very easy to use!
What do you like best about the product?
Lots of insights and i love the integration of marketing and sales in one hub.
What do you dislike about the product?
the email integrations can sometimes cause problems with Gmail.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Customer outreach is a big problem being solved and we love the integration piece.

What do you like best about the product?
I am a big fan of the UI of the hubspot. Its neat and clean. The reporitng and contact management is awesome. There are more than enough filters to get to the details.
What do you dislike about the product?
The attribution reports for marketing and sales
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The Ads integration and tracking is really helping us and it give us the exact report for our dollars spent.
Hubspot is user friendly. I learned how to use it for social media fairly quickly.

I love the social analytics report hubspot provides across all social apps used on the program and the comparison data it provides. It's useful for marketing, planning, and campaigning
What do you dislike about the product?
You cannot post multiple pictures to Instagram through hubspot :(

The analysis tool is helping our collegd reach our target audience and engage with them by analyzing what content is beneficial based off of data results hubspot tracks.

It's user friendly and great for managing multiple social media sites.

Fast, agile and accurate, Hubspot takes the guesswork out of reaching the correct target audience, the first time.
What do you dislike about the product?
For the professional version, costs tend to escalate quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot allowed me better accuracy in initial targeting/outreach. Helps to save a lot of time in outreach.

The interface is easy to use and very consumable. Even a marketing novice like myself can easily create good landing pages, email templates, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see more sophisticated workflow options. In addition, I worry about scalability without other tools in our environment.
Reporting is not customizable enough and sometimes the interface changes can be a bit annoying. It closes the loop but I would love to see a bucketing feature that allows me to better show reporting.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The lead capturing tool allows us to collect much-needed data for introducing customers to our onboarding and adoption cycle. It is a marketing tool first and foremost, but there are ways to use this function for other essential steps in your Customer Lifecycle.
Some of the report/dash customization are again, not scalable, but have allowed us to have a more data driven approach to our day to day success. We've been able to integrate wth all of our tech stack and track communication, touchpoints, sequencing and Analystics from Google.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
Hubspot is a great all-in-one tool for a growing organization looking to organize and consolidate its marketing functions. The reporting tools are good out of the box, but its extremely important to have clean data to utilize the premade dashes.
I believe there is an inflection point with HS, however and at some point, if growth happens to your org, you would want to consider other tools to help support your further development.

how it connects to all of our other systems and is easy to use out of the box!
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the outbound email system was as feature-full as other standalone platforms

using for all of our newsletter sends, website forms, and other marketing automations

What do you like best about the product?
This software was super easy to use! I was able to pick it up with almost no training at all. It was super easy to schedule social media posts and email drip campaigns. Also I know it's free to everyone, but the Hubspot marketing blog is great!
What do you dislike about the product?
I really don't have any major issues. It's a very competitive product.

We had a very small marketing team. Hubspot allowed us to manage abs schedule our marketing efforts in one place. It was nice to have our CRM and marketing connected too.

What do you like best about the product?
It was helpful in understanding the stages of the funnel my prospects and customers were in. So I finetuned my messaging and saw better interaction in my community
What do you dislike about the product?
Initial hiccups were there during the setup. There was no start here and leading people to what they want to achieve. Hubspot could work on its onboarding features.

The interface is very easy to learn, especially for new team members.

Some of the more robust functionality like multitouch attribution and lead scoring / grading are more limited than other options

We use HubSpot for all of our campaign distribution. We are able to quickly drop multi-touchpoint campaigns and track results.

- You definitely need a Hubspot dev to get started
- Easy to accidentally uplevel to a higher tier of marketing contacts, then you go through a rigamaroll of talking to other people at the company to resolve it.
- Analytics are basically unusable because they're not granular enough
