What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use, first-class support, a powerful set of tools supporting all elements of our sales process. Marketing Hub provides powerful analytics that enable our sales team to adjust their activities and be both, responsive and proactive to how our activities were received.
The drag and drop email builder is well thought out and responsive, but most importantly the ability to create workflows and lists allows for the better, more effective marketing.

What do you dislike about the product?
There's little to dislike, but I think it would be beneficial for smaller businesses and pre-profit startups to have more flexibility around pricing when using the system. There is lots of options that would be extremely useful in the growth stage, but many businesses wouldn't be able to use them, simply because they cannot afford it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our emails are much better-looking, we know exactly who opens them which translates directly into our sales, we know our communication is more consistent and our account managers are better equipped to make certain strategic decisions.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Despite being an industry standard, HubSpot Marketing may not work for everyone. Research before committing yourself because once you've started it might be difficult to switch to another platform.

What do you like best about the product?
I like best the chat option which provides website owners with direct interactions with the visitora and if any body satiasfied he can be converted in to client

The dislike are not much important for me becaise it does not remove the hubspot name and logo from the chat window if you are using it free. But others features are awesome
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can solve the problems of visitors live interaction while they are visiting my website, its very good opportunity to convert them in to a lead and then the exact buyer

I strongly tecommend to others for using this product because it hase wide range of tools and utilities which are directly help businesses to convert the visitor in to buyer or customer

Hubspot has so many benefits that include tools to market and educational videos to train you on using these tools for results and business growth.

One dislike that we have as a growing company is just the same as any company. Having to pay for the next tier, but that's not stopping us from sticking with this great product.

I have been able to work with multiple clients, with numerous employees, and various campaigns, which have made me realize how well we are doing with productivity.

I use HubSpot and recommend it to others in my industry, and they enjoy it once they try it just as much as we do.

It's a known product, which creates efficiency and ease of use for others

There is no advanced functionality. It's a very basic email platform - even with paying the full subscription

HubSpot gets the job done. So, if you're looking for a basic email marketing tool, this works. But there are others that are more advanced, if that's needed

What do you like best about the product?
The fact that you are able to connect every step of the buyer's journey into one tool, analyze it and therefore imprive your customer experience along the whole process.
What do you dislike about the product?
The price tag for the full stack solution is pretty high, and also every year they remove features that were included in some basic plans and try to charge you a premium tier membership for those features in the future.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
First would be to automatize processess between the different hubs they offer. Second, the ability to control and analyze the behavior of your users/customers from the first touchpoint to the last

If youre hesitant about buying the whole stack of tools maybe start with sales or marleting hub and then go from there on.

What do you dislike about the product?
Not as customizable as its competitors. But value for money.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Day to day marketing activities. Easy to use helps me increase the number of leads. Yes, it saves time.
Marketing Hub Has Come a Long Way
What do you like best about the product?
It's hard to say. Perhaps their CRM. With the acquisition of Clearbit, I'm fully expecting to have much better enrichment and visitor identification features in the near future.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like how HubSpot feature gates things in general. They split several features across hubs that make you upgrade and purchase entirely new hubs just to get access to a single feature. And some of them aren't even useful—take multitouch attribution for example. It's 2024—we know multitouch attribution is a failed endeavor and leads more people astray than not. HubSpot gates this behind Marketing Hub Enterprise (when what they really need is market mix modeling). Features shouldn't be gated behind tiers. Tiers should be based off of usage and that usage should be directly tied to the level of impact a customer is getting. Recurring revenue is the result of recurring impact.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I was trying to solve the problem of needing to use several apps integrated together. HubSpot does this and while it definitely isn't best in class at them all, it gets most things done.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you're a small business and aren't aware of what modern technology can actually accomplish, HubSpot will be great for you. If you're a more advanced or larger company, you're probably better off integrating various tools together that stay with the times and offer more rapid product development.
THE BEST CRM IN THE INDUSTRY
What do you like best about the product?
We have been using Hubspot for about 10 years. it is a powerful platform that enables us to market, nurture, gage, email, house data, host our website and continued education.
What do you dislike about the product?
There really isn't anything we don't like, the platform is very comprehensive and easy to use. When updating the website, you have the ability to drag, drop & edit OR open up the code. It's great that should you need special abilities for formatting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tying Hubspot to our website has allowed us to follow our customer's journey thru the sales funnel and make educated assumptions when planning our marketing efforts and targeting.
Best Tool to use when posting on social medias!
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing is we can clone, and schedule social media posts throughout the weekend! It really is a big help during our holiday break!
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd really wish to maximize the time limit for videos specifically for Instagram.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can ready and schedule content and blogs whenever we like. We can clone and recycle previous posts with a few clicks! So great!
