A great marketing automation tool for B2B and B2C
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot is a great tool that covers multiple different areas of marketing including marketing automation, CRM, and built-in sales tool. When compared to other competitors, it stacks up well with it's suite of options.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some capabilities in each of the sections of Hubspot, that when compared side by side with competitors who focus on that specific area, it can seem lacking.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are leveraging Hubspot to help with B2B and B2C marketing initiatives leveraging the Workflow component of the tool as well as the CRM side to drive opportunities and pipeline revenue.
Powerful tool for creating content quickly
What do you like best about the product?
The thing I like most about the Hubspot marketing hub is the ease of use and how many tools there are available to use. I use the landing page automation and email marketing tools most often. I love how these tools empower designers and non-designers as it allows me to replace and test content with 'smart lists quickly.' It saves me a ton of time!
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a deeper level of customization and a module creation tool. There is a design tool where you can code your own modules but the syntax is not straight forward.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main problem I am solving is getting around our bottlenecks of content creation and posting to the web. Traditionally, we've had to work in sprint cycles, and it would take months to update a single page or email. Now, I can just go right into what I want to edit and the changes are immediate.
The best software for marketers!
What do you like best about the product?
I use Marketing Hub on a daily basis. I find the marketing automation tools to be the most helpful, especially the social media tools and campaigns. We produce a lot of content, from eBooks to webinars, and Marketing Hub helps me manage submissions, reach out to potential customers or prospects, and grow our marketing efforts.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think there's always room for improvement but at the moment the only thing I can think of is access to more reporting/dashboard capabilities to track marketing activities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Marketing Hub helps us track the performance of different content/resources. It also helps us quickly determine how we can improve. Lastly, it helps us automate and create/use templates without having to reinvent the wheel every time.
Everything you'd want from a CRM Marketing Tool
What do you like best about the product?
The most useful part of the Hubspot is the combination of Automating emails and creating landing pages. I also use it as a tool for my clients to download files for social media.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am struggling to think of many downsides to be totally honest. I had previously questioned the functionality of landing pages but having got in touch with the support team, they pointed me towards the custom module templates which have totally revamped my landing pages.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I mainly use the marketing hub for regular engagement with clients. Hubspot automation allows me to focus on other areas of the business whilst my emails are working in the background which is great!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
100% give it a go and definitely contact support for any advice - they're great.
HubSpot is what we need!

HubSpot is easy to use, and even if I can't find what I'm looking for, a quick Google search will do.
What do you dislike about the product?
Overall, not much is to dislike about HubSpot, but maybe if we were able to edit pages from the block themselves, that would be a good plus.

The Marketing Hub makes it easy to track and analyze metrics related to brand awareneness and engagement rates

There is little ability for customization of marketing emails ... minimal options for email formatting and templates

Raising brand awareness by running email campaigns to prospective targets
The smartest bet for marketing automation
What do you like best about the product?
I like this overall marketing solution; it's one of the most comprehensive and minor complexes I've used. It's incredible how well it integrated with our website, CRM, and email to allow me to control everything through one environment.
What do you dislike about the product?
It lacks options to customize home page layouts, or at least it's not possible to do so without having to code; that's the only thing I didn't like so much.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This platform has allowed us to better manage our marketing resources in general. We have been able to send marketing campaigns very quickly to our subscribers; this has helped us to create a closer relationship with our potential customers and even attract new customers through our website. It is a relief to have such a versatile and effective marketing and sales tool.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is a resource that has a lot to offer in terms of marketing to any organization; it simplifies everything and generates a more productive approach with customers; I recommend it.
Overpriced compared to similar products
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use, quality of resources to design inviting email campaigns.
What do you dislike about the product?
Over-priced for the qty of contacts you can store.
