Hubspot makes marketing to a wide constituency easy!!

What do you like best about the product?
I think it does everything. And any time I have a question, I can call Hubspot's incredible support team or go to HubspotU for help. My current job and my most recent past job use Hubspot. I love the marketing integrations.
What do you dislike about the product?
There really isn't anything I dislike. Generally, if something is hard it's because I don't understand how to use it. Once I learn, it becomes another great feature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solving everything. The Sales sides lets us go big or small, with individual tracked emails or with mass emails. Social integrates awesomely. The dashboards are great.

What do you like best about the product?
Ability to manage marketing, sales, and support efforts in one tool. Really apprecite all the help from the HubSpot support team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Reporting is not as robust as it needs to be. Requires a lot of consultation support to get it to where we want it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use HubSpot for marketing automation as well as our website. Benefits include ease of use and ability to manage everything in one place.

What do you like best about the product?
Landing pages are really helpful to address people on what you like them to see and manage links and views.
Mailing and social very helpful to have everything to manage in hubspot without the support of others

Everything is very helpful to manage our website and contacts

We have some problems with mailings and some host email addresses. Everything is better with hubspot

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot provides a comprehensive platform, making it easy for teams to have a central source of truth for marketing/website publishing, analytics, and more.
What do you dislike about the product?
The standardization within HubSpot can limit your ability for customization, requiring extensive development for changes that may have been simple on other more flexible platforms.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are working on increasing our web presence, improving SEO, and building an audience with inbound content.

HubSpot has helped us quickly deploy our marketing strategy, and get off the ground with our initiatives. We have a central place to view our campaigns and track metrics.

It was offered as a free addition to our package

We found that our emails were not getting through and much more reliable on another service
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We don't really use it due to undeliverability and the fact that all our contacts needed reverifying for GDPR which made it hard to use.

What's there to dislike? I am thrilled with Hubspot.

Segmentation and personalization of automation has helped us gather more information about visitors to our website and helped us learn even more about exisiting clients.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Many other companies have built their platform off of HubSpot's original idea, but they do not come close to having everything you need. HubSpot will blow your mind away. So, go with the company that has a proven track record and years of experience. It is truly a marketer's dream tool. You won't be disappointed.

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot really helps to create a proper contact database and to segment them according to several filters. It makes it very easy to set email automation and workflows. Can be tricky to set them up at first, but once they are in place it is easier to optimise and analyse the data.
What do you dislike about the product?
Blog page and website templates creation. Must rely on coders and developers to create the templates in HTML which is very complicated to me as I don't code. Really need a more user-friendly way to create and edit them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Contacting prospects with targeted email content, being able to automate several tasks and actions.
Using to create and optimise the webpages, blogs and landing pages, as well as social media posts scheduling.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Great CRM option, very comprehensive. Perfect to create automation and workflows and target contacts with specific messaging. The social feature doesn't have many features compared to Social Tools, but it's ok to schedule posts. Website and Landing Page have good testing options, however, you will need someone to write the code for you.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use tool, with a wide range of functionalities that suit perfectly on every business marketing strategy. Besides, they have multiple integrations with other tools which makes it really easy to start up your marketing strategy, run ads, create content and even organize webinars.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's just perfect. Maybe some limitations when creating a Workflow based on a date, but customer service is so nice and helpfull that they help you solving these little problems in minutes. We are really delighted by their quick response and solving attitude. On the other hand, they launch new corrections and features from time to time so the mistakes don't remain too long. Compared to other Marketing CRM, no doubt, Hubspot is much better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automating my daily work with Hubspot is fantastic since I can focus on what is really important to me, my business. Besides, I can be sure of being communicating correctly with my clients, filtering by type of client and the lifecycle stage they are at. On the other hand, I am able to create in a quick way some landing pages and other website assets that makes the marketing team really flexible at my company, doing our job faster than expected
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would recommend it for sure if you want to give some flexibility and quickness to your marketing department. Entering the Hubspot CRM world is like adding a whole marketing team to your company

What do you like best about the product?
What I like about Hubspot is that we are dealing with a complete tool. We can do marketing automation, manage CRM, emailing campaigns, publish & track social media campaigns, connect it to our website and more. Reporting is also available, so for every action it is easy to track its performance. What I also appreciate is the possibility of connecting it with various apps to make it even more user friendly and complete, like Zoom, Outlook, Calendar, Slack etc
It is easy to use even for a beginner user, the onboarding is well made and the support team is available whenever you need a quick answer. There are also lots of articles and trainings available to find all the answer you need on your own.
I really recommend it!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes we have problems with the emails sent through Hubspot because they are going to spam, although all the technical indicators are good. So it's something we can't control, unfortunately.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managed webinar campaigns, workflow automation, structured our contact database, newsletter creation.
And we are currently working on the CRM fonctions and prepare it before giving access to our Sales team.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I recommend HubSpot Marketing Hub, and if you want to try first, there is also a free version.
