Great Tool for Marketing Professionals
What do you like best about the product?
The HubSpot Marketing Hub allows me to align my campaigns across all facets of my companies communication channels. The social management tools are especially nice, giving me the ability to post across multiple networks and receive real-time analytics to better understand what our clients and potential buyers are responding to.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice to have the ability to post to stories on various social channels within the Marketing Hub and to have more options as far as video management (such as Vimeo).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping our social strategy organized and scaled has been a great addition to our marketing strategy. The integration, as well as various analytics between social media and email newsletters, has been a great help in active listening to our potential buyers.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are a small team and need assistance with onboarding and getting your platform set up to maximize the various tools available, consider working with RevPartners to streamline the process.
Best Platform For All-In-1 Marketing
What do you like best about the product?
Super user friendly and easy to navigate all the different marketing channels. I love how I can easily connect my campaigns to new and existing contacts. Makes for very easy reporting.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not too many to mention, but some discrepancies in reporting between Facebook ads dashboard and Hubspot's dashboard. Also wish it was easier to navigate different ad formats/sizing restrictions on Hubspot's platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problems I've solved with HubSpot Marketign Hub are: cross-departmental lead management, difficult social media tracking, contact management and list growth.
HubSpot is great! However it can get pricey!
What do you like best about the product?
I love being able to organize our data and love being able to tie together all the various parts of our company. I love being able to see that our marketing efforts are turning in to customers and that those customers are being taken care of.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that more and more features are getting released as part of the Enterprise system. It feels like most of the recent new features have all been at the enterprise level.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed a place where we could effectively manage our marketing contacts and work them through our processes. We also needed a way to keep them organized and quickly be able to hand them off to the sales team.

Its agility and user interface is really great.

Its such a comprehensive tool there could be better documentation on lesser known parts

What do you like best about the product?
At first, I was hesitant to use it because I was used to Buffer/Hootsuite. But after a while, I realized it has everything I need for content marketing. The calendar works great for scheduling, the email tool works wonders for one and done email blasts to our leads, the pdfs files to link to on emails. Also, the analytics tool on social media works great for insights comparison with each social media channel. Very happy about it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the monthly calendar view had some sort of popup so I don't have to go back to the listing view to double-check content.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Social media calendar, social media reporting, pdf files to ad to the website I work with. Email marketing to our leads.

What do you like best about the product?
i use t he workflow tool the most and it really helps me and the other people i work with stay on top of what is needed to be done to improve traffic and improve the website.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like how we have a limit of how many workflows we can do. I think that prevents us from moving forward but it would be beneficial to get notified when some workflows are old.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I work in a very fast-paced industry and it is important for us to stay on top of everything that is happening, and HubSpot allows us to stay on top of everything we need to be.

the flexibility and the many options once you get the hang of it

It can be a bit overwhelming for new users, but once you get past that initial part its great.

I love the agility the hubspot team has when requests are made to make marketer lives a little bit easier. Each year at inbound they announce their new releases and it's always on point
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm being greedy here but I dislike that they have removed certain features that small team marketers have used to branch it out into its own product - meaning you have to pay more to use features you're used to. Makes sense in the bigger picture but working at startups it's hard to be able to afford those other products but still have to do the work (ex the new operations vs marketing pro)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automation, segmentation, of prospects and upselling to customers. I have hubspot integrated with tools the team uses and customer support so I have have a high level view of our database and constibuendelighting customers even after they convert.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Do the free trial and test it out! There are so many marketing automation tools, and hubspot used to be amongst the most affordable mc however they do continue to evolve their product and tools
To help marketers with the latest. I think medium sized companies can get the most out of it and scale with ease.

The BEST CRM tool
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot has everything a small business needs under one roof. The different levels allow you to fully customize your experience as well. We utilize the marketing hub for our monthly emails and audience segmentation.
What do you dislike about the product?
There was a learning curve and if your business goes against the grain in any way it can be difficult to fit into the Hubspot mold. We had to hire a hubspot agency to help us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have been able to make our campaign managers and sales teams more efficient by using email sequences, templates and snippets. We also are able to easily set up workflows.

This is an integral tool for a growing business! A CRM is key to keeping your customers organized and hubspot is the most comprehensive tool out there.

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot Marketing Hub is an integrative all-in-one marketing solution that connects your social media strategy, marketing tools and CRM all in one. It's extremely complimentary and provides easy insights into your marketing activity.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some features in pilot mode - including the social media calendar - which over time will see gradual improvements in auto-posting, monitoring and scheduling.
