HubSpot Marketing Hub adds to HubSpot
What do you like best about the product?
The workflows are incredible - very logical and easy to customise to deliver exactly what we want to based on user characteristics and/or behaviours.
The social media scheduler is basic compared to Hootsuite - but works for 99% of what we schedule.
We've recently started using HubSpot's live chat. Was extremely easy and fast to integrate with our WordPress website.

What do you dislike about the product?
At times, HubSpot is slow to navigate around. List generation sometimes takes minutes. Sometimes exports take a long time to become available to download.
We still use Facebook Business Manager etc. to set up ads as we're more familiar with it.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Marketing automation and many CRM functions.
Great all-purpose marketing solution
What do you like best about the product?
It's super easy to use, and covers most of the tasks a marketing professional requires. Social, email, website management, and robust reporting tools are all amongst the best I've used.
What do you dislike about the product?
Integration with LinkedIn ads could be a little more user-friendly, although I appreciate this is probably made more difficult by LinkedIn than Hubspot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Aside from the general BAU tasks Hubspot is great for, we have recently been using the Memberships feature to gate some high-value content and it's working very well.

What do you like best about the product?
The calendar function in HubSpot is my favorite. We can keep track of whats scheduled to go on social media as well as our emails that are scheduled and we can custom add other events, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are so many great things about HubSpot it can be a challenge to keep up/learn everything there is to utilize. There is some functionality that could be easier but overall this is an amazing tool!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gaining new contacts has been a big win for us as well as being able to show what revenue we are bringing in with our digital marketing efforts. We have also been able to stream line some processes and start funneling our customers into the appropriate channels
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Give it a whirl! You will be surprised at how many great things this tool can offer, and their customer support is top-notch. I know I can rely on their team to help me with any questions and teach me new things.
Pretty Decent
What do you like best about the product?
Multi-platform scheduling is easy and intuitive. Social analytics have one of the better, more readable and user-friendly dashboards. In line with most similar software.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not being able to upload multiple photos or videos to Instagram. Not being able to tag users on IG in the platform. Add these features, and that'd be great. Otherwise a pretty user-friendly platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Multi-platform publishing for social, email sequences and automations, website layouts. Benefit of a central platform across the company, not being fragmented into multiple SaaS.
Best User Experience thus far in my Career.
What do you like best about the product?
I've used other marketing automation systems in the past, but nothing comes close to my experience with HubSpot. In the short time of using it, I've been able to build emails, forms, landing pages, and schedule social posts with ease.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't anything I dislike at this point! I enjoy that I don't have to do much or any coding.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can send emails that look better and match the brand quality that we want to communicate to our prospects and clients. Also, the best part is you can have overarching campaigns that we can attach to all emails, forms, landing pages, blogs, etc., and have tracking/reporting for everything we do.
Powerful Automation Tool with Limits
What do you like best about the product?
I love being able to schedule things in advance and view my analytics all in the same place.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that RTs can't always be scheduled in the platform, that Twitter analytics aren't fully available in the platform, and that items can only be deleted from list view because I mainly use calendar view.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I saved SO MUCH TIME once I realized that I can schedule a RT with original copy in the app by linking the original tweet at the end. Becuase our Twitter strategy is mainly RTs with original copy, when we first adopted HubSpot, I was mainly using it as a place to store draft copy, but I was still manually copying and pasting and publishing directly on Twitter. Being able to monitor traffic from our published links is also great in that it gives us an idea as to where our traffic is or isn't coming from.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
HubSpot is likely a perfect fit for anyone doing traditional marketing but if there are any deviations from the standard in your practice that may cause roadblocks that require annoying workarounds.
Gets the Job Done
What do you like best about the product?
I'm able to handle all of the core requirements for managing the day-to-day needs for communicating with existing or potential customers, building out automated workflows and capturing lead information. Social media scheduling works well and rarely has any issues. There's a decent library of templates to leverage for email, landing pages and so on to make setting up campaigns a bit easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do find the workflows construction a bit arbitrary, and it gets difficult to do complex flows. For instance, they have an if/then, but having a decision tree with three or more options gets a bit more complex, and the tools could be designed better to recognize that such scenarios exist. On social media posts, it many times tracks Twitter oddly, saying there's a lot more interaction than seems to be there.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Hubspot Marketing Hub to manage our social media profiles, manage emails to current and prospective buyers, to capture leads from various marketing sources and to manage marketing automation. The time savings vs. working in a bunch of different platforms has been the primary benefit, along with the centralized data from tracking across multiple channels. has made it easy to track ROI of various initiatives and ensure we're investing our time and budget in the best efforts we can.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Hubspot is great for smaller businesses looking to manage a variety of marketing solutions in one singular spot. If you're doing social media, advertising, internal or external email communications, and need to track things across systems, it can get the job done.

I am not experiencing any problems at this time. The benefits of being able to read my support chat is great because I keep record.

There's a lot of ways to manage multiple accounts and keep on top of your tasks!
What do you dislike about the product?
It can sometimes be a bit difficult to work around the limitations of different platforms, such as Facebook not accepting videos sometimes and Instagram's size limit.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a social media manager, I've been able to schedule multiple posts in bulk, allowing me to get tasks done really efficiently! It can be difficult on other platforms to schedule posts in bulk, in advance and on different platforms, but not with Hubspot!

Easy to use; everything is integrated; very intuitive; seamless connectivity across board

Something viewing results can be a bit of a task esp when multiple accounts have access to one portal
