HubSpot Marketing Hub has made my life so much easier and saved me a lot of time with its functions!
What do you like best about the product?
Ability to clone, readily available modules, ability to customize to your needs, Canva, GoToWebinar, and Zoom plugins, clear reports and overview of statistics
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much, although the technical issues can be a bit of a hassle sometimes
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's definitely helping me save time and deliver sophisticated products which do wonders for our brand image and help us represent our company in a more authentic way.
All in one business hub.
What do you like best about the product?
Everything I need to keep an organized global business is in HubSpot. From Customer Relations to Quotes, to Warehouse management with Tickets.
What do you dislike about the product?
Cost. In the beginning, it is quite the expense, once it gains traction it makes more sense.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping track of sales compensation bonuses with field sales representatives worldwide by assigned customers.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Bite the bullet. Just do it. The value of keeping a large-scale organization in order is worth every penny.

What do you like best about the product?
is really simple to use, all the tools are very well connected.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great if when updating the content of a landing page, the cache would be cleared.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
working in a multidisciplinary team... each person in my team has an assigned task in Hubspot, however, they all connect with each other in a very agile way.
Easy Email Marketing
What do you like best about the product?
Sending custom, personalized emails to a large number of contacts has saved an enormous amount of time. Another great feature is being able to see who clicked what on the email so follow-up is a breeze.
What do you dislike about the product?
We are not able to sort marketing emails by the sender so we must search individually each reps emails.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have been able to use HubSpot for all our email marketing needs. Before we were using multiple CRM's and other databases, costing us more money and time.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I recommend researching all you can do with HubSpot and taking advantage of the webinars and lessons offered to get a full understanding of what you can accomplish with HubSpot.
One Stop CRM Shop
What do you like best about the product?
Marketing Hub allows my small team to have the reach and capabilities of a much larger marketing organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are still some features, like lead information augmentation that I'm hoping will come to HubSpot soon.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot allows our team to automate worfklows and nurturing campaigns. This allows our sales team to focus on selling.
Overall, a great solution
What do you like best about the product?
I like the user interface, the customer service, and for the most part, how easy Hubspot is to integrate with the overall tech stack of all organizations I've used it with. Reporting is pretty comprehensive, and pulling reports is simple.
What do you dislike about the product?
The email marketing template options are way behind expectations and Constant Contact for the same subscription type/monthly charge. Hopefully, this will be an upcoming optimization for existing users and not be rolled out with a new price tag. Email Marketing UX design, drag and drop features, and template options need to be revamped to keep up with others. An observation made by many fans of Hubspot Marketing Hub that wish they would address this aspect of the solution.

What do you like best about the product?
Have our marketing efforts all in one place (contacts, email campaigns, website tracking, social media). I love that we can pull reporting from all areas and assign them all to one campaign for reporting.
What do you dislike about the product?
We are currently using Business Units and we cannot isolate the contacts to one business or the other.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Previously we had our social, email, CRM and reporting tools on different platforms. We spent so much time manually pulling and uploading information for our sales teams. Now everything is under one roof and has saved us so much time. We are able to easily create email campaigns and landing pages that mimic our website.
Great way to automate parts of your funnel
What do you like best about the product?
I love the ability to automate portions of our funnel based on the customer experience. If they click a link in a specific email we can send them through an email funnel that offers similar content.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some types of social media posting are not yet supported, but I hear they are getting closer to doing this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's just way easier to plan and create scheduled emails to our clients, plus we can coordinate email efforts with social media as well.

Amazing flexibility for creating emails and landing pages either using own coding or from templates
What do you like best about the product?
The flexibility to create using the design tools. As someone who can code it's refreshing to using a marketing automation system that allows me to personalise everything to the branding I need. For those that cannot code the default drag and drop offers a very good solution. The UI and UX is top notch and very consisent
What do you dislike about the product?
The setting and properties area of HubSpot is a bit of a maze and a mess to navigate. You can tell it's a digital dumping ground for functionality that the product team are not 100% sure what to do with.
Reporting is a bit difficult to use, it's not as intuitive as the rest of the platform.

Great integrations with our website and salesforce reduces our effort so much.
