Effective and easy-to-use platform

What do you like best about the product?
The best aspect I like is the interface. It is simple to use and understand where everything is within your view. I also enjoy all the integrations available, making it easy for contacts to be uploaded automatically, saving me time to focus on the bigger picture.
What do you dislike about the product?
The one aspect I do not like is the reporting. I wish it was more straightforward and involved (similar to Tableau).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving extensive problems around Marketing and Sales interaction and making it more effective and productive.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the diversity that HubSpot provides. It's not just a CRM - you can house everything that you need on one platform. I don't have to worry about learning different platforms. I also love that there is a "how-to" video for almost every one of their features.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have had issues with integrations. The MS dynamics and Vidyard integrations have given my team some issues - however, we understand sometimes new things need time to work out its flaws.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
web design, email automation, list segmentation, and account based marketing

What do you like best about the product?
What do I like best about Hubspot? The two things that come to mind. The powerful suite of tools to successfully market and maintain your brand, and the awesome accessibility you have to help and support. I am able to create, update, edit various campaigns with the Hubspot tools; and when I have a question, I can call, or chat and someone is always on hand to help me out. I have great confidence with Hubspot behind me!
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing that comes to mind is it can be a bit of a chore searching through various templates that are available to users to find one that fits your need at the moment, BUT there has never been a time when I couldn't get help or answers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have been able to maintain and strengthen our brand; and increase our reach and following using Hubspot Marketing Hub. The benefits are many, but the main one is being able to accomplish a task in a timely manner.

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot's Marketing Hub eliminates the need for me to use a wide array of marketing softwares. Instead, I can use the hub to send marketing emails, social media posts, and much more from one easy-to-use tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the design elements of Marketing Hub are not as in-depth as previous more specialized marketing tools I have used (Constant Contact, Hootsuite,etc.) Some of the functionality is also lacking (Ex: In Constant Contact I could automatically resend an email to non-opener, whereas Hubspot does not appear to have this option).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Method to see all relevant data from our members in one concise location.

What do you like best about the product?
I use the Marketing email and social tools and I find them both easy to learn and use. Hubspot understands the importance of analytics so they are always readily available and easy to share.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that you can't tag personal accounts on LinkedIn through the Hubspot social scheduling tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can schedule social posts months in advance and it is s easy to enter the content in the calendar.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Take advantage of the analytics they provide and optimize emails and social channels based on your findings.

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot makes it easy to create and manage marketing campaigns, and track your ROI. I love that I can manage my social media calendar, create landing pages, and automate email outreach, and all the created pipeline is easily passed along to the sales team.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love for the formatting of the landing pages to be a bit more intuitive and customizable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I love having fillable forms that create contacts integrated into landing pages. It's also really helpful to be able to automate workflows so that contacts are always followed up with after showing initial interest.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to analyze how well my campaign's perform. Hubspot provides graphs to easily compare how social media and emails perform over different quarters, week over week, and campaigns.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some social medias easily disconnect from the platform, and you have to manually reconnect, which can be annoying. It doesn't happen often, but I wish it didn't happen at all.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Several benefits: easily publish social media posts, easily schedule email campaigns, and easily compare performance of said social media & email

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot Marketing Hub makes my life as a marketer easier. For myself, in particular, I use it mainly for social media. It's nice having one platform that you can not only publish (and schedule) social media posts directly from but gather analytics as well. Whether it's quickly reviewing engagement on posts or website traffic from organic social, it's great having all my needs under one umbrella. It has led to increased efficiency and consistency in my social media efforts.
What do you dislike about the product?
A downside I have found is that sometimes the analytics don't match up with that of the direct social media platforms. Also, the platform doesn't allow you to tag specific users on LinkedIn when scheduling (you can only tag companies).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps our team stay connected and organized. It allows for all of our marketing initiatives to be located in one place, making it very easy to stay in the loop on how all aspects of our marketing strategy are performing.
