Overall of HubSpot function

What do you like best about the product?
First is the contact part, I can easily save the customer contact and their information. When I need to find the specific information I just need to use the sorting function prepaid by Hubspot to find it. Second is the email function of HubSpot, I do need one by one email to the person I need I can just type the same template and then email to many people by different recipients' names. The third is the social media function, I can set the schedule the post publishes time and also can post on different social media by only using HubSpot. Lastly are the design tools, it is convenient for me to edit or maintain a website template.
What do you dislike about the product?
In design tools, some of the design of the module is not so flexible for me So I need to self create a module for my website template. The time I will unable to save my work even my internet connection is in good. For the design tools, I cannot separate the code into two views, so I need to waste my time changing it . After I make changes to the website template I need to refresh much time then only the output will come out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Yes, I use it to solve the website design problem. I have realized the benefits of the design tools prove by Hubspot. By using design tools I can make many website templates, and the template is also easy to maintain.

What do you like best about the product?
The simplicity of the entire platform is the reason why we love using it. The fact that all features are so intuitive to use gives our designers and marketers complete freedom over not only being able to conceptualise campaigns and content but bring them to life perfectly.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times building landing pages with the code builder can be a bit clunky, but I am being picky here. Overall, it is still a simpler design manager holistically than other software programs I have used.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to build our subscriber base, identify engaged prospects, remarked to them across multiple platforms, and ultimately put relevant and timely messages in front of individual users at the moment of purchase. All while being able to track progress towards the close within the sales pipeline.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use and completeness of the product is undeniable. Hubspot has made life so much easier for every aspect of our business. I use it for the website, email marketing and social, while my colleagues use many more of the functions. We made a great switch when we adopted Hubspot, and I don't think we will ever look back.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing not to like. It is a great product and they are continuously improving it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is so much easier for our entire team to collaborate. We use the project management tool as well as many other functions. As part of a small team, it means we can cover each other when on vacation.

Go for it! HubSpot will make your life easier.

Robust tool for smaller teams, pretty quick to onboard

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot offers a comprehensive suite of tools, making it easy for marketing teams to have a single platform to manage a ton of tech - landing pages, emails, forms, lead scoring, workflows, social media posts, social media ads, etc. There's a massive library of templates available as well, so as long as you don't need to get too fancy, you'll find an email or page template that fits your needs and looks beautiful. If you get stuck on something, customer support tickets are responded to within 24 hours, usually much quicker. That can make all the difference in quickly finding value in a new marketing automation system.
What do you dislike about the product?
Customer support is usually top-notch, but every once in a while, you'll get a support agent that doesn't answer the question asked. 9 (or more) out of 10 times, this isn't an issue, and customer support is super fast and answers your question in the first reply. Also, if you don't have your data game in order, reporting can be difficult. Be thoughtful when setting up your contact & account structure with the type of reporting you'll need in mind. You'll save yourself time later.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot makes it easy for our team to segment contacts, send personalized emails, field and follow up with inbound website leads, and create workflows to keep contact records up-to-date. Our entire team uses the dashboards and reports we have built to understand the health of our marketing funnel. We also use Hubspot for our CRM, which makes the Marketing Hub even more powerful.

Hubspot is 95% of what I need it to be, which is a really good thing

What do you like best about the product?
Most of Hubspot is incredibly user-friendly, and when it's not, they have a hands-on and responsive support team. Seriously, their support is absolute top-tier. Workflows are powerful, lists are intuitive and easy to manage, and their email building tools have improved vastly over the years.
What do you dislike about the product?
Ads data doesn't work with their APIs (as of the time I write this post). We want to pull specific ad activity data on the contact level into different systems like Looker. Right now, this isn't possible. Also, please do A/B email testing in workflows!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot does it all. It solves so many different problems for us. Hubspot helps us with marketing automation, data management, email marketing, content management, and more -- You name it, they likely have some tool to help. It's nice to have ~80-90% of marketing use cases fulfilled by one platform. Not to mention, Hubspot is easy to integrate into (most) other systems.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Don't buy software to solve a business problem. Create a strategy with use cases, and find the tool (s) that best fit your needs. Hubspot is a lot easier to get started with if you know what problems you're trying to solve before signing a contract. Lastly, Hubspot is great for people from all walks of life: beginners, small businesses, experienced marketing professionals, and more.

