HubSpot makes it easy to reach the right people at the right time
What do you like best about the product?
You don't have to be a coding genius to create emails, forms, lead capture widgets, landing pages, or automation. It's easy to learn how to use each feature, thanks to their extensive training videos, community forums, and knowledgebase articles. My favorite part of HubSpot has to be their workflows. We use this to send automated emails, tag contacts, transfer data, and build reporting.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not possible to assign emails their own UTM tracking parameters within the tool; HubSpot assigns email IDs and this is what you have to use. This isn't ideal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have been able to determine the average time it takes for people to convert, depending on their program of interest. We've also been able to optimize email communications based on user engagement and where they are in the funnel.
So Simple to Use & Very Practical
What do you like best about the product?
What I like the most about HubSpot Marketing Hub is the user-friendly platform and because of that, I don't need to train my employees to use it. HubSpot Marketing Hub has everything I need to run my business and grow my customer base from email marketing to CRM.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing that I don't like about HubSpot Marketing Hub is the slow page load time sometimes and when I use a big database, it also lags a little bit.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With HubSpot Marketing Hub I'm solving CRM problems from collecting customer data to segmentation and targeting for my marketing campaigns and also helps me in my email marketing strategy to send targeted email campaigns to my clients.
Excellent tool for managing marketing related activities
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to easily and quickly whip up an email campaign with a corresponding landing page that looks really professional has been transformative for us. Tracking results and analytics is seamless as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the editing interface automatically saves and then refreshes which is mildly annoying
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Website management - anyone can create professional looking pages quickly and easily. You don't need any development experience or even design experience really.
Email campaign management - setting this up is just so fast and I love the dashboard analytics.
Customer relationship management - we can use lead scoring to track new web visitors vs leads vs MQLs.

Excellent customer support
What do you like best about the product?
- Excellent customer support - I think the other software product companies should learn from Hubspot. Every time I connect with customer support I feel like I am talking to SMEs and not just routing agents. You are connected right away to an SME. You don't waste time and get your solutions quickly
- Incorporating feedback - I also noticed Hubspot very open to feedback from user community and usually taking action on them and incorporating them during the product evolution.

What do you dislike about the product?
The platform and its features seem to have been originally set up more for small and medium sized non-B2B businesses and less for B2B enterprise. I however do see them evolving on that front though.

Use HubSpot daily - loving it!
What do you like best about the product?
I love the integration with other programs - especially Zoom. In the past when someone registered for a webinar I would record all the registrants in HubSpot. Now they are set up as new contacts in HubSpot and records if they attended the webinar.
We recently upgraded our Marketing module so creating social media post is so easy, I can schedule a LinkedIn post and assign it to a Marketing Campaign, believe this is my favorite feature, especially during the holidays.

What do you dislike about the product?
I won't say I dislike it but I struggle with creating list.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Seeing a list of tasks due today gives me extra time in my day.

Very powerful marketing tool that does it all
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot has a ton of features, instantaneous chat support, so many online resources, and has never been down (knock on wood). HubSpot is very user-friendly (you can pretty much just start using it and learn as you go) and it's very powerful!
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be easy to get lost in HubSpot. As a team grows, the default HubSpot settings don't scale well and will need extra attention.

A lot of marketing problems are being solved with HubSpot. Marketing forms, landing pages, web pages, marketing full-funnel tracking, traffic analysis, email campaigns, marketing automation, and more...

What do you like best about the product?
Everything is in one place and very clear. I've set a lot of workflow automation a lot of work and making it more personal for our leads and cusomters. Hubspot makes it possible for us to allign Marketing, Sales and Service.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some small missing features but the support always replies within a day with a handy workaround.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With an outbound and inbound strategy, you easily lose the overview, but now everything is in one system. And on top of that, we can create personalized e-mails and campaigns. I'm still figuring out the ABM functionality, but it sounds promising.

It's a best tool which have many platforms at one place.we can do all email marketing,social media marketing ,email automation ,etc.One more great thing is they have all tutorial videos which help you to run campaign.
What do you dislike about the product?
its is quite expensive tool rather compared to other email marketing tools .Without help of institute you could start how to use hub spot and how to work on there tools.

We can host many web pages ,email campaign ,conatct data,etc.easy yo track report and can maintain it.
Great all-in-one platform for sales/marketing/customer success with small flaws
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot has a lot of functionality under the hood and is updated with new features frequently. Also, HS has an exceptional customer support team. I'm regularly amazed by how helpful the customer success team is and how fast and thorough their responses are. Great job!
Furthermore, Hubspot's platform gives us peace of mind, since we don't have to get another dedicated tool each time we have new needs (recent example: scheduling social media posts on multiple channels or putting together an SEO/content strategy). It's all here already .

What do you dislike about the product?
I gave 4 stars because of the above-mentioned points and because there are not many (if any) real alternatives to Hubspot that can compete on the same level (feature breadth and depth).
I did not give 5 stars and almost went for 3 stars for one simple but unfortunate reason: If you do your reporting with Hubspot (which is logical because you have most of your data at your fingertips here) BUT are a B2B business, Hubspot is almost useless.
Why? They do not offer company lifecycle funnel reports.
There even is an open ticket in the HS community with ~150 upvotes that's been sitting there for 4 (!) years – unanswered. The funnel reports exist, and all companies have lifecycle stages by default, so this should be an easy fix.
If there's not an update (at least an estimate) on this, I'm afraid we will partially (or completely) move away from Hubspot at some point.
