What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Marketing and sales activities are centralized. This is a great solution to align marketing, sales, and client success.
Use Hubspot daily over other stat sources!
What do you like best about the product?
I use HubSpot for data related to our social media and website and find that it is more user-friendly than almost any other source.
What do you dislike about the product?
Using email campaigns for emails and drip campaigns is not quite intuitive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We often utilize the marketing hub before planning our next month to identify areas of strengths and weaknesses
Starter plan is decent. Limited though
What do you like best about the product?
Landing pages etc are all included. It does a decent amount for ok pricing but lots of simple features locked behind the $800+ paywall of the professional plan.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some good features are locked behind paywalls and those are a huge jump up in price. Some of those features are super basic and included in $10 a month plans by MailerLite et al.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Building an email newsletter. Centralised location for all online ads (which are limited to two providers) and being able to throw up a quick landing page. CRM is important and good integrations there with other platforms.

What do you like best about the product?
How efficient the app is! from emailing marketing campaigns to all your social accounts and campaigns can be managed from the same place! Just a remarkable and outstanding tool ;)
What do you dislike about the product?
What I can dislike about Hubspot is that we don´t have someone's tutorial videos where it explains how all the software works and all the benefits we can get from using all sites on HubSpot!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's all integrated, so I believe that it is the best benefit we can get to find all social media accounts linked, so it's time-saving for our department to manage time and all accounts run smoothly at the same time!

You should definitely should if you want to be really organize and have lots of accounts!

I like the variety of tools that are available to create postings, the scheduling, and that i can see the numbers and performance of all my post in one spot.

There is nothing that i do not like, very useful tool for advertisment.

We have got several new recruits through the social media posts i have created through HubSpot marketing, and i enjoy seeing the stats and breakdowns of our viewers.

I recommend Hubspot Marketing to anyone trying to reach a wide range of audiences, patients, customers, etc.

All in one tool for marketing activity. It allows you to connect your digital marketing activity together and link generated leads to the activity. Reporting and measurement is inbuilt
What do you dislike about the product?
Templating allows the user to get to a certain level, but significant expertise is required to maximise the benefits. Can be a little clunky, and some coding may be required to get the results you want.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lead generation and nurturing. Hubspot allows us to implement a systematic Inbound Marketing plan and tie it all together. We have multiple 'Marketing' and 'Sales' staff who will be working on a marketing project or with a prospective new client. Hubspot allows that collaborative work to happen easily. Extensive reporting is available. There are a suite of templated reports. Other reports can be created. Google Ads and Facebook ads can also be included in a campaign directly from Hubspot that can be linked to blogs, landing pages etc
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Hubspot is a significant cost to a business. It is loaded with features. It will require a significant investment in time to set up. Our experience would suggest that if you are willing to; set aside the time to set it up properly; learn to use it as it is intended (a lot of training is available); regularly create content; use the features to their capacity, then it is likely to be a very good investment. However, if you are not willing to do these things it is likely to be expensive and perhaps not the best choice.

Very easy to manage workflows, emails, and chat functionality.

overall the platform is pretty solid. I do wish we could add meeting links to campaigns and track more granular in social

Customer journey is easy to identify because it tracks the customer's entire journey. I do wish there was better reporting on this

I wish we could send one post to all platforms instead of creating one for each forum.

It's great to have everything in one place and see how well our posts and blogs perform.

I love that I am able to track my ads and get the latest insights into each month's ad.

I haven't come across anything that I don't like.

Sending masas emails to our segmented client list has been a huge help. Takes a lot of the hassle and pain out of sending emails.

Robust Marketing Tool
What do you like best about the product?
The feature I use most is Workflow capabilities for automating marketing and operations. I also utilize the dynamic content rules; Hubspot calls these "smart rules" to change the content based on the recipient.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few things like any marketing platform I would change or add. The biggest one is A/B testing capability in an automated workflow/ for automated emails.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest problem I am solving for one of my clients is increasing team efficiency by using automation and removing manual processes for sales, onboarding and retention.
