SO EASY
What do you like best about the product?
That I can create my own e-blast in minutes.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't really have any issues or dislikes. The marketing email site is so easy. When updating or adding new features it would be easier to learn if there was a video to watch as sometimes the wording is confusing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot helps keep my budget in tow. I have found that I don't need an entire marketing team to create content for my doctors. I can do it myself in a few steps.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Watch the videos and the video updates. They are super helpful!
Awesome Email Marketing Hub
What do you like best about the product?
I love the analytical information that I am able to pull out of HubSpot. The reports and dashboards really help our organization to assess the health of our email as well as make future decisions based on past results. Also, customer service is always very helpful and knowledgeable.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really do not have too many gripes about HubSpot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are currently solving email acquisition problems along with meeting the various KPIs that ensure the success of our email efforts. We were able to address acquisition efforts that we had not known were problematic. Furthermore, we increase metrics such as open and click rates in our emails.
Years of utilizing Hubspot for Marketing
What do you like best about the product?
The easy set up of emails, including features like drag and drop or inserting personalized tokens is really helpful in bulk marketing campaigns
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some features that could enhance the user experience that the system is lacking. Things like bulk editing some of the Hubspot fields like "Company Association".
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot Marketing Hub has helped me manage communication with key contacts in a way that Outlook email could not. Whether it be through Workflows or different list clssifications, I can segment in a way that I wasn't able to before.
Incredibly powerful, but with a big financial and time investment
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot Marketing Pro is going to help us be way more efficient in managing our customers through their entire lifecycle. If you're serious about growing your tech capabilities, moving to HubSpot is a necessary and extremely empowering business investment. We use all three major Hubspot tools: Marketing, Sales, and Service, and having all of this information in one place unlocks business potential we would never be able to see otherwise. Because of our deep reliance on the HubSpot ecosystem, we love features that allow us to segment our leads and customers across custom parameters, having a single source of truth for each contact by way of their contact record, being able to monitor ad spend and conversion effectiveness through our sales process, and building custom campaigns to make all of our marketing efforts deliberate.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a big learning curve. This isn't just like getting any marketing automation tool. This thing is powerful. That means you have to be ready to learn, train your team, and hire outside help when necessary. If you're eyes-wide-open about that, you'll make the most of your investment sooner.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have replaced about 6 different tools with HubSpot Marketing Hub, saving a lot of time and data issues (never mind expensive Zapier bills!). We needed to have a clear view of all of our incoming inquiries across all channels, the nurturing process and decision-making of each lead, then be able to track our customer happiness and repeat business. Doing that well is very hard to do from one platform. In short, even though the tool has a massive learning curve, we're already getting a better handle on our business thanks to HubSpot.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
As we evaluated different options, wound it was helpful to ask ourselves, "How do we want to operate our marketing in the future?"
Great Program
What do you like best about the product?
We enjoy using HubSpot as a communication platform between the incoming future clients and our staff.
What do you dislike about the product?
We would like it to look more modern, maybe be able to add our logos in places.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Communication is what we use it for the most.
Ties in well with other Hubspot functionality, but missing some key features
What do you like best about the product?
Like most Hubspot tools, the marketing hub connects well with all of the other Hubspot tools. It's easy to pull contacts into an email marketing campaign, track results, and tend to leads accordingly. The landing pages feature is also quite useful, I like how easy it is to set those pages up and A/B test different versions.
What do you dislike about the product?
The email marketing tool has a lot of bells and whistles but is missing some pretty basic functionality - such as the ability to follow up on an email and have the follow-up appear in line with previous emails. This makes it difficult to do things like an "Any thoughts on my last email" follow-up. This functionality exists within the email sequences tool, but for some reason, doesn't seem to be included in the marketing hub. Conversely, the Marketing Hub allows for A/B testing, whereas sequences do not - unifying these features would go a long way towards making Hubspot Marketing an irreplaceable tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use the Marketing Hub primarily for cold outreach to new leads, and for sending updates to our customers. I would say that the tool works great for the latter, as it's nice to have our sales team and our customer experience team working through one unified tool. I also like the email analytics, and the ability to quickly sort out leads that opened/clicked/replied to an email, and follow up with them accordingly.
The Primary Success Tool for Digital Marketing
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot Marketing Hub truly is the all-in-one solution for digitally-savvy marketers. There are features and tools built-in for every aspect of your integrated marketing campaign, from managing social media posts and ads to building landing pages, thank you pages, emails, and nurtures -- they all connect to your campaign for a full view of your campaign's performance.
What do you dislike about the product?
List processing takes a very long time as you have to wait for HubSpot to build your list based on your criteria. List building is the part of my process that takes the longest and is the biggest pain.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are automating our marketing processes and getting smarter about our approach to digital marketing. As a small marketing team of three, we are automating our email workflows for demand generation campaigns, as well as nurturing new leads we generate through a variety of inbound tactics. We also use a lead scoring model to present only the best MQLs to our sales team. We are reducing a lot of the manual efforts and record-keeping that are required to collaborate effectively with Sales. It's all recorded in Hubspot CRM so both teams know what's happening from a marketing perspective and the actions each contact is taking with our content.
Feature-rich marketing platform.
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy the variety of features and customization options, including website design, email and social media.
What do you dislike about the product?
As with most tools, there can be a bit of a learning curve, so some features may take some time to learn.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using Marketing Hub to ultimately drive traffic to our website through various channels and have seen increases across the board.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Take some time to research options, and then take some time to learn the basics of the platform before going live with what you create.
Great Marketing Engine
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot can be set to work with a bunch of other apps and websites to take in customer information, deals, and information required to target marketing accordingly. Once drips have been set, we just need to sit back and let the powerful engine run. The reports are great in forecasting and planning for the future.
What do you dislike about the product?
Once the customer list is big enough, the costs get a little too expensive to keep the account building to gather tons more emails.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bucketing customers based on the source they came from and marketing specific campaigns to them based on their characteristics. This helps to deecide what message are we sending out to them.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Get the most out of support when it is available at the start, which should help most get started. There are lot more apps that work with Hubspot that help decide what the best timing to send targeted emails to each specific customer based on their history.
Easy to use for anyone!
What do you like best about the product?
It's very user-friendly. The system is very simple to use but there's plenty of depth so you can do most things you need with automation and workflows. I think it would make anyone's automation easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I wish there were more workflow options. As someone coming from marketing cloud there's a lot left to be desired. Some of those things are very simple as well. Like random 50/50 splits in workflows.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solving triggered events and automation needs. There's not much that HubSpot CAN'T do. It's been very beneficial to us, and it's been so great that almost anyone can use it.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This is much easier to use than Marketing Cloud in my experience.
