What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot Marketing Hub is an All-in-one software that provides the users with a breadth of functionality, including Dynamic Content, Triggered drip sequences, lead nurturing, dashboards, customizable features, and the whole API.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a limitation of the number of reports in the reporting dashboard, which disappoints some users like me who want to have multiple reports in the reporting dashboard, which is not a cutting edge over its competitors.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We in our organization run Email Marketing with Social Media Marketing and report and analyze the information, which helps us better understand the needs and wants of the group. Through HubSpot, we can successfully run inbound marketing campaigns to keep our business in the minds of people's interests.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are keener on working on reports and analyzing them, then HubSpot is the best place to start with. It is an All-in-One software that will definitely meet your CRM expectations.

Offering Free Plan for Social Channel Post Scheduling

What do you like best about the product?
I have had a great experience using HubSpot CRM. Our small business utilizes Hubspot for social media post scheduling. Not only is the product easy to use, but it is also free as well! We can schedule posts for three channels at no cost
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no support offered for users in the free plan. And paid plans are costly for new startups and small businesses. Also facing issue while adjusting the forecast setting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Currently, we are using it for social media post scheduling and their performance analysis. It saves our costing, time and manpower.

What do you like best about the product?
Intuitive and easy to use. No need to fret on how long implementation will take. We can directly work on execution part as everything is out of box. Very good compared to peers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Probably more customizations should be available that can match with peer offerings

Easy to view paid ad efforts and easy to create marketing emails.

What do you like best about the product?
Good workflows, pretty user family......
What do you dislike about the product?
Support level is extremely low, extremely....
They're sales people also are very dishonest

Everytime the company promise you something in one of their packs you don't get it and you end up need to add more and more upgrades and eventually you spend $1000/m for basic features

What do you like best about the product?
Simplicity and user-friendliness. It is so easy to get used to the product and understand what's on it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Could get difficult to navigate around given the volume of functionalities.

Running campaigns, keeping track of my campaigns, helping upload creatives & attaching audiences.

Highly recommend the product. The ease of use, customer support, and support within the platform is great.
The course to certify yourself as a 'hubspot expert' is another plus point.

What do you like best about the product?
I especially like the precise structure of everything. You only need a short introduction by somebody already being familiar with the system, and after that, most of the things are self-explaining. If questions arise in the daily use of things, there also is excellent support - thanks for that, dear HubSpot Team!
What do you dislike about the product?
If there is a bug in things you have not created yourself, it is not too easy to get to the bottom of things. Small notes where which parts of automated emails are linked to might be helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use HubSpot to simplify our registration processes for web sessions, including correlating email support leading up to it. We realize we can handle higher numbers of applications in less time.

Learn and practice, and consult the support when you need help. Practice makes perfect :-)

What do you like best about the product?
I am delighted with the new operations hub, be able to enter code personalized in my workflows makes life much easier
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that CRM tools can't communicate with HubDB tables

Now we can query a set of objects and properties through the API without having to create so many branches.

What do you like best about the product?
I love using the simple and effective drag and drop builder to create designer emails in a very short time. The email performance reports provide great insights for our team.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no straightforward option to bulk export all the contact lists. I have to create a custom workflow to complete this operation indirectly which is a time-consuming process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can manage the analytics part of both email marketing and social media marketing under a single roof. This helps us to make data-driven decisions and leverage our marketing performance.

What do you like best about the product?
ease of use, the tool is very intuitive and can be used by anyone
What do you dislike about the product?
few possibilities for any customization of content and layout. Also, in the analysis tab it would be nice to have a click map based on the exactly cta or banner or any others clicked by the users and not based only on URL otherwise if I have the same URL on the main banner and on the CTA I cannot know if users clicked more on the banner image or on the CTA
