Best marketing tool ever
What do you like best about the product?
I like the most the following things: Contacts tab for displaying all the database of contacts, Campaigns for following and measuring results, Email for following how emails perform, Website for the ability to create your content.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have been using Hubspot for half a year and so far I haven't encountered something that I would dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have solved some SEO issues with the blog, thanks to the SEO recommendations. The benefits definitely can be seen through the possibility to see which email was read by which person, or the traffic overview of each blog post.

What do you like best about the product?
Hotspot very user-friendly and able to track everything we need. It spells things out easily and helps us make marketing decisions.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a whole bunch of little feature things that I would like changed with have spot but nothing crazy. One main thing was tracking replies from marketing emails but that is a feature they have recently added. They're constantly adding new features that improve the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had no marketing platform and no consistent email tool and this provided both for us.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Really vet out all the different packages because even if you're a small business enterprise might be worth it.

Its easy and simple to handle. Even novice can run the tool

The email campaign tool is really bad and they don't provide proper support. Even after multiple calls they are not providing proper solution for the issue.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about Hubspot Marketing Hub is its ability to utilize other addons for ease of use. For example, there is an option to link your Hubspot to your Gmail and phone service to track and log all communications with leads automatically.
What do you dislike about the product?
Workflows within Hubspot can become confusing if you are inexperienced, but once learned, they are beneficial.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Benefits - I love the data and statistics included for every marketing email that goes out, which allows us to make any tweaks we see necessary to reach a broader or more specified audience. I also love the ability to customize properties and save views.
Problems - Sometimes, I notice changes/updates without any heads up. (i.e. my sales reports changed color and order the other day without any prior activity.)

The complexity to track the replies of customers

Mass mailling every customer based on certain criteria. It saved us tons of hours.

What do you like best about the product?
It's got an intuitive user interface, and they often add new features.
What do you dislike about the product?
The most challenging part was getting everything set up. With zero background in marketing automation, I could have utilized more hands-on support.

We do almost all of our marketing activities, plus many in customer success, through the hub. Email, social media, landing pages, tracking advertising and various metrics, etc.
Solid tool but a bit of a learning curve
What do you like best about the product?
Our team found the tool very useful but there was a bit of a learning curve compared to other pieces of software we have used.
What do you dislike about the product?
The learning curve was tough but in the end the team understood the power of the Marketing Hub and enjoyed it. We ended up settling with another piece of software but would return to this to revisit.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Marketing hub as well as sales and support for follow up. The benefits were solid but the learning curve was a bit for our newer and younger staff to digest.
Robust and easy to use solution!
What do you like best about the product?
It's very easy to use and comes up with great UI, Our marketing team is using it daily with great features like Journey automation and templates. It was easy to set up and The social media tool helps us to post an email blast directly from social media channels like Facebook, Twitter and then delivers a report of who's using it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Regular updates and major changes in the UI are a little problematic for users.
Less customization in the UI for users is sometimes a little boring.
Price is high comparatively for the startups.

HubSpot Marketing Hub is a tool that we can rely on our daily marketing strategies and plan the daily tasks. It helped us in getting new clients and convert the expired ones in paying clients :)

HubSpot Marketing Hub is ideal for small businesses and startups. It is the best tool for daily marketing strategies and manages your user's email lists, campaign data and contact lists at a particular location.

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot is extremely intuitive, well organized and provides so many marketing tools. It's very easy to use for marketers.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing that can be improved is showing the customer journey under each contact, each touchpoint and allowing customization of the contact view.

If you are also considering SalesForce or Pardot you will find that HubSpot is much easier and simpler and may be easier to adopt for non-technical users.
