Great Marketing Tool for Your Business
What do you like best about the product?
Have everything you need - from social media management to email marketing and contact management. Don't really need any other tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a bit of a learning curve at first, but I think if you dedicate the time to learning it, it becomes indispensable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Email automation, social media management. Benefits are the ease of use and the ability to get the analytics and performance of my campaigns with ease.

Take advantage of all the resources Hubspot provides and the training!
Expensive, but it may be worth it if you use all their features
What do you like best about the product?
You can track absolutely everything. If you use their CRM (and you should), every interaction is stored in your contact's profile. You can create complex campaigns and automations.
What do you dislike about the product?
Workflows tend to be cumbersome and could be easier. For example, if you want to create a marketing campaign, you need to go to the email menu, create one and save it. Then you need to go to another menu, create the automation and then select the email you previously created). Not very intuitive, but you can get used to it.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main benefit is to integrate everything with Hubspot's CRM. You have all the information you need on your contacts (and even some information you may not need 😅). Hubspot is very reliable and has a good sender reputation, so your emails won't end in your recipient's spam folder.
Much better than pardot
What do you like best about the product?
Lots of integrations, overall easy to use, nice knowledgebase and a lot of training videos. Easy to build marketing workflows and emails. I had worked with Pardot and salesforce before and Hubspot is UNCOMPARABLY better.
What do you dislike about the product?
Chat support is not helpful - it only sends you to knowledgebase articles. Email and phone support is good tho. Reporting and filtering are very limited. I really wish we could filter more and also have more reports on a dashboard.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All in one place, workflows, drips, emails, auto responders, content and sales forms, blog, URL tracking, analytics, ad campaigns, social, it's nice to have easy access to everything.
I like HubSpot overall, with some caveats
What do you like best about the product?
I like being able to make workflows and track all contacts in one place. I also think their reporting features for dashboards are decent (although not perfect).
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the fact that they moved to the "marketing contact" system (what a headache) and that they bump the price constantly as you grow your contact database
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am using HubSpot for contact management, email templates and tracking, campaign tracking, and much more.
User friendly
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use, very clear guides, you do not have to be a software guru to use
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, I found it to be the most user friendly software and very self explanatory
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I solved any organizing confusion as it's very easy to organize for others to jump right in and take off where you left off with very little guidance necessary
Not a user friendly product.
What do you like best about the product?
This product is tough to use, and it tends to be very glitchy. On multiple occasions, hubspot would delete contacts that were in my Dashboard.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the layout of this product; it is extremely hard to find tabs, and creating email sequences is way more complicated that it needs to be.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I don't remember solving any problems with this applcication.

What do you like best about the product?
Customer Service with Hubspot is top-notch. Whenever I have a question or need help with something, their customer service reps are always quick to help.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have been using Hubspot for almost two years, and I have no complaints thus far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have been able to keep particular lists of clients separate, and email automation has been a game-changer for our bank.

I mostly use this software for email automation and it's perfect!

Sometimes the software can be overwhelming, but HubSpot provides great blogs to follow along.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot helps simplify workflows of email automation. Other softwares can make this process difficult but ut Hubspot is easier to follow.
Multi-Business Roadblocks
What do you like best about the product?
It has almost everything we need. It has a lot of great measurement and listening tools mixed into some great sales tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's missing a few obvious social components like stories and carousels that are key to modern marketing. We also have several businesses and its not very friendly to use it for different companies given the cost of the product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scale and monitoring were a big part of what we were moving towards. We've started to realize this but have not yet fully realized this goal. We are hopeful to see this in the coming month.
Simple
What do you like best about the product?
I love the feature that allows me to view if the recipient has opened the email I sent. It can be a great way to know when I need to follow up without the risk of seeming pushy.
What do you dislike about the product?
A small thing, but the extension logs me out randomly and if I don't notice, the emails don't track until I log back in. I also wish more of the features were included in the free and basic versions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scheduling business emails, Email open notifications, to track whether the recipient has seen my email, live chat. I plan to start incorporating the mobile app and messenger integration soon.
