HubSpot Marketing Hub helps convert visitors to leads... with a cost
What do you like best about the product?
It is fairly comprehensive in its application and what you can do with the actual features.
What do you dislike about the product?
The cost. HubSpot is very costly so once you use HubSpot, you are committed and you will likely use HubSpot for everything else in your organization. The popup forms are very basic and are severely limited when it comes to their styling.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Converting website visitors into leads effectively while increasing lead velocity.

What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to build quick marketing workflows. Good to track lead generation and user journey
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be complex to start with on Hubspot
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lead scoring, Nurture campaigns, Lead gen and sales pipleline.
Good tool for those who know how to use it!

All different ways the tool can help with marketing optimization - especially email sequencing

I would like a clearer in product onboarding with an individualised approach - different companies, different usage.

We are mainly using it for email marketing and monitoring our customers' activity and interactions with our content. We also use it to keep track of contacts of all kinds.

Easy to navigate and use
What do you like best about the product?
We have multiple landing pages, email follow-ups; they're much easier to navigate to and setup in here.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing as of now, it's pretty solid and hopefully stays that way.

Setting up landing pages, automating communications, and systematically having access to data.

What do you like best about the product?
Currently, I am centralizing all my marketing actions on another platform because this one was complicated for my collaborators, but I liked the fact that it has many possibilities.
What do you dislike about the product?
I found it a bit difficult to use, especially because of the functionalities. I would have liked much more mentoring.

What do you like best about the product?
The marketing hub has all the tools you need to run effective and efficient marketing campaigns right from one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
Workflows are sometimes difficult to setup and navigate what needs to go into them in order to make the marketing process more efficient.

Producing leads and running effective email and advertising campaigns to leads and customers. HubSpot Marketing has so many easy to use and fun email and website templates to choose from that make your job fun in the process.

It is easy to onboard and learn how to use Hubspot through the training videos available

There is some confusion with permissions and the best ones to assign certain users

We are building email campaigns faster than before with our past marketing automation platform, we are able to track the user journey more easily and see reporting/metrics in an intuitive, simple process

What do you like best about the product?
The Hubspot marketing platform offers quick scalability by creating numerous properties and leveraging intelligence across these properties to drive very segmented campaigns. Also, you get a lead scoring algorithm to identify hot leads and target them with automated drip campaigns
What do you dislike about the product?
The automated lead gen score is not very accurate. There is a limit of only 100 factors to calculate the lead score; as the number of touchpoints increases, the lead scoring accuracy and effectiveness decrease.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using Hubspot Marketing Hub to trap all digital footprints/touchpoints of the prospects that matter, run targeted email drip campaigns, and leverage lead scoring to prioritise leads that matter more to the business

Start with a basic package and then move to advanced packages to make the most of your investment. Try to integrate all campaigns using specific modules and store information on Hubspot itself to build your comprehensive analytics dashboards.
