The most user-friendly CRM

What do you like best about the product?
After using SalesForce, HubSpot is a dream come true. HubSpot is one of, if not the most, user-friendly Customer Relationship Management System (CRM) on the market. Even upon doing research on the pros and cons of different CRMS for a school project, many hours of research turned up that the major con of HubSpot was utilizing every feature, which is easily combatted by a dedicated Admin. However,when asked what "I liked the best," the answer is easy - their customer service. SalesForce's customer service was a joke, and although I am highly technical, even filling out the correct ticket was difficult and embarrassing when incorrect. Then, support would take weeks or longer on average. HubSpot has instant customer service that is extremely helpful and will escalate and follow up in a timely manner so I can actually get things done efficiently.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, I have no complaints. Sometimes there are features that I would like to be implemented and when I ask our account rep or post on the forum, there are much more downsides and more to it than expected. After years of being an Admin for HubSpot, even with zero prior experience, I do not have any major qualms. I expect my future career aspirations to contain HubSpot Admin as I can't imagine learning and loving an expertise in anything else.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Daily repetitive and tedious tasks suck. My main expertise is in automation (workflows) and data mangement. With zero prior experience, this can be hard and not the best for data integrity. However, experience and time will allow you to learn all the tips and tricks to master this. I sucked when first learning programming which is necessary for a lot of automation. However, HubSpot has an incredibly user-friendly GUI.

What do you like best about the product?
The best part is contact management connected with automation of email marketing, contact lifetime tracking, list creation based on any attribute of the contact, new attribute creation...
Also social media integrations and scheduled posting, landing pages and blogs are so easy to create and manage - everything is really user friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
It might be a bit overwhelming to beginners, but that's why I suggest starting with a few features, and then adding others in the loop.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have managed to streamline processes in one place, and to collect full scope of data about our contacts (for every digital touchpoint they have with our brand).

What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful thing(s) about the HubSpot Marketing Hub would be the amount of options they give to help your business. Analytics, workflows, landing pages and campaign builders.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that all plans came with a dedicated CSM vs. just having an On Boarding rep during your first month or two. The Support teams are helpful, I just wish there was someone who "knew" what I was referring to each time I reached out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Marketing Hub allows me to build campaigns to target new leads, current customers and past customers. I can track the engagement so I know what is working and what isnt working

Amazing, but expensive.

What do you like best about the product?
Nurture drips, automation, and hubspot forms. The CMS is also good.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's way too expensive. Once you have more than 7000 marketing contacts, hubspot marketing hub gets exponentially expensive
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Capturing lead data through form APIs, automated nurture drips based on heavily segmented lists.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Consider the cost over other nurture drip and bulk email tools.

Provides Large Company Abilities for Small (and Large) Companies

What do you like best about the product?
There are several aspects of HubSpot's Marketing Hub that combine to deliver abilities that we really like:
- Ability to integrate our sales system with HubSpot contacts so every customer is automatically added to HubSpot database
- Creation of landing pages that can gather lead contact information
- Ability to format, with personalization, emails
- Highly configurable workflows for sending multiple emails to specified contact lists, and opt the contacts out of those workflows when they meet certain conditions.
- Integration with GoToWebinar so we know when someone has registered for our webinars
What do you dislike about the product?
I've occasionally had gripes about details of usability of certain features but HubSpot's support is excellent so I've seen some of my gripes produce enhancements in the product.
There are some limitations in formatting emails or landing pages but no worse than any other tool that gives high-level creation of html-type content. Often editing the source html is sufficient to gain the desired format.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Single collection of all contacts whether leads or customers.
Automation of emails to leads and customers.
Automated publication of material to various social media platforms without needing to master each platform.
Adherence to industry guidelines for emails.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to track all our lead sources and collect them through integrated forms is the most valuable service Hubspot provides. With all the navigation history, automated flows for 1-1 communication, and its integration with their CRM, using Sales Hub is excellent.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I dislike about Hubspot, but they could improve Instagram integrations to make it possible to schedule Stories and Reels. There is also some lack of lead source tracking eventually.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can track which marketing efforts are being most effective and plan my budget over consistent information.

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot is a user-friendly piece of software. I think navigating all the elements is intuitive, and there are many self-help resources available for newer users.
What do you dislike about the product?
Like many other marketing automation tools, HubSpot has a little too much available. It's better to have targeted, straightforward functionality instead of too many features and gadgets that distract from overall useability.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using HubSpot to help us create a single source of truth for all the many facets of my company's marketing activities.

What do you like best about the product?
Flexibility and Reporting of all metrics, no special coding required.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't particularly appreciate how the outlook extension collects information on all my emails. It does not allow to say this email should not be tracked or turned into a contact.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our current website does not easily create landing pages. With HubSpot, we can quickly create landing pages, and the data collected is automatically combined with the website KPI metrics we track.

Overall HubSpot Is A Good One-Stop Solution

What do you like best about the product?
I love that it is a one-stop-shop for the marketing activities that I am responsible for. Email, social, advertising, and basic analytics are all easy to do.
What do you dislike about the product?
After using so many individual platforms, I think the features are a bit minimal for example being able to plan your grid, hashtag research, and even tagging are both a bit easier on platforms like Planoly or Plann but since they only do social they are able to be more robust in these features while I feel like HubSpot is focused on more elements that connect to the CRM.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Find your SEM conversion in a CRM

What do you like best about the product?
With SEM campaigns, it is hard to figure out where the conversation went and if you do not have a ton of IT experience, you will be lost. Connecting those SEM platforms to a robust CRM like HubSpot makes it easy. The Marketing tools in Hubspot are very intuitive, and setting up Landing pages with embedded forms is a breeze. I like the Marketing Ads dashboard because I can see most of my SEM Campaigns live with tools like seeing new contact or influenced contacts. I wish I was able to tie my Microsoft Ads account. For now, having google, Facebook, and Linkedin works!
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish It had Microsoft ads. I spend over 3k a month on those ads and would love to see them on my dashboard in Hubspot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having most of my Ad info in one place, I can quickly create a new ad from Hubspot.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Try it out; it is worth the time to learn it. Your ROI through the Marketing Hub is just around the corner.
