Great but still growing
What do you like best about the product?
UI/UX and all of the workflows possibilities.
What do you dislike about the product?
I surely understand how big HubSpot is, but sometimes simple solutions you can find in other CRMs don't seem to get into HubSpot Dev's backlog (and it sucks sometimes).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Efficient email marketing. With HubSpot, our marketing strategy have improved a lot, and also our possibilities (I work at a fintech). Through HubSpot Marketing Hub our employees now have much more management tools concerning our leads and can now directly affect our revenue.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I indeed notice that anyone who's looking for solid ground will eventually consider HubSpot. No talking about company size, but if you're thinking big, take it, master it, and with at least one person to do the Dev's job, you're off-limits.

What do you like best about the product?
First, it is very easy to use the Graphical user interface is very catchy and easy. You can create marketing email campaigns very easily workflows are very good also we can reschedule the emails or pause the sending emails which are quite impressive. It is the finest tool for small businesses.
What do you dislike about the product?
for startups, prices for Hubspot are a little bit high as compared to other CRM's although it provides a wide range of features which makes it more compatible with respect to other CRM's.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For beginners, Hubspot marketing hub can be a very supportable platform as it has a very easy to understand User interface as well as it also provides a great technical support team that helps you address any query which you may face as soon as possible
Recommendations to others considering the product:
HubSpot is one of the most complete and easily understandable tools for startups/beginners. As it provides free version beginners can determine whether to use it or not.

The sequences and the automated marketing emails that go out, Email tracking as well

Nothing. the platform is great!!! definitely recommend

I like HubSpot because it is easy to use and really helps to keep all of our contact information organized.

Nothing. HubSpot does everything a CRM should do.

The problem HubSpot solves for us is helping to keep all of our business connections organized.

I love the ability to send multiple emails at once. Does a great job of connecting with multiple accounts.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there can be slow connectivity issue.

Sometimes emails will bounce. Benefit of sending many emails at once.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I definetely would reccomend. Purchasing the premium version is worth it.
Our Marketing campaigns are better streamlined.
What do you like best about the product?
Its sales email automation feature is what appeals to me the most, as a user. Using this feature, we've been able to successfully create workflows to push automated lead rotation, and create sales processes which helps us sort out basic sales activity such as prospect follow-up, automated follow-up sales emails and email marketing sales funnel tracking.
What do you dislike about the product?
Perhaps, Hubspots support team can provide us with an helpdesk support option which is available round the clock. This will make it convenient for us to be able to reach Hubspot customer care team anytime within our working hours, regardless of the differences in time zone.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot completely addresses most issues we have had with lead management. The ability to integrate our lead segmentation process , with our marketing campaign and sales lead nurturing workflows, are important benefit we get from Hubspot marketing.

What do you like best about the product?
I strongly like that I can produce mass email or create easy promotions in a few clicks.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not have anything negative coming to my mind at this time for the marketing on HubSpot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I avoids me the pain to costumise client by client marketing adds has automatisation tools make it easier for me. I can then easily personnalise my add for great personnalised costumers targeting.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I recommend using the HubSpot Marketing system, but before using it, I strongly recommend taking a quick walk around to understand the complex machine.

Nice to see Intent data in HubSpot. would be good to make the process more user friendly.
Great that the ads platform data is on HubSpot, but managing LinkedIn campaigns via HubSpot is not friendly.

What do you dislike about the product?
Adding AB testing capabilities to CTA (pop up banners) is very important.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Hubspot as our CRM system. As a SaaS company, we can track and report on our activities and results from lead to customer with Hubspot.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like how simple it is to do AB testing and how easy it is to visualize our stats. I think that HubSpot does a good job of making templates and sequences easy to use. I think that using HubSpot is a great way to help people manage their dashboards and overall information. It's important for me as a marketer to be able to organize all of our insights and content in a way that is easy to read. Is there any way to increase the deal view?
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the way that HubSpot separates sales and marketing dashboards so that you kind of have to pick one or the other. I like to be able to utilize different features across platforms. I also think that it would be better for HubSpot to be able to give notifications or alerts of some kind they the user can choose whether or not they are turned on to alert when someone has opened an email or clicked on a link. This is something that should go straight to the sales team so that they can follow up on that lead immediately.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving the problem of testing where the majority of our leads are coming from. Because we can easily AB test and imbed different links, it makes it easier for us to determine from what source our leads are coming from. One of the big problems that we are solving is being able to segment our audiences.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I think it is good to take advantage of the free courses that HubSpot offers. I think that it would also be good for HubSpot to improve visibility. I would also like to see more functionality for managing and creating teams for the activity dashboard.

- The support is an area that has gotten worse over time. It's not horrible but definitely not like it used to be
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We need a robust marketing automation solution to manage our lead generation pipeline. Through constant iteration and configuration, we can achieve most of our goals.
