Great system, with WAY more possibilities than most think
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use with a lot of deeper functionalities to a power user
What do you dislike about the product?
The interconnection between other tools and systems and the product positioning with Sales hub. Really wish that was seen as a better competitor to outreach and salesloft so I didn't have to work those tools separately.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Trying to solve: single view of customer, interconnecting activity with other teams, automating activity, keeping analytics to only a few sources

Recommendations to others considering the product:
I WISH I had other teams using more of the HubSpot suite of products. Especially sales. It's definitely still possible to use HubSpot alongside other tools--I always have--but it makes it easier when all of your GTM team activity is in one place.
If I started a company tomorrow, I would try to keep as much within HubSpot as I could.

very efficient tool for beginners
What do you like best about the product?
instant chat is amazing and the ability to link page visitors to chat conversations

pricing is too steep. it could be a real problem for an SME that seeks affordable CRM solutions

keep a comprehensive list of webpage visitors, conversations, tickets, deals, potential customers, etc
Powerful software that is easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
I love how HubSpot is continuously innovating and adding to this powerful set of tools. The tools they do offer are powerful in their ability to deliver professional campaigns, easy to use and the tools offer advanced functionality. On top of this because all the tools are integrated you can pull deep insights from the reports and really understand how your campaigns are working.
What do you dislike about the product?
Because HubSpot changes often and expands its tools - you do need to realise that tools can change and so you constantly have to be learning - which can keep you on your toes and sometimes is a pain if you liked the old UI better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
An integrated toolset offers the ability to report on end-to-end campaigns and see where campaigns are working and where they are not.

A very useful tool for managing all of your marketing needs in one location

The ease of which you can integrate various platforms such as Google, LinkedIn, and Facebook.

I wish you could integrate even more platforms such as Microsoft Search.

We are efficiently managing multiple campaigns across multiple platforms, all within one interface.
Best All Round Marketing Tool!
What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can log into one platform and publish social posts, create landing pages, add a variety of forms to website and landing pages, create and review google search and social ads, set up multiple live chats and bots for the website, create marketing emails, build workflows to automate numerous tasks and then report on all of this. The new AI tools are also very helpful in terms of content ideas and creation.
What do you dislike about the product?
Currently, I have found no downsides or dislikes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There are lots of benefits but I think a really important one is that sales can see all the marketing activity that is happening with their contacts which guides their conversations and provides additional information on the contact. We can also update the website, create new website pages, send marketing emails, and more, all in one platform.

The Hubspot Marketing Hub has navigation clearly laid out and is very easy to understand what to use and how. Very user-friendly!
What do you dislike about the product?
If there was one thing I could improve on is clearly understanding the automation portion of the marketing hub. There are some key terms that can sometimes be confusing.

We're able to communicate with our audience regularly and easily. This allows us to ensure we're consistently engaging and the automatic suppression of contacts to help with deliverability is great when reporting to clients.
Excellent CRM and marketing tool
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot combines the best of a CRM tool, with a marketing, sales and service tool. You can create landingpages, email, surveys for example and also for Sales and Service there are a lot of helpful features. It's really easy to use and often self-explanatory.
It offers extensive connectivity to other software and apps. Almost nothing seems impossible. As a result, extensive data management is made possible.
In addition, as the product continues to be updated, more and more extra tools are becoming redundant. Recently, we have been able to collect and evaluate the NPS, for example.

What do you dislike about the product?
Dashboards and reports could be a bit more comprehensive, in my opinion. Sometimes I miss the necessary function to adapt a dashboard to my needs e.g.
In addition, there are problems here and there with the loading speed of our landing pages. From an SEO point of view and with a view to the Google ranking a bit annoying.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Landing pages and forms for lead generation actions, Marketing Mails with our own template, Customer Loyalty Surveys, Blogs in differnt languages, personalized workflows to push different actions depending on triggers. Everything can be adapted so that it fits to the CI and to specific needs in terms of conversion optimization.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the flexibility and ease at which I can create a landing page and attach a form to it to track back through our automation. I also enjoy the comfort at which you can create and send an email through Hubspot and upload lists to the email list.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think there could be more options in email creation where you can include link text that'll pull up a text message with a keyword. Right now, you can put URL links in, Website pages, links, etc. There's not an easy option for pulling the link up in a text.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I've put together emails with templates quickly, and it's effortless to switch out copy each time I need to change it. I also like that it's easy to specify the sending list and to schedule the actual send.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
When you're trying it, it's most helpful to be hands-on and work on projects that you could execute in the Marketing Hub. That way, you can really see if it does what you want it to before you subscribe.
