Best Platform out there!
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot Marketing Hub is so easy to use. It's a plug-and-play platform that allows for customizations but works well without.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not being able to edit some of the standard Hubspot fields can be tough, but there's always work arounds.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Email marketing to B2B companies. What's most important is that we're capturing the most in-depth information about prospects and then serving them personalized content. It's so easy to use!
Definitely a Powerful CRM, Can be Pricy
What do you like best about the product?
Once you're used to the way Marketing Hub is laid out, it's quite simple to navigate and it's extremely powerful. I use it to manage and organize contacts coming in from social media sources and have several workflows set up to automatically communicate with them once they've entered the funnel. Honestly (and maybe this is a little geeky) but once I became used to the layout/functionality of HubSpot, I actually started having fun setting up automation etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
Like any MarTech, there is a definite learning curve when it comes to getting up and running with HubSpot. Their support is unmatched and they have a ton of resources to get you up to speed, but nothing will help (in my experience) quite as much as getting your hands dirty and learning by doing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a lot of contacts enter our funnel (~20,000 in 6 months). We use HubSpot to make sure that each and every one of them is entered into a workflow or sequence so that no one gets missed. Additionally, we're using HubSpot as a way to organize each of these contacts into various lists so they're distinguishable between clients. Essentially, if you need to organize or automate communication with a contact from an external source, HubSpot can probably take care of it. We're also using Marketing Hub to manage our list of contacts and ensure they're well communicated with.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Take your time. Truly, this is one of the steepest learning curves I've ever experienced, but the platform will treat you right if you take the time to learn its nuances.
Very Powerful tool
What do you like best about the product?
The management tools provided is easy to use for non-technical users. They have alot of prebuilt analytics through the use of looker.
What do you dislike about the product?
To integrate the data from hubspot into an internal data warehouse or analytics tool is lacking.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Business is looking to leverage this beyond a traditional marketing tool. We have not fully utilized all the features besides the email campaigns.

We are using it for marketing automation and social media marketing. We have realized good NPS score with csutomers

What do you like best about the product?
There are a lot of things I love about Hubspot, and I've used a lot of email marketing platforms. Here are some of my favorites:
1. Workflow building is very intuitive and easy! They continue to make a lot of updates.
2. Segmentation is very easy with the option of showing dynamic content on landing pages and emails based upon the information you have on the contact. I love being able to display personalized content to contacts with ease!
3. Reporting dashboards are amazing to track almost any small detail you'd like and share with your whole team
4. The information we can keep on contacts is great (page views, email opens, source tracking) and you can trigger automation based upon contacts interactions with your website and emails

We set up personalized email flows and content to our subscribers!

If this product is in your price range, I highly recommend it! It's the best email marketing platform I've used!
The perfect marketing automation software
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot can be your central hub for marketing automation. Everything from email development and campaign creation, to landing page development, this is a great software to use. It also integrates very easily to all other platforms to truly keep track of the success of your individual campaigns. Another thing that is helpful is the HubSpot Academy, which allows you to get certifications and/or sharpen your skills to keep up with updated trends.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside is that there is a serious time commitment required, along with a learning curve. If you do multiple roles at your job, then this platform might just be too much work. Although it is very user-friendly, it is a time commitment to become a master in the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest benefit to HubSpot is working with clients and updating campaigns in real-time. Also the flexibility of updating campaigns is something is not typical in other marketing automation software. Also, learning about lead magnets and other ways of driving leads, and giving you the tools to explain that to clients is extremely helpful.
Know your needs before choosing a marketing tool
What do you like best about the product?
I love how scalable Hubspot is for a new company. The tool comes with some very simple-to-use tools that can help you as you scale. I think as you become a bigger company you may want to explore elsewhere, but I haven't used Hubspot as a large company yet, so I may be off there.
What do you dislike about the product?
The fact that they choose what is so simple to use and there is not a lot of flexibility beyond that, especially for the marketing starter option. It could be a bit more helpful for those just learning marketing tools and exploring more to gain greater acumen.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sending out marketing emails to keep leads and customers up to date on what we're doing and promotions we have. It is better than what I could do without a marketing tool, that's for sure.
Great for emails, not so easy for web pages
What do you like best about the product?
Love seeing the metrics from email newsletters. CTAs are easy to set up and track. Capturing information from forms that go directly to the contact record is a time saver.
What do you dislike about the product?
Designing landing pages is SO DIFFICULT! The templates are not easy to change and you can't easily move things around. I tend to find other alternatives rather than creating a web page. BIG THUMBS DOWN!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Capturing new leads and continuing to nurture them through scheduled emails. Posting on social media more consistently.
