HubSpot Marketing Hub is intuitive and requires no coding skills

What do you like best about the product?
I love that Hubspot Marketing Hub allows me to perform the majority of my work responsibilities all within one spot. From marketing emails to reporting/analytics to creating automated workflows, I hardly need to leave Hubspot to complete my work efficiently.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that Hubspot had the ability for team members to approve/make comments in certain features, such as social media scheduling. Since Hubspot doesn't offer that at this time, our team has needed to purchase Loomly to get this done effectively.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving so many problems with Hubspot Marketing Hub. This is the first time we've been able to host all of our marketing contacts in one place. We're able to send segmented emails, create workflows based on how users interact with our website, update forms, and much more.

Hubspot experience for the fullstack marketer

What do you like best about the product?
The integrations are deep. The UI is intuitive, and they actively invest in product and development (the updates and improvements are constant). In terms of automation, the capabilities to streamline processes and communication are vast with workflows.
What do you dislike about the product?
Their release cycles are fast, and sometimes they release integrations that aren't fully tested and are buggy or have limited value.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automating marketing communications, scheduling social, getting attribution data and reporting.

Having Marketing Hub along with the other tools in Hubspot goes a long way to unifying data.

What do you like best about the product?
Their support team is very active. Most of their features are designed to combat common issues of a marketer.
What do you dislike about the product?
Customization in their CRM is next to impossible. I used their landing pages and blogs features, which often required a developer to make changes to design and functionality.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Marketing contacts management and automated emails for bulk outreach and newsletter are the two best features for me.

Lack of integration with LinkedIn. Integration with LinkedIn would be most helpful.

What do you like best about the product?
Seamless integration of contacts, lists, emails, workflows, and reports. It's very helpful to have everything in one place for our team and others across the org.
What do you dislike about the product?
HubSpot's focus on sales and marketing thought leadership is nice -- I myself have taken several HubSpot certifications -- but I'd like to see equal focus on developing new features. (E.g., A/B testing on automated emails could have come sooner.)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use HubSpot Marketing Hub to unify all of our touchpoints with customers in one place. As indicated above, HubSpot Marketing Hub makes this easy for us to do.

What do you like best about the product?
That's very hard to say with the service we are receiving.
What do you dislike about the product?
Metro Fun Center began its relationship with HubSpot on December 1st, 2020. Our contract/subscription was auto-renewed on December 1st, 2021. Attempts to get information on downgrading our account or canceling our account began in mid-December, unsuccessfully. On January 5th, 2022, we sent an online email for assistance because no calls had been returned and I (we) had been placed on hold several times to no avail. We entered into an “online chat “ with a rep who gave us our first experience with HubSpot Customer ‘No’ Service. After this conversation, we landed with a gentleman whose title is Senior Customer Success Manager (a title that belies what he actually does in regards to a customer being successful, or maybe it is to assure that HubSpot is successful in NOT assisting their customers when they are not happy with HubSpot). Metro Fun Center has spent currently upwards of 50K for a CRM that we are not fully utilizing and are unable to utilize. This can be evident in our past and current usage. HubSpot, if they were truly concerned about the success of their customers and were forward-thinking then they see when customers are not utilizing their product and would reach out to them to offer any assistance. But their customer's success again is NOT their goal but bleeding their customers for monthly payments IS their goal. And they are clearly succeeding. Once an auto-renewal is done then a customer can not even downgrade to a lesser package which would be nice especially if the higher, more upgraded package is not being used already. This would be helpful considering if a customer still wants to use part of the package but not with all of the upgrades. As massive of a ‘machine’ that HubSpot is, their practice of not allowing customers to cancel a subscription without a penalty is horrible and awful for the business that they are supposed to be helping grow. (This also was NEVER explained or covered in any conversation that was had prior to us wanting to downgrade/cancel HubSpot). The growth of the customer base is supposed to be the core strength of HubSpot. They are supposed to be assisting their customers to grow and become prosperous but instead, they are stifling the small/medium size businesses that come to them for assistance and they are acting like mob henchmen who come around the first of each month and collect their “protection” money. This is sad! This is horrible! And again from a company whose service they offer is to help business to grow. And from a person whose title is Customer “Success” Manager but their customer base gains NO SUCCESS only stress, NO RESOLUTION only rhetoric, NO CUSTOMER GAINS FOR THEIR CUSTOMERS but financial gains of leaps and bounds for the company.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like that HubSpot links many marketing tools (CRM, ads, email marketing, blog, ...) and you can automate and evaluate across all channels.
What do you dislike about the product?
From my point of view, the biggest problem with HubSpot is that you can quickly lose the overview if you don't proceed with a good strategy right from the start. Then the potentials are not used.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We reach the right target group from our area of expertise with the HubSpot blog. Ads and social media help with this. Via downloadables, forms, and workflows, we get the contact and usage data and can provide these people with the right info and offers. This is how we get good leads and also good job applicants.

What do you like best about the product?
The email sequences and the landing pages are super easy to create. Same for the workflows.It is easy but tons of functionality is available. I also like the resources plentifully available on Hubspot site, as well as the quality support.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would be happy to have some flexibility with the email templates - i.e adjust some of the drag and drop items via html code editor perhaps, in cases when there are email template functionalities we lack.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ability to create landing pages and popups with no designer needed. Ability to avoid programming help. Productivity is really increased.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Read documents carefully before asking support, everything is documented

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot Marketing Hub is great for inbound marketing and really incorporates everything I am looking for in marketing software. It makes lead management, nurturing and qualification easy and helps you to move your leads along the buyers journey. Especially for a start-up, the different tiers Hubspot offers aid in getting started without having to pay too much and make it easy to upgrade as yoiú grow into using the solution. Regarding tracking - the Hubspot Cookies and the integration of Google Ads really make it easy to track everything. I enjoy using this software to generate B2B leads , nurture them and track them.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dont really disklike anything about this tool. The only thing that could me mentioned is that some special ad managers are not directly integrated in the solution like Bing Ads or TikTok Ads. But there are various workarounds using UTM-Tags.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were trying to automate our marketing efforts and combine Sales and Marketing in one tool. This worked out perfectly and now we actually also use Hubspot for our support. It just amazes me how much one tool can make a marketers life better.
