for tracking lead generation through forms, contacts created, email nurtures, and more. It's the middleman between our site and SFDC. We use it for light reporting and creating and tracking campaigns. I love the integrations, and I can track the success of ad campaigns from Google, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
Easy to connect clients all over the globe
What do you like best about the product?
It's user friendly and easy to use. Would suggest to freshers.
What do you dislike about the product?
There could be more mode of marketing. No other dislikes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Client reaching via marketing

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Hubspot review
What do you like best about the product?
I like the targeting marketing system in
What do you dislike about the product?
Refracted with salesforce and not having all the essential functionality
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Encompassing several areas that can be handled at one time
Complete bundle suite for every marketer
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot is a one-stop solution for all marketing needs ranging from social media management to marketing automation to analytics and reporting. The software provides end-to-end solutions for multiple uses.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing model of Hubspot is on the higher side when compared to its competitors. Also, the software might not be useful for an MSME or a small case digital agency.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scaling multiple clients across the board, marketing automation including web and app pushes and reporting based on analytics is something that Hubspot does very well for the clients it has been deployed for.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Go for the tool if you want a one-stop solution for all marketing needs.
Great Marketing Automation Platform
What do you like best about the product?
I've used Hubspot for multiple years now and I couldn't be more satisfied. It is easy to learn, the UI is straightforward and easy to navigate. My favorite feature is Workflows, where I can build and manage automated workflows without issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am not a fan of the new filter editor (beta) in Lists, but luckily I can still use the older version. To each, their own I guess.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Building and managing marketing campaigns and mailings, automation, forms through external landing pages, database management.
Overpriced and outdated
What do you like best about the product?
Useful in the sense that it combines a lot of functionality in one tool albeit at a mediocre level. Hubspot initially is a cheap solution to get a lot of functionality in one unified offering. But it quickly escalates and you get lost in unwanted features and a clunky settings interface.
What do you dislike about the product?
The user interface is clunky and slow. Every feature they have is like a mediocre copy of a proper tool. Like Livechat is slow and offers only basic configuration. It is better to pick Intercom or another tool here.
Their Email pricing is out of this world. Nearly every other provider has better conditions. Even Salesforce emailing is cheaper. The best thing is that they charge both for emails and contacts. Most legitimate email service providers have switched to either or.
Their CRM works but you cannot customize it much. Yes, you can define attributes and move some cards around etc., but if you compare it to Salesforce it is a meager shadow of what they offer.
Now here is what bothered me the most...we don't use their marketing tool (i.e. newsletters etc.). But for some reason, some of our contacts were added as so-called "Marketing Contacts" to their system. Even though we never sent a single email, they charged us for having 1012 marketing contacts (12 more than in our contract). However, I had already created a dynamic list that automatically turns marketing contacts back into non-marketing contacts. After contacting support and confirming that I did it in the right way, they still insisted on charging me for those extra 12 contacts. Why? Well because down-grading marketing contacts to non-marketing contacts is only possible at the end of each billing cycle while the payment for additional contacts is possible at any time. Well, if that does not sound like a big rip-off to you...then I don't know what does.
Companies that treat paying customers in such a way and deploy billing tactics intended to make people pay more than they should deserve no respect in my opinion. As a result, I now canceled all existing contracts with them. Yes, this was only an $8 amount but this is about the principle of how you treat your customers.

Very little. I used their CRM and Livechat. The livechat is ok but is very basic. Often the detection of custom chatflows did not work properly but it was good enough for our small e-commerce business.
The greatest Marketing Automation Software
What do you like best about the product?
What I really like about HubSpot is the entire range of functions, which goes far beyond an e-mail marketing platform and can also be natively integrated into the Salesforce CRM software, for example. The creation of workflows or automations is possible quickly and conveniently after a short training period. Reports, dashboards and dynamic lists are great! HubSpot-Academy and /-Blog also help enormously with the correct use of the tool. With email marketing, forms, and blog posts, generating leads is almost child's play. The price-performance ratio is hard to beat with just a few data sets. In my opinion, HubSpot is the absolute leader among (inbound) marketing automation tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
Unfortunately, the creation of landing pages is limited in terms of design. Unfortunately, this is where mere landing page tools on the market are better. Furthermore, HubSpot cannot automatically recognize the language of the website visitor (e.g. via IP address). This may cause international companies an enormous amount of work. BUT.... HubSpot knows these topics and is always working on excellent updates and is now the #1 CRM! :)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
First and foremost, we can significantly reduce the manual effort with the HubSpot solution. Email automation and/or personalization are features that enable us to communicate with our customers in a targeted manner. With the help of lead scoring and / nurturing, we are also much more efficient in handing over to sales for "Sales Qualified Leads".
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I can tell you from experience that I haven't had a customer who wasn't happy with HubSpot.
A Marketers complete suite of tools
What do you like best about the product?
The suite of products Hubspot provides meets every individual requirement respective teams have with utmost personalization and understanding of the problem statement. Should you not have the tools you require, one can talk to the relationship managers and build a partnership that can do wonders for one's organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing model of the company is relatively on the larger side of the spectrum which makes it out of reach for a lot of midsized and small companies who can benefit from the same. A different model for small-scale companies should be introduced to cater to larger chunks of audience groups in the SME segment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have several clients who wake every morning with a bunch of requirements that vary from time to time. Each involves a different insight or tool for the same and building those marketing tools becomes a challenge that we overcome by using Hubspot.

What do you dislike about the product?
Have the option to design the website with many templates. But wish Hubspot itself provides the hosting service for the website.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sending marketing emails is quick and easy. it saves lots of time than sending conventional marketing emails.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The best part of HubSpot is its free CRM software.
The templates are great and save time.
Document and email tracking is the best part. We are now able to understand how the lead contact is showing interest to the emails or documents sent.
