What do you like best about the product?
Marketing Hub allows for complete traceability of how different marketing sources generate ROI for the business, enables the automation of the prospect's purchasing decision process, as well as communications.

What do you like best about the product?
I am a newer user of Marketing Hub. I appreciate the integrations! Specific to Inbound: the knowledge and resources that are available while here learning about new product launches is incredible.
What do you dislike about the product?
I currently do not have dislikes as I am new to the hub.

What do you like best about the product?
As a content-first digital marketer that wears a Mar-Ops hat, I love how centralized it makes the inbound process with easy to use tools to set up drips down the funnel, paired with measurable outcomes and reporting.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a steep learning curve and high cost to invest and onboard for disintegrated teams, especially when coordinated implementation is splintered with sales team preferences
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Makes launching website features quickly when our CMS lacks dynamic capabilities.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use and how intuitive it is. Executing campaigns and pulling reports is easy

Nothing at the moment, HubSpot meets my needs.

I use it for demand gen so creating landing pages, emails, syncing with SFDC.

Nothing, I love it all! With the new AI feautures added, it helped resolve a lot of my 'wish list'

What do you like best about the product?
I send out our partner communications and marketing and creating newsletters and emails using the drag/drop option make it easy to send to an active list!
What do you dislike about the product?
I think this feature is now availabile, but perhaps a little more personalization on format (but easy - less html) would be awesome!

What do you like best about the product?
One of my favorite things about Hubspot Marketing Hub is the ease of set up and the limitless options of reporting. There are so many things you can do with the platform it is 100% better than our previous email marketing platform. I would recommend it to anyone!
What do you dislike about the product?
It takes a while to get used to building workflows but the support of Hubspot employees definitely helps make the process much easier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our previous email marketing platform had a super limited option of reporting. The options that Hubspot offers have a much greater variety of useful information to better improve our marketing and segmentation for our members.

What do you like best about the product?
Having the ability to link our sales and marketing team together in one place has been a game changer for us. Our sales team is able to build lists and target accounts so we can focus on the marketing assets and campaign management. Outside of campaigns, the ability to build and create customer landing pages, workflows, forms, and more has been such an easy process for our team
What do you dislike about the product?
We still have alot of historical marketing data that needs to be cleaned up. Currently that process is somewhat manual. It would be great to have more AI tools to help us identify old pages, workflows, forms, etc to assist with that cleanup.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot marketing allows the opportunity to seemlessly integrate our marketing efforts with our sales team. It helps both teams have a better view into our customer journeys, and what campaigns have been most effective in helping to close deals.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that it is bringing my primary channels to an all-in-one place and improving my channel attribution. It enables me to focus more money, time, and attention to the channels that are performing best in our ever-changing marketing landscape. One of my FY26 goals is to integrate with Cvent to further improve revenue attribution.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it were easier to convince my leadership teams that it would be more powerful for us if we were able to bring in Operations Hub and the CRM.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Improved analytics is huge for me. Also the ease of use in the drag and drop editor is huge, too. We were in a system previously where we had to get in the code to make our emails look good and improve responsiveness.
