Easy to use and helpful
What do you like best about the product?
Their task system and deals, easy to use for follow ups

I wish there was an option to write a note and have a follow up note pop up kinda like salesforce

I'm in sales so this makes it easier to track my sales.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you're a startup or small business then this might be the best option for you since it's robust but not as expensive as others

The fact that the tool is automatically retrieving logos and addresses of the company.

The statut of each prospect is unclear and the sorting is unconvenient

A very easy-to-use, cost-effective, easy-to-integrate software that can be deployed in a variety of applications.

Have too many options and it can feel overwhelming at times.

The way it centralizes all-around marketing tasks and planning.
What do you dislike about the product?
It has small, concrete technical details that make it less friendly when working with content, code, ads, and social media. Very specific situations, and usually, it has a workaround.

What I've said before. It's helping our company to centralize our company's Marketing and CRM operations.
Easy onboarding
What do you like best about the product?
Compared to other automation platforms, Hubspot has the easiest and simplified onboarding process and loads of free tools to get you started immediately with your inbound marketing initiatives.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Branding! For free tools we can't expect 'white labeled' forms and layout but Hubspot branding in those free to use tools is too big and overpowers the main message.

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot Marketing Hub simplifies marketing automation with several tools already integrated into a streamlined and intuitive platform. With email, landing pages, and forms connected to your CRM, it requires less work to get a campaign up a running.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pricing can quickly go up as you need additional features and functionality.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I was able to roll out an effective lead nurturing program with scoring using data from the CRM and analytics. The Sales team was able to reduce their outbound calling while maintaining a consistent volume of opportunities.

Take a look at the Hubspot Academy training as it provides a wealth of knowledge.

Can use it very easily and intuitively with zero training.

Hard to sync with Salesforce / Sales data and ops

Sending newsletter, automating lead capture and nurture sequences. Segmenting audience lists.
Solid platform for companies in growth phase
What do you like best about the product?
Good list management and workflow design. A suite of functionality allowing us to customize processes, including advanced workflow options.
What do you dislike about the product?
The ability to quickly process/queries/email at large scale. Domain transfers (especially from multiple subdomains into one). It would be great to see where workflows are used in other workflows at a high level without digging into every possible option.

Managing incoming lead processes, including lead source field setting. Redirects for old links or customized 'short' links.

Their REST API is super easy to use and well documented

They made some breaking changes to their API in the past
