The Best
What do you like best about the product?
The Hub allows our team to monitor all marketing and campaign issues in one place with an easy to use system.
What do you dislike about the product?
I often struggle with restrictions in the reporting tools. I have workarounds but it is very basic without being able to make it very custom.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving client data issues. We can see all user/contact activity in one place.
Easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot's marketing hub is very intuitive and easy to use. Creating/sending emails is very simple, as well as analyzing email health/performance versus industry benchmarks. Version history on emails and click maps is very helfpul.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it was easier to leverage custom HTML within the marketing emails so that creating a more custom design/template was more readily available versus only being able to drag in the pre-canned modules. I also wish you could see an email calendar/schedule view and that you were able to make simple edits to images within the email itself like cropping.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Analyzing email engagement/performance, easily running A/B tests, using HubSpot as a single source of truth for data across marketing channels/owners, using campaigns to better organize multi-channel marketing efforts

What do you like best about the product?
Easy campaigning through email and the ability to create a landing page to explain more about the purpose of the email. I frequently use the Hubspot email campaigning and landing pages for all of my marketing communication. The fact that I can go back and get a complete overview of the campaign is what I love about Hubspot.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the onboarding training should be led by what the customer immediately needs. I think thinking through with a company about what they need to cover is the most beneficial. It's hard to visualize training topics and how they relate to the business if there isn't a customized meeting before beginning the training sessions. I would also have separate training per department in the company. I sat through things in training that wasn't really applicable to me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
What marketing campaigns are working. Who is opening our mail and what are their behaviors. HubSpot takes historical data and makes it easy for me to decide who should stay a marketing contact and who should be moved to just a regular contact. It allows me to sanitize my database easily.

What do you like best about the product?
We build our flagship site in the CMS and utilize all marketing integrations in one login. Putting everything in one system to accomplish our many marketing goals.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the back-end template building can be hard to grasp unless you are a developer. However, installing pre-built template packs is easy and allow you to spin up a new blog in days instead of weeks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having the ability to quickly build workflows that utilize email, social, website, and form submission to trigger events automatically helps the engine stay running.

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot's Marketing Hub is very user-friendly. The drag and drop builders for email, landing pages, and forms are easy to use, straightforward, and give great analytics for optimizations moving forward.
What do you dislike about the product?
The CTA button reporting is pretty subpar. You can view the individual CTA button analytics and see them on campaigns. Still, it would be very beneficial to have that be a part of the custom report builder to see the data up against each other -- which buttons are working vs. the ones that aren't comparatively.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The reporting on our inbound lead efforts has been excellent. Seeing how many leads are coming in when, which sources are bringing in the best prospects, etc. The custom builder has been a game-changer for our reporting and for making data-driven decisions.

What do you like best about the product?
The features of Marketing Hub are very comprehensive, but they're also easy to use and don't require high-level technical or development skills to master. The automation features can help you to identify projects and nurture them efficiently so that your team members can focus on more meaningful actions and dedicate their time better.
What do you dislike about the product?
Marketing Hub Starter has minimal features, and the price jump to Marketing Hub Pro is quite substantial. This cost barrier can be a problem for smaller companies who haven't gone through accelerator programs as they need these tools for growth but can't always invest in them straight away. I wish they had a cheaper price point for the first year.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I set up HubSpot to attract new leads to the company by building multi-channel marketing campaigns, then using nurture flows to educate these leads and turn them into qualified prospects for the sales team to pursue.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I recommend that you complete the HubSpot academy training courses before using Marketing Hub. The features are extensive and there's quite a lot to learn, but the training materials make it very easy to understand.

What do you like best about the product?
The analyzing tools available are beneficial to gather information and make decisions based on the reports that are provided. The A/B testing is helpful for decision-making.
What do you dislike about the product?
The usability when it comes to email building is a little finicky at times; you get used to it, though. It takes some clicking around to be able to find everything that is provided.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to hone in on particular audiences and specify messages to specific audiences. We get the bang for our buck with the number of emails we send for the cost.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that Hubspot has Hubspot Acadamy, which allows me to become more knowledgeable in the areas I want to understand better, along with giving the tools to apply the knowledge through their software. With this, I am able to move up in my company with certifications, and advance my career!
What do you dislike about the product?
There's not much I dislike about hubspot, I will say without taking the academy classes to learn the capabilities, it feels limited. However after digging around, there's so much you can do and track in hubspot!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A/B Testing, Multi-Channel Marketing, Reporting, Dashboards, and so much more. Our company's marketing team mainly relies on hubspot for all of our distribution and implementation of our campaigns.

Explore the Hubspot Academy, blog posts, and follow them on instagram! There's always new content published for Marketing, which is incredibly helpful with the ever-changing technology.

What do you like best about the product?
The user interface as well as their simple approach to navigation and design. They have an unmatched customer service team as well that really knows how to handle any issue and can make great recommendations.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't enjoy how our organization has our landing pages/email templates set up - this isn't necessarily an issue with HubSpot, but having to edit templates/landing pages in the design editor and having to go back and forth to the landing page to make edits is a little time consuming.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Not really having any problems right now - I am trying to become an expert in workflows so we can have an automated campaign for every service we offer as an organization. The amount of detail we can have in these are very beneficial.

What do you like best about the product?
Performance details for emails and campaigns. Ease of social posting. Ease of email creation. Ease of workflow management.
What do you dislike about the product?
Reporting isn't the best. Lack of CTA reporting is a hindrance.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bandwidth issues are resolved - a small team greatly benefits from the ease of using HubSpot for email nurture, campaign tracking, website management, etc.
