Highly Recommend Hubspot Marketing Hub
What do you like best about the product?
I really like that Hubspot Marketing Hub enables businesses to leverage on HubSpot's capabilities. With in-depth analytics, I can save time by focusing on what's important and what can be improved.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the fact that at times HubSpot may seem to difficult to use for people who may not have a prior understanding of CRMs given that HubSpot is so customizable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving the problem of sending automated marketing emails to leads so that our sales team can better focus on quality leads. We also have built our website on Hubspot as

Easy, flexible and powerful data
What do you like best about the product?
I like how it connects everything in the hub, the emails, the links, the CTA, the campaigns, the blog, etc
What do you dislike about the product?
The primary pain I've always had was with the templates for landing pages. Sometimes I needed a little modification of the template, and every time I've tried, I ended up breaking the responsiveness of it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A single platform for Creating content, distributing it, executing a marketing funnel with nurturing emails linked to our inbound marketing strategy
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Start with the trial and as your team grows increase to the next plan of Hubspot. Even if it seems too much, it will pull you up to improve your game.

Great platform to consolidate all your marketing efforts and show you a unified picture.
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to manage ads, social channels, landing pages, website, blog, email - all in one place. All the tools are so well integrated it makes for a wonderful experience. There is a feature for almost anything you need, you can integrate with 3rd party apps and the reporting / analytics are super detailed, allowing you to benchmark your performance and easily set & track goals.
What do you dislike about the product?
The extensive list of features also means using the platform requires a certain level of competence. The HubSpot academy is a great resource to learn how to use the platform - but it will take a good amount of time and effort till you can max out it's true potential.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing multiple channels for customer engagement is quite daunting. Having the complete overview on one platform really simplifies the process. In a nutshell - HubSpot helps you send the relevant message to right customer at the appropriate time.

The accessibility and features of the tool are fantastic.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found anything I dislike yet, all of it is great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Able to see which pages specific clients are viewing to develop their status as leads, and we are able to send targeted emails based on what they have viewed.

It's the best tool I've used across different organisations and would reccomend it highly.
Best product for everything Marketing
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful thing about the Marketing Hub is that everything is in one place. I live in HubSpot every day, doing a wide range of marketing, from ads, socials, workflows, emails, NPS surveys, landing pages, forms, contact segmentation and website pages. It's my go-to for everything. Another highlight is being able to contact the fabulous HubSpot people at any point in the day for help. The number of times I've reached out for help and instantly been able to speak to someone. It's awesome, makes you feel like you aren't alone. If you are considering getting the Marketing Hub I highly recommend it, it's by far the best software for Marketing and CRM needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
There really isn't much to dislike about HubSpot, it does pretty much everything I need!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
At the moment we are solving data cleansing. Our database is a bit messy and trying to sort it can be a big job. We are using lists based off email opens, hard bounces, unsubscribes and opens since last engagement to filter our data better and clean it up. To help this also we edit our forms to capture cleaner data with hidden fields too. A benefit I've realised is we can do it all ourselves and take all the necessary steps to get clean data and keep it clean.

What do you dislike about the product?
Not much! I'd love to see more integrations as time goes on.

Communications with customers, analytics, using less software to achieve more.

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot Marketing Automation Software is pretty straightforward to use. The tutorials and instruction sites are in-depth and easily found if you can't figure it out. The support team is also readily available. I like the ability to tie all my marketing initiatives together and house them under one roof.
What do you dislike about the product?
The CRM portion of the tool could be better in my opinion. It is good, but not great. There is a bit of a disconnect between contact and company information at times, and the information automatically pulled from contact email addresses to populate company name is incorrect frequently.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Knowing when our customers are interested in our products, where they are in the buying cycle, etc...

The integration between CTAs, landing pages, hosting content, email, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it is hard to figure out new features, because they do a lot of updates. Saying that, I would rather have the updates.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lead generation and standard CRM. For awhile, my client was running SalesForce and Hubspot. I convinced them to dump SaleForce...it has saved money and we have a better solution.
