What do you dislike about the product?
I'm having trouble being able to create deals automatically if someone submits through a form.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're able to effectively segment our messaging across multiple channels and organize our outbound and inbound marketing efforts.
HubSpot is a very powerful platform which meets all the business needs and help growing constantly

The ease of developing a blog with proper H2, H3 formats, input pictures and media and then share to social and through emails (including workflows).
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there can be issues with saving metadescriptions and sizing of images don't save. Otherwise, excellent!

What do you like best about the product?
The marketing hub is easy to use and navigate.

At times, training staff on the new system can be cumbersome because there are so many features that can complicate their experience

It helps segment our marketing efforts to target the right customers at the right time.

It's a tie between the intuitiveness of the platform and the available and friendly Technical Support!
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly? The automated upgrading of a subscription contract when you exceed the limit of emails sent or Marketing Contacts (as opposed to Non-Marketing Contacts, ones in "storage") per month. I would much prefer the choice between a reasonable pro-rated "overage" charge and an upgrade. I'm also not a fan of the automatic renewal of a contract upon its expiration. I know it's a common practice, but that doesn't make it right.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HMH provides easy management of unified and diversified email campaigns on behalf of our entire sales team. This provides a huge time savings!

What do you like best about the product?
All our marketing campaigns and our integrated apps for texting, WhatsApp messaging, and international calling are all in one place and all linked to the landing page for the event or campaign. The Hubspot Academy training often applies universally (not just for working in Hubspot). The ease of training means that new team members are onboarded quickly and Hubspot assignements can be delegated to our new "experts".
What do you dislike about the product?
There are glitches, but these are manageable. Data on events like opens, clicks, meetings, and replies are sometimes inaccurate as Hubspot will register action from our side as an action by the prospective student.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are driving up participation in our online information sessions by using better subject lines, adjusting our calling and texting campaigns based on the data, and automating the campaigns more with each go-around. Of those who sign up for these events, the no-show rate used to be high but has now dropped to less than 50 percent.
Now that I learned to navigate HS I love it!

There is a steep learning curve to navigate.

How to automate emails and blogs, we're saving a lot of time by making these repetitive tasks automatic.

What do you like best about the product?
Every team in our organization can use the tool one way or another to help them enhance their day-to-day work. It really has become the central piece for all of the job done internally!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes some features are not really permissive in terms of what we can personalize, design, etc. An example is with the pop-up feature where I know many other marketing tools are capable of designing a pop-up form completely whereas it's not possible in HubSpot (image background, no CTA. etc.) !
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I would say the big part HubSpot plays for us is in terms of gathering all of the information of a client in one place and being able to segment our database + create email and automation campaigns thanks to that :)
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you're looking for a tool that can manage your entire clients database and action some marketing campaigns to them. Hubspot is the right tool for you!

I do need to refresh a lot sometimes to make sure the changes in emails and workflows are saved.
it would also be great if the history were saved in someplace in HubSpot and we could undo or return some of the changes easily.

HubSpot is a unified platform for all sales and marketing activities and it is something that makes communications easier and more transparent

Meets our needs
What do you like best about the product?
My favorite thing about Hubspot Marketing Hub is the ability to create emails in a variety of formats and then get analytics on how those emails are performing. I also like that it easily integrates with the CMS and CRM portions, which make managing those things together much easier than separate programs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there are limitations to what you can design/create within marketing emails. I wish there was more flexibility to their drag and drop editor tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using Marketing Hub to get insights on what our readers want to see, which is easily doable by tracking all links within the emails we send. The reporting is already available in Hubspot and we can have separate, specific reports for Marketing and Sales.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I had a hard time finding any other product that combines the capabilities of Hubspot Marketing with CRM, CMS, and others.