What do you like best about the product?
The fact that all of my assets are in one place and I can trace the customer journey from the first visit to sale.
What do you dislike about the product?
The autosave feature in the landing page and blog tools can sometimes refresh the page in a way that throws me out of whatever I was working on.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Attribution is a huge one!

What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful tool in Hubspot to me is the ability to create material that is easy to distribute and looks nice.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't particularly appreciate that I cant post more than one image on the social creation page. I also wish there was a tool to easily view how the Instagram social feed will look while preparing posts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
To quickly send information to current and prospective customers.

Diverse product with simple CMS.

What do you like best about the product?
Simple interface & quick assess to info. It has been easy for me as a graphic designer to work with multiple teams and help them with their requests. I also enjoy how in-depth I can go into parts of our site. HubSpot also offers education to be more efficient, but is easy to navigate as a new user. From the designer perspective it has been very easy for me to build and analyse pages quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have found that some setting or files can be hard to find or aren't where I think those settings or files would live. Our site is also very customized from hiring a HubSpot developer. This makes us run into issues when working with support and having to work with tier 2, which causes longer times for some things to be fixed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using HubSpot as a CMS for our site, in addition to using it to move customers down our sales funnel with out content. Having CMS, forms, landing pages, and content analytics all accesabe in the same SAAS has been a huge benefit. I can spend less time in multiple sites and accounts.

What do you like best about the product?
A favorite of mine in the Hubspot marketing hub is the website and landing page creation. Templates for creating a webpage is easy and the landing pages are perfect for collecting consumer data to create contact lists. I wish it were just a little more easily flowing.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that the lead capture forms do not filter out duplicate entries and they do not have the ability to set limits on how many entries can be made, nor an expiration date for when you no longer wish to receive entries on the form. You have to go do all of that manually.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
More interaction via emails, task reminders help to keep everyone on schedule.

Take advantage of the marketing trainings that hubspot has to offer.

Integrating into a more efficient work day

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to automate basic repetitive tasks that take me away from other production time.
I have been able to develop workflows that take my marketing emails to new levels. The tracking and analytics have simplified time-consuming tasks that now can be displayed in one dashboard. The social media scheduling area has combined multiple social platforms, accounts, and scheduling in a simple, streamlined system. I connected the accounts with ease, quickly, and without needing to watch tutorial videos. I love the use of campaigns to easily track analytics across multiple platforms and integrations. The ability to create dynamic and static lists based on user interactions has made my life a lot simpler during my work week. I have only just started using Hubspot over the last few months, and I am excited to continue the certifcation program and expand my knowledge of its capabilities to better suit the companies and clients needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are still some functions that I wish were easier to use, such as setting up replies for email tracking. I am still wishing that there was more functionality with the reports dashboard and easier functionality. It would be great if there were links on some of the pages to tutorial videos that would contribute to your certifications. It would be nice if you could view all pieces of a campaign in one central location, as I find I am opening up multiple tabs at a time, flipping back and forth in between them. I would also like features that allow you to export an excel document with multiple sheets that contain multiple parts of data - such as emails sent, bounced, clicked, etc. This is something that I would appreciate for a task that I am currently working on. It would save time from visiting multiple locations to export the data that I require.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot has allowed me to automate repetitive large-scale tasks that would typically take up a large portion of my work week. Automations have enabled me to be more productive, efficient and keep all the results organized with analytics across multiple components of a marketing project. The social media area has provided a central location where I can track data from posts posted not just from Hubspot but from other platforms or the social media account itself. It allows me to have full-scale tracking for a campaign, not just looking at one area but across the web, landing pages, forms, emails, and more. It's a great way to showcase that a full-scale marketing effort working together yields results.

HubSpot Marketing Hub has made my life more efficient and more effective. I can quickly and efficiently take my ideas and build them out in a system that has streamlined elaborate workflows and simplified repetitive tasks.
