Perfect tool for daily use.
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use,even biggners can use this tool,its fast and gives wide variety of options.Membrain is used with this system.Inspite of using it in daily,this tool never lags.
What do you dislike about the product?
only one this i would like to share is that,we can view only 25/50/100 contacts,if this can be raised to 500 then it will be more helpful and can save a few minutes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mostly problem related to Leads,the leads are being stored and stored here,and the useful leads are carried forward to work on.Its an obvious that business is in its peak due to this software.

actually there is not much to dislike in hubspot , but if the payments are revised little bit , it would be helpful
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Integrate HubSpot with Chargebee to sync customer and subscription data, orders, invoices, and more. With this integration, you can create deals for subscriptions, manage customer-related data, keep a track on the performance of your sales team, and so on.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
it is the best crm other than paid ones , i am being honest, just look at the companies growing bigger using hubspot, it is simple as that

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot provides different trainings for the users to learn the basics and what are the best practices. I love that they provide many resources. Also, I like the workflow helps the team to automate the marketing process.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hubspot lacks support on social listening, and we will have to look for other external platforms. The social media part is not comprehensive enough, but it can support daily content publishing and analysis.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Capture marketing qualified leads and engage customers. HubSpot email marketing tool and the workflow features are making the customer retention process easier. Also, using HubSpot Marketing Hub improves the engagement rate of newsletter and social media posts.

quite a lot of functions are add ons which arent available to users

This is a Very GOOD Marketing Hub!
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easily everything connects together. Hubspot was very helpful in helping us set up workflows and 3rd party software connects seamlessly. I have worked with many other CRM's and software (especially Salesforce) and this is much more intuitive than Salesforce (in my opinion).
What do you dislike about the product?
I am not sure I have found anything I dislike yet. I am still getting acquainted with Hubspot's many features! I think the only suggestion I can make at this time is to add more email campaign templates.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Because everything is in one place, it makes it very easy for all team members to see and know what is going on. We are able to keep track of all of our leads easily and it makes posting and email marketing a breeze!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are looking for software that is easy to use and keeps everything in one spot - Hubspot is for you!
Love the workflow automation tool!
What do you like best about the product?
The workflow automations, we use it for almost everything. It saves us a ton of time every day, and makes it possible to bridge a lot of gaps. It would be nice to get the Ops Hub tools included for free, but you get what you pay for I guess :D
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the only issue I see is that we don't have more people actually utilizing all the tools. People need to be trained to get access, so that is a bottleneck that we have.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are driving a ton of the top of the funnel leads through hubspot, we are also using the email tools a ton. In general it just increases our productivity to an enterprise level.

Get the sales hub as well, offers a ton of value in tandem

What do you like best about the product?
That I can find leads from a landing page or campaign all in one place. When you are doing outreach to prospects, it can get messy & some leads may fall through the cracks. Hubspot allows me to re-engage them & easily find them based on how the lead was generated.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not much I dislike yet since it keeps me organized with so many leads coming in.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking & managing leads that come in from a specific landing page. We have 30+ for different partners so this helps to keep everything organized.
A Powerful Tool That’s Easy To Use
What do you like best about the product?
It's very simple to navigate making it a good fit for our team of all ages and experience levels.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to include here - we don't have any complaints.

We're driving awareness and leads to our sales teams. We've accomplished our goals for the year and plan to do the same in 2022.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how flexible it is. When getting creative, I know the software can accomplish most things that I can think of with my marketing strategy.
What do you dislike about the product?
It does a lot. Because of this, sometimes other tools that specialize (i.e. a social media-only platform) have better tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Talking to specific target audiences from multiple avenues and consolidating and evaluating that information in HubSpot. It's a great way to find cohesive ROI.

What do you like best about the product?
It is very user friendly and they continue to develop the platform out. It is great for having all ad campaigns in one place for better metrics
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes when new things are rolled out it just "happens" and there are a couple of times that functionality was lost (eg: calendar)
