Excellent marketing automation and management tools

What do you like best about the product?
Easy setup and automation. Lots of educational resources and tools to implement a full marketing strategy.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reporting engine does not perform well when working outside of canned reports. Also, the integration of one tracking pixel for all hubs can cause confusion between customers and marketing leads.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
automation and efficiency to drive marketing initiatives forward.

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot is an efficient and intuitive CRM with a great range of functions for marketing. I am impressed with the intergrations and the automation tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
A steep learning curve. However, a great range of e-learning materials somewhat mitigates this. The landing page builder can be clunky at times. Add ons can start to become expensive the deeper you go into the product.

What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful tool in Hubspot Marketing Hub is workflow. Workflows have allowed us to automate all lead routing touches and create accurate data funnels for deal pipeline success.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't say anything specific here but potentially more accessibility & functionality for ad reporting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One main problem that we solve through using Hubspot Marketing Hub is accurately tagging lead attribution through automation and workflows as new prospects come into the systems. The benefits we have seen from our custom build have been more granular data, better understanding of channel performance, and overall understanding of campaign success.

What do you like best about the product?
It's a powerful and easy-to-use all-in-one marketing tool for digital marketers. It has great tools and features that can cover all aspects of an integrated marketing campaign. I like how easy to use the platform along with the simple customization tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
It took me some time to learn the tool. It is easy to use but very powerful and has a vast set of features that I took time to grasp. It also involved a lot of training for my team. The platform is easy to use and you keep discovering new add-ons and features that can help make the process even easier. This can quickly turn into an expensive tool with additional features and add-ons.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automate the process of our Digital Marketing campaigns. Our team uses the tool to automate emails, lead and demand generations, also nurture the leads generated through the campaigns. Create customer pockets based on the marketing campaign that helped acquire these customers. This in turn helps plan out further marketing communication.

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot is very intuitive and easy to learn. Hubspot also offers a lot of free resources. Easy integration with Salesforce. Robust reporting features available. Great customer support! The dashboard for sync errors provides a useful snapshot when troubleshooting synch issues with other systems.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm still relatively new to this tool so there is still a learning curve. There are so many features that it's hard to learn them all so it's likely that there are multiple key features that we are not leveraging to it's fullest potential.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helpful for publishing social media content, mass communication with customers, automating workflows, managing prospects all without requiring much technical knowledge.

What do you like best about the product?
I like Hubspot. With hubspot, marketing automation is quickly set up and ready to use. It is an ideal tool for email, CRM, and marketing planning, and a powerful tool for Inbound marketing. The reports are great in forecasting and planning for the future.
What do you dislike about the product?
It tends to get too expensive once you start using it for all the features. limits are so annoying. Free options are available, but payment is required to get full efficiency.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm currently working on enabling custom dashboards that track our KPI's, enabling us to track better going forward. With HubSpot workflow, we were able to automatize almost every process in our team.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the SEO optimization tool the best... also the scheduling settings, which are quite useful. The interface for managing content is tidy and nice. I like that, too.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that I have to contact Hubspot or a developer for minor problems. Templates aren't easy to edit, and sometimes they cause me headaches. I wish things were simpler, more straightforward. Sometimes the staff has no answer to my questions
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Giving my business an online presence and a credible space to host resources.

What do you like best about the product?
As an integrator, I found in HubSpot a bundle of must-have tool complete enough to perform anything my clients wants.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some integration may be more intuitive and native than an external SaaS tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Instead of using different tools all connected, I can simply set up this environment for my client.
