Great UI, functionality and support!

What do you like best about the product?
I've been using HubSpot for several years. I currently use MailChimp in a limited capacity and have used Pardot in the past. I can tell you the user interface is much cleaner, the product is more stable and the support is unmatched. If I get stuck on anything, I can get an answer quickly through chat and I also have a dedicated rep I have continuous discussions with. The company itself cares about what it does and you can see it.
What do you dislike about the product?
The cost can climb quickly as it's based upon number of contacts you have in your database. However, I don't know that other providers are much different in that respect.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Many. I think the personalization piece is big for us as well as being able to quickly create landing pages with offers. The one place that really outshines the competitors is list management. Mail Chimp doesn't compare...too complex.

What do you like best about the product?
Everything is easy to learn and adopt for use. Training and certification courses are fun to do. Customer success team is always helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Mobile app not as optimised as desktop version. Would love to see more improvements made to that.

What do you like best about the product?
I like sending emails that are dynamic and full of life to my clients and prospective clients.

It's easy for me to set up a template giving instructions on accessing our systems, invitations to review our services or just reminders of upcoming events!
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much to dislike it serves our needs very well.

I am keeping organized with my client communications.

Good Product - Pretty Pricey

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot is easy to use for email marketing and workflows. In the past, I have used it for content marketing as well and found it to be a really good tool. It also integrates with many other tools that make it a good marketing tool overall.
What do you dislike about the product?
Because it is so flexible, there are some parts of it that can get complicated. It is usually easy to find answers through the knowledge base. It is a really pricey tool. I would like to use their transactional email module, but the pricing is just too steep for what it does.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot helps us communicate in a personal way with our customers on a large scale.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to manage social channels, landing pages, blog, and email all in one place. Highly customizable as well. User-friendly interface. Great training materials for getting started. Easy to find answers to FAQs since it's so popularly used.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some features are hard-to-find/not included in navigation. Syncing all your content/contacts across channels takes organization and time on your team's part. Because it aims to attack all areas of marketing, it's mostly templates/60% of what you'd need for each area (very simplistic).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Syncing marketing and sales teams' objectives. Marketing nurture lists help greatly with this.

HubSpot Works Excellent to Scale Marketing Efforts Without Adding Headcount

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of use and how connected all the tools are. Specifically, the landing pages, blogs, emails, social media scheduling and workflows are most valuable to us.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have been having challenges with the enterprise-level account trying to keep the database segmented with two sales teams that overlap ownership, two domains, challenges with form integrations where the cookie data isn't carrying over, etc. I do not feel like we were fully informed of the limitations of adding our second brand and domain into the system. I would only recommend Hubspot if you have one domain, one sales team, etc. otherwise you lose out on the functionality of tracking, out-of-the-box contact notifications, etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving manual lead notifications to the sales team, scheduling social posts, bringing our email and CRM together.

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot Marketing Hub caters to all of our company's needs providing critical tools and insights.
What do you dislike about the product?
The barrier to entry can be lofty for smaller companies; however, in our experiences, Hubspot is more than willing to go the extra distance to work with your company and grow it to a point where the barrier for entry isn't so substantial.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use HubSpot Marketing HubSpot for several applications including email marketing, targeted landing pages, blog posts, and the analysis of the performance of each. The primary benefit is the ability to actively and effectively engage with our audience. The tools allow us to do this, while the analytics allows us to see and understand the performance of each tool and how we can improve.

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy how easy it is to create emails in HubSpot in plain text and HTML format. There isn't any coding involved, and you can train members of your team quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
The workflows are more labor-intensive to put together and take longer to create than other marketing automation platforms I have used previously.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a quickly scaling business, HubSpot Marketing Hub is there every step of the way to help us scale at a relatively affordable cost.

What do you like best about the product?
All possibilities to automate marketing processes.
What do you dislike about the product?
I believe that the landing page construction tool could be more user-friendly and with more graphical options, like the Elementor Page Builder from WordPress.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lead flow was previously manual. Today we have automatic processes, integrated with websites and generating reports that allow for professional analysis.
