Robust marketing tool that is easy to use.
What do you like best about the product?
I love HubSpot's user-friendly interface and fast, helpful support.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are so many tools available, sometimes I get lost trying to find the things I need for day-to-day.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have drastically improved our email open rates and now have the ability to create nicely styled emails on the fly or plan them for the future. Their social scheduling and reporting tools are also very helpful as are their general reporting capabilities. We just started putting our toes in the water on building landing pages.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is a very robust tool. Make sure you will be using it to its fullest in order to take advantage of all of its functionality. I recommend coming up with an internal rollout plan. Start with a couple of the functions/features and build from there over time.

What do you like best about the product?
Un digital marketing and inbound marketing using a single tool like emails is great, but being able to have all in one tool like HubSpot is an upside in every way. Specially with workflows that is like using a supercharger and series as a kind of conection between all the other tools in the marketing Hub, such as landing pages, Blogs, forms and the different types of emails. By combining all of them you will ensure a logical path for your customer, with the best benfit of all. It does it for you atomatically meaning saving money!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes when you create a you lading page o email it takes a while to the workflow to update and let you pick your new email
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Manpower with automation that in return helps with the costs

What do you like best about the product?
My favorite part of using HubSpot is that everything I manage is in one place — email, social, reporting, contacts, website build-out, etc. Using HubSpot is also helping me with my data analysis and reporting skills!
What do you dislike about the product?
The email lists and contact features are still a bit confusing to me, but I'm sure I have lots to learn

We are definitely seeing who is engaging with our content and who isn't. We've realized important pieces about audience engagement, such as the best time to send out emails.

What do you like best about the product?
How many different tools integrate together to create well-rounded marketing and social media campaigns. As a content writer, I like that everything is in one place for the entire company's advertising strategies.
What do you dislike about the product?
The analytics tool could offer more insight into trends and have more options for how to organise/sort the most popular social media and blog posts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problems I am solving is I am able to send the same posts across all our social networks (twitter,linked in etc...) and the results all appear as one campaign.

The email marketing capabilities are amazing also ability to filter and create semgmented lists

It's a bit complex but knce you get the hang of it you can't imagine not having it

Email marketing anylisi also the biliity to connect all you socail media page ,also one amazing features is chat flow similar to chat bots

The ability to target my audience and speak directly to them about what THEY want to talk about is invaluable.

As a creative, I long for the ability to customize my emails even more, and more simply.

We've compiled all of our current and potential customers into one database. The ability to nurture these relationships would not be possible without the magic that is HubSpot.

There is life before HubSpot and life after HubSpot. As a marketer, HubSpot is incremental in reaching goals you didn't think were possible.
I think HubSpot is a really intuitive and straightforward CRM/Marketing Hub to use.

Tracking our email correspondence and creating good looking newsletters
What do you dislike about the product?
the marketing contacts feature is unhelpful. most of our contacts in hubspot will receive email marketing correspondence from us at some point in time so keeping track of who is and who is not a marketing contact is tiresome. Switching between non-marketing and marketing contacts only during pay periods is also annoying
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to better target our audiences with the correct marketing materials and have increased our number of opens and clicks

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to create lists and automate sends.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it could sync with HRIS and remove unapplicable emails automatically. Also wish I could clone email folders, not just individual emails.

Automating email packages to different users within the organization.
