Growth and proficiency
What do you like best about the product?
You have everything in one place. I also use the Sales professional license and there is nothing you can't do.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some limits and it takes a while to optimize the cost.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The organization of the team, which is much more cohesive and always knows the next steps. Your audience is much more targeted and you are always where you need to be.
Intuitive and easy
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to keep track of everything I need. I live how intuitive it is to do things and workflows make life 100% easier. Lists are another super useful tool. The new email feature with saving sections as favorites is also very helpful!
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some small features missing that's wish could be implemented quicker. For example it would be great for super admins to be able to see what other team members with differing access rights see on their end to make sure data partitioning is set up as it should.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automating communication is the biggest one. And saving time!
Every marketing tool you need in one spot!
What do you like best about the product?
I love the ability to create and distribute all my digital marketing in one spot and then gain insight using Hubspot's analytics. We utilize the blog feature, landing pages, social media scheduling, and email marketing. My entire team absolutely loves it! I also LOVE LOVE LOVE the ability to see what people look at and how often they come back.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish we could schedule Instagram stories using Hubspot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a CRM and marketing tool all in one. I love the ability to connect our marketing directly to our customers. It informs our content and how we communicate to give our clients the value, they're looking for.
Very useful automation!
What do you like best about the product?
Automation of our whole Sales Process: Enter a new contact, enroll it in a sequence, automatic follow-up emails, and then, when the contact signs, automatic answers and intros to our product.
What do you dislike about the product?
There could be more analytics of LinkedIn and Twitter, but this is out of scope of HubSpot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automatic follow-ups with customers. One tool for all sales data.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
First outline your sales processes, than find solutions how to implement them with HubSpot. Also make sure to use your own properties.
Great marketing automation platform
What do you like best about the product?
I've been using HubSpot for 7 years, and I love the intuitive UX, the helpful reps, the fun LMS, and the thought leadership in HubSpot Inbound and other initiatives.
What do you dislike about the product?
If some businesses want to engage in email marketing for purchased lists then HS is not the best choice.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Landing pages, forms, email marketing automation, social media automation, lead scoring, SFDC property syncs. I've previously used the CRM more extensively for lead management and sales engagements.
HubSpot Marketing Hub is the best content marketing tool!
What do you like best about the product?
What makes this tool so useful to our company is how we can manage everything (blog, email, social media, reporting) in one place. Rather than piecing together a handful of different tools and trying to connect them with integrations, HubSpot allows us to manage everything in a single, convenient application.
What do you dislike about the product?
Like every application, there can be bugs. On occasion I've had to deal with a bug, but HubSpot is very quick to alert users of the problem and get it fixed asap.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Prior to using HubSpot, we struggled with using too many tools to try and accomplish our day-to-day content marketing objectives. Now, with HubSpot we can have everything in one place, and reporting has become 10x easier for our entire marketing team.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you're looking to take your organization's content marketing game to the next level, HubSpot is the best tool to accomplish that. You simply can't beat HubSpot's user experience. I've tried several different marketing CMS tools, and HubSpot's is by far the best and easiest to use.
All in one marketing platform!
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot is so easy to use. I like that i can manage my social medias, emails and landing pages in one place. I don't know what i would do without hubspot on a daily basis.

Nothing in particular! I am a HubSpot ambassador.

Lead generation, i use all the tools to generate new leads.
Very user friendly, sometimes a little restrictive
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot is a great plug & play solution for organizations of any size to build a compelling website and experience. I'd very much think of it like the 'Shopify' for websites in terms of accessibility and ease of use, with the ability to add on themes or modules to suit what you need to accomplish. I've worked in organizations that use all of it or just some of it, and I find the more you sync up the features and use the entire suite, the more you'll truly get out of it. I like the WYSIWYG functionality of HubSpot overall, and not being reliant on a developer to make small edits to my site. I do think HubSpot also works best when you tap into their templates and tools - the more out of the box you need, the less effective the platform is at saving your time.
What do you dislike about the product?
HubSpot does suffer in three spots. One, as a jack of all trades, they're pretty good at everything, but you might find some more sophisticated options for specific parts of what they offer (prospecting, social, etc.) with other solutions providers as they're certainly not as robust across the board. The second thing is because of the plug & play mentality, it can lead to some cookie cutter limitations. I can't tell you how many times I've heard "We'll have to see if HubSpot lets us do that" or "It's a limitation of HubSpot".
Finally I do find the software buggy sometimes. I have to go back and refresh a section (particularly in the social calendar) to get it to display properly. Some stuff that should be super intuitive isn't always the case. And there's a heavy reliance on zaps to get things done when integrating with outside apps.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use HubSpot to unify all of our digital campaigns and marketing efforts - website, blog, social, emails, landing pages - as well as for most customer communications. The benefit of unifying everything in one spot helps us track progress, as well, we save time by copy + pasting assets and information within a single workspace.

I love the analytics tool, it's super simple but also very insightful.

Sometimes, the Hub doesn't autosave my work. It also sometimes takes time to update.

Solving our social/content scheduling problems. It makes it really easy to get a good view of what we have scheduled and if there are any gaps.

-Lead tracking: We have a complete view of attribution reports and can identify key areas/channels that are working for us!
