Great Automation tool!
What do you like best about the product?
I like that all of my most relevant data points live in the same environment, so Sales and Marketing can work aligned.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much to be honest, I think some functionalities could improve (they are already great) , but I know the team is always building up upon the feedback we leave in the community,
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using data to qualify leads and automate manual processes

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy using the capabilities of the Workflows feature, as well as the thorough contact segmentation and categorizations. Delivering the right content to the right people is a high priority for us.
What do you dislike about the product?
Navigation to the right menu/submenu can be unintuitive, but HubSpot is currently working on that, and I'm sure we'll see improvement.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scheduling of several social media platforms, segmentation, categorization and sending of newsletters, as well as creating and managing landing pages.
Extremely versatile CRM

The ease of creating fields and classifying contacts.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing options are quite dramatic for smaller organisations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps with the management of our customer relations without using up too much time.

What do you like best about the product?
CRM tools are useful, social/traffic monitoring is good too.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it struggles to parse facebook links, and sharing content through hubspot doesn't always work. Struggled to transfer over my gmail signature to hubspot email as well when sending emails direct through hubspot

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot is a massive platform that enables harmony between team members and between marketing, sales, finance, operations, product, customer support and many more. We rely on Hubspot to have total visibility over our data, hence, better decision making. Without Hubspot, it would be super challenging to collect data from many different platforms to assess performance. Thanks to its extensive set of integrations, HS provides you with the correct report in seconds and this is what I like the most about HubSpot.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have been using HS for a year now and I find nothing that I don't like so far. I have used many other CRM systems before and some of them are more user friendly than HS but I still prefer HS over all
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use HS marketing hub for many reasons, including; scheduling social media posts, analyzing social media performance, tracking paid ads performance, create reports to help me assess the value of each marketing channel we use, upload whitepapers to be used on the website and email marketing... It is a massive tool that I can't mention all it's benefits

Flexibility in using the tool and finding the solution for all my needs

Not everything is clear when you look for the manual

Sending mass and automated emails, setting up campaigns in workflows, building LPs, integrating other tools, segmentation, using social media and paid ads

I like how Hubspot integrates with other tools making customization easier than other tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish Hubspot had the ability to receive calls from our main company line

We manage to have a well-organised list of companies and contacts that we are interested in doing business with, and we can complete the entire marketing and sales flow with them with ease.

Hubspot as a All in one solution
What do you like best about the product?

- Workflows possibilities are endless; usually solutions for any operation can be solved with HubSpot workflows
- Reporting and dashboards are good and easy to use
- User interface is easy to use

- Learning curve can be difficult for people without any CRM experience
- Reporting and dashboard have limited possibilities (F.e segmentation and data analysis)
- Hubspot meetings is excellent but there is no possibility to have a calendar overview of upcoming meetings
- Everything in Hubspot looks the same regardless of what object you are in, I have noticed that this is very confusing for users since its hard to identify in which workplace you are right now. It would be great if we could color coordinate or customize objects.

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot completely changed the way we work. We can automate so much which saves us a lot of work.
What do you dislike about the product?
It takes a lot of time to set everything up exactly the way you want it to, but it's well worth it.

It enables us to work quicker and more efficiently, all in one place.

What do you like best about the product?
The ecosystem is pretty complete. You can find virtually anything related to marketing.
What do you dislike about the product?
ABM features need some improvement. You can't refresh API key automatically —or holding two API keys—. Also, the CMS relies too much on subdomain structure —instead of subfolder—.
