Continues to impress!
What do you like best about the product?
I love the ability to track and monitor the leads that I am nurturing.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do wish that there were more automated options and personalization.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to see where our leads are coming from and we can recalibrate our marketing efforts and available resources.

Easily create profesional looking email campaigns and trakc thier progress from sent to closing deals!

Seem like every time i click on a feature i would like to add , I have to upgrade...Sigh

I am able to eaisly create , track and refine my email marketing . this includes follwing emai lbest practices including Unsubscribe option with each email.

What do you like best about the product?
Marketing-wise, HubSpot works great for the creation of email campaigns and landing pages. The templated formats allow for a seamless push into whatever campaign you're hoping to embark on, even if customization can be a headache if you're working on creating your own template.
What do you dislike about the product?
Social publishing tools are altogether lackluster and underwhelming, which is very surprising, given the appeal of the Marketing Hub. The social integration is far behind smaller competitors who offer better tools with better analytics for social media managers and digital marketing gurus.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The distribution of email marketing campaigns have been pushed with ease through HubSpot. The benefits of trackable form fills for lead generation purposes are robust compared to other options from other software providers. Being able to quickly throw a form on a templated landing page or embed it on your website is a major plus.

Hubspot Marketing Hub's core hubs include marketing, sales, and service hubs. It is a good platform to organize and manage your activities, your opportunities, and your customers. Hubspot Marketing Hub's free plan is one of the best in the world. It comes with useful features like contacts, companies, chat flows, email, forms, deals, tasks, documents, meetings, quotes, tickets, and reports, etc. One can also say that Hubspot Marketing Hub is a powerful CRM Platform. It allows you to keep all your marketing, sales, and service data in one place. Hubspot Marketing Hub's segmentation feature is very powerful. Hubspot Marketing Hub comes up with a new-gen web interface for improved efficiency and productivity. Another thing I like about Hubspot Marketing Hub is Hubspot Academy. This free feature allows its users to gain industry-acclaimed certificates free of cost.

Hubspot Marketing Hub is one of the world's best Marketing and CRM platforms. But it has some serious drawbacks. Hubspot Marketing Hub is not cheap. One has to pay contact-wise or user-wise when upgrading to the full versions.

Hubspot Marketing Hub is allowing us to keep all our marketing, sales, and service data in one place. We segment this data and use this to make informed decisions.

Hubspot Marketing Hub's free plan is one of the best in the world. It comes with useful features to improve efficiency and productivity. Because of this, we recommend this platform to all digital marketers.

They have a free version that will allow you to try out whether this will work for you. Once you've decided this is the application for you, it will provide you with even more convenient features.
Hubspot's model is to provide services ala carte. It allows you to pick and choose the features you need to accomplish your goals. There is also a plethora of integrations which is helpful for moving this data between other applications that you have.

The drawback of the ala carte model is that if you need a feature that is part of a different section, then you may need to paymore.

We use this application to keep track of opportunities that we funnel into Hubspot.

Being able to automate regular and straightforward tasks combined with customer and prospect data gives us the ability to scale without growing our team exponentially.

The web interface is a bit laggy at times.

We've been able to execute complex marketing campaigns with minimal effort on the menial tasks and more time and effort on important strategic items.

I love the Hubspot Academy. Lots to learn, and everything is in there to be over the top successful using Hubspot.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing that comes to mind is their appointment scheduling tool isn't quite as easy or user-friendly as Calendly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Marketing cadences. It's easy to do an email sequence through Hubspot and keep track of open rates and clicks.

The ability to track customer habits on our website and set up email campaigns that individualized for each visitor.

The integration with our Salesforce CRM has been difficult.

Marketing email campaigns for nurturing old contacts, it is easy to set up and run campaigns that are effective at generating sales.
Perfect tool for managing sales pipeline and deals.
What do you like best about the product?
With Hubspot you can integrate with 3rd party applications to get contact details, notify the team of tasks needed to complete the sales cycle, create statements of work (SOWs) and create sales orders and associated tasks to begin the project for the client.

What I feel is necessary for us is to have further integrations with other applications to automate the sales cycle fully.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed a solution to automate our sales cycle and communicate effectively with our team and with our customers. We also needed to track our sales cycle better and get to closings faster. Hubspot accomplished these goals for us.

I would recommend Hubspot to any company looking for a solution to manage their sales pipeline from initial contact to completing the sale. It is a robust tool to engage your market and keep in touch with your clients.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the fact that Marketing campaigns can easily be created, managed, promoted, and reported on from one tool. All digital campaign elements can be tracked and reported on in one tool, with tons of easy-to-use tools that drive collaboration and better campaigns. Marketing automation offers the ability to segment information, manage properties across data types like deals, contacts and companies and even create new records that are linked to each other.
The social media tools allow flexible social publishing and reporting across platforms and to have a calendar that visually displays the way that the campaigns are being rolled out.

Marketing Hub Enterprise offers some additional tools that are great for A/B testing and advanced use cases, but the downside is the cost for some businesses.
I would say that HubSpot's Marketing Hub is a comprehensive tool but the rate of change and growth of the tool keeps one on their toes - you may find new tools appear day after a day - great for people who want new features but it doest take some time to keep up with the tool itself.

We have been able to report on full campaigns and compare media spend across campaign elements and how channels perform against each other and benchmarks.
We can find accurate data to understand not just that campaigns were clicked on but WHO clicked on a link and who completed forms and track the entire lifecycle of a customer.
We can automate the handover of marketing leads to sales and report on sales activity from marketing leads.
