Simple and efficient Marketing hub!

What do you like best about the product?
The all-in-one HubSpot platform allows me to quickly publish my new blog posts or website pages, create and optimize my landing pages and CTAs for example, and analyze part of their performance!
What do you dislike about the product?
It could be simpler to manage GDPR options and understand how to implement them. Apart from that, I'm pretty much satisfied!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
GDPR compliance, blog and website management, performance analysis at some point, etc. As we centralize everything in HubSpot, I save a lot of time doing research, optimizing, creating and publishing content.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Check if HubSpot Marketing Hub can act as your all-in-one marketing platform or if, at least, it can replace the use of several different tools you are currently using.

Easy to use and intuitive platform for marketing automation

What do you like best about the product?
The Hubspot Marketing Hub has an intuitive user interface, modern look, and versatile features. Even the starter package gets you surprisingly far and the Pro and Enterprize packages have many great additional. The best thing is versatility - it's great to have so many different things on the same platform where you can do everything from social media posts to newsletter automation, lead management, and ads. The reporting tool is also super good.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is some inconsistency between different included features - for example how you create and manage folders and whether you can rename things you have previously created. For example, renaming some folders doesn't seem to be possible (in lists and forms), but some other folders can be renamed (emails). There are also differences in how these pages are navigated. Uniformity in navigation and managing these assets would be much preferred!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I mainly use the Marketing Hub for newsletter automation and managing and nurturing contacts database, for which it is a great tool! I take advantage of the workflow tool and active lists every day and they definitely make my work easier and reduce manual labor. The customizable reports dashboards are great to visualize marketing information without having to deal with Excel. I have previously also used the ads tool and social media tools quite a lot and can recommend those as well.

What do you like best about the product?
360° view on our marketing activies and contacts. We have all of our campaigns in one place, so it makes it really easy to measure all stages of a campaign at once. Also being able to track of all the touchpoints that our customers and prospects have with our campaigns and contents makes it really valuable.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much really ! We are using it in a multi-country portal so we have some guidelines to not make it a mess, but it's all manageable. You need a little bit of training for the tool but then it's all good.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are improving our campaigns, and our email opening rate by being able to target the right persons and re-adapt this targeting with the data we get from interacting with your activities. It's all a lot more consistent now. Also the chatbot allows us to redirect our visitors on content that might interact them, which is good considering that our website is really broad.

Great tool for marketing automation and analysis

What do you like best about the product?
I most definitely like the automation and analysis tools. It also a pretty comprehensive tool that can help you with not only one particular activity but throughout the whole funnel. There are also loads of possible extensions to connect.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is missing some features. One of them is to use "lazy load" on background images. You can most definitely code this yourself, but it would have been nice to have such a feature already implemented like it is for img elements.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am saving a lot of time using the automation functionality. Further, I don't have to use ten different tolls since it's pretty comprehensive.

What do you like best about the product?
Drag and drop make laying out newsletters and blogs so easy!
What do you dislike about the product?
I hate it when you hover over something in the toolbar, and it pops up the name of what the icon is,, and you have to click around it. It's annoying; why do you do that?
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Benefits realized are I can complete the layout of a blog in minutes, which improves my workflow on projects. I also love the integration to be able to share blog posts across social media platforms. Makes my life a lot easier!

What do you like best about the product?
That you can easily filter a list of contacts and make new lists from contacts already in HS
What do you dislike about the product?
too many settings. If you miss one thing the whole campaign can go wrong.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cutting time in the fact that we do not have to filter a spreadsheet every time we want to target a certain group of people. We have more qualified leads to give to sales. We can track where visitors to our website go and what they click on when we send an email. It truly shows us if what we are doing is working or not working. reporting is great and leads us in directions that we want to go.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
make sure you know how you want to use Hubspot. We use a lot of integrations as well. It takes a lot to learn what you are doing in this system, it is great and very robust.

What do you like best about the product?
1. The dedicated tutorial/blog for even the slightest query makes it very easy to work on different functions.
2. The user interface is exceptional.
3. Hubspot has excellent Customer Support. The support team would go the extra mile in ensuring that all your queries are solved.
4. Customized solutions to each business's unique requirements
5. I have seldomly come across platforms that are 100% reliable. But Hubspot is an exception. I can rest assured of saving up on my work, there have never been cases of data loss or system crash.
6. There are no spam mails. I only receive email notifications of urgent updates such as due bill payments, expired social media links, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, there is nothing to dislike. Even if you're new to Hubspot, the support team and abundance of information available on their portal will make it a cakewalk.

Only one suggestion would be to make the chat option available 24/7 (if possible).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using the Hubspot Marketing Hub to reach out to our customers, track our campaigns and analyze the productivity of our inbound marketing efforts. The detailed analysis reports of even a single mail, CTA, pop-up form, campaign etc., has helped us strengthen our marketing efforts tremendously. The best part, even if a campaign doesn't go too well with our customers, we know exactly where we went wrong. This helps us to rectify the exact touchpoints instead of bringing changes entirely.

What do you like best about the product?
I work in Marketing, and Hubspot has helped manage all of the Content like blogs and helpful with providing SEO suggestions. Also, it can deliver the Ads data across Facebook and Google in a more concise way, which is understandable by everyone else in the organization.

Most Important, Thankful to HubSpot Academy for providing helpful courses through which I have learned a lot.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike is sometimes the UX feels a bit off when browsing other than that I don't have major complaints.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Problems that HubSpot Marketing Hub is solving are that it has helped manage all of the Blogs and its SEO, Landing Pages, and its Data, All Marketing Campaigns such as PPC and Facebook Ads. One of the significant benefits for me is managing all the data of website visitors and leads with the help of list creation which has further been helpful in Email Marketing.

Just Go For It! it will help you manage a lot of time and effort, which will benefit your organization.
